Analysis of Older Workers Labour Market in the Czech Republic During the Years 2005-2015

Czech Republic, like other European developed countries, has to deal with impacts of population ageing. The number of older people in society grows therefore the drain on workers in productive age is rising. Population ageing causes problems within current setting of the Czech pension system, especially in long-term sustainability of public finance. Hence added involvement of elderly people into working process becomes necessary. The goal of this Masters thesis is to analyse the situation of older workers on Czech labour market between 2005 and 2015 and to find some possible solutions that would increase the employment rate of people before and in retirement age. There are four chapters in the theoretical part that are dealing with population ageing, labour market, specificities of employing older workers and tools used to increase the employment rate. The practical part is focused on demographic situation in the Czech Republic and especially on analysis of the situation of older workers on the Czech labour market in comparison to countries of the European Union. Analysis that was carried out confirms that the overall employment rate of older workers in the Czech Republic is on a good level however there are some areas that need to be improved. For example, option of using part time working contracts is underused as well as the motivation of elderly people to stay economically active. In the last chapter there are possible solutions suggested. These recommendations could strengthen motivation of older workers to stay on labour market and in the same time should motivate employers to employ these workers.

Analysis of Particular Aspects and Risks of Financial and Monetary System of the People's Republic of China

This thesis analyzes the development of financial system of the People's Republic of China in the period from 1995 to 2015. The thesis is solved in the continuing process of Chinese economy liberalization. Main goal of the thesis is to analyze particular aspects of Chinese financial and monetary system and point out its potential risks as well. To achieve this goal the method of analysis has been chosen, especially system analysis and sector analysis. The thesis shows that one of main risks of the liberalization of Chinese financial sector is especially growing loans volume in its economy which is connected in growing rate of non-productive loans respectively. Next risk is the structure of investors in capital market. Based on findings it is able to say the highest risk of banking sector is connected with growing shadow banking as the alternative financing method. The thesis finds the completing of capital account liberalization and interest rate liberalization to be important too. Main benefit of the thesis except of Chinese financial sector analysis is comparison of different point of views about forecasting of future of the Chinese economy.

Alternative work types in the regional administration of the Pardubice region 2015

The bachelor thesis deals with current situation of the exploitation of alternative work types in the regional administration in the Pardubice region. The thesis is divided into two chapters, one of which describes advantages and disadvantages of flexible working hours. The second chapter uses the survey which is focused on frequency of utilizing different a types of flexible work. It analyzes opinions of offices on this issue. Also, the survey searches questionnaire on potential troubles caused by these loads.

The legal hospital health care regulation in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis is focused on the legal hospital health care regulation in the Czech Republic. The main efford is to provide a sufficient review of the up-to-date situation in this field. It examines hospitals by a theoretical standpoint and also its key problems concerning actual situation of the czech health care and lack of finance as the main significance. The top part of thesis focuses on actual legal hospital health care regulation and proposes ways of improvement. Following part assesses proposals of improvement of the hospital care quality. Final chapter presents possible ways of optimal solutions of hospital care as well as health care at all.

Využití e-learningu ve výukovém procesu na univerzitách v ČR

Práce se zabývá rozšířením e-learningu na univerzitách a vysokých školách v České republice. Cílem je zmapovat situaci na českých univerzitách, upozornit na kritické faktory zavádění e-learningu a navrhnout jejich řešení. Provedený průzkum odpovídá na otázky, jaký LMS univerzita používá, jak se přistupuje k tvorbě elektronických kurzů, kolik učitelů se zapojuje do jejich vývoje, kolik pedagogů možnosti e-learningu využívá a kolik studentů projde e-kurzem. Univerzity jsou srovnávány pomocí vybraných ukazatelů. V poslední kapitole jsou uvedeny nejpodstatnější problémy, kterými by se škola měla při zavádění a následném rozšiřování elektronického vzdělávání zabývat.

Informační podpora strategického řízení

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci a popis významných problémů v informační podpoře strategického řízení, a to s důrazem na přístup k těmto problémům v germanofonní oblasti. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat a charakterizovat ty problémy informační podpory, které jsou v germanofonní oblasti aktuálně považovány za nejvýznamnější, a identifikovat jejich významnost na pozadí současných přístupů ke strategickému řízení. Zároveň se diplomová práce zaměřuje na zjištění a zdůvodnění případných rozdílů mezi různými přístupy (zejména současnou anglosaskou, germanofonní a tuzemskou situací). Po obecném pojednání o pojetí, významu a posunech ve strategickém řízení se diplomová práce věnuje diskusi hlavních problémů v informační podpoře strategického řízení na příkladu díla prof. Dr. Jürgena Webera z německé WHU Koblenz jako představitele germanofonní oblasti, anglofonní oblast reprezentuje dílo prof. Roberta S. Kaplana.

Reconstruction and model of postglacial spread of subgenus Alnus in Europe

Many paradoxes exist about postglacial tree migration and they dont solve for many European trees. One example is wetland trees subgenus Alnus, which spread across Europe during the last glacial very quickly according to fossil records. The aim of this thesis is detection their migration potential, with the help of empirical evaluation of interpolated pollen data (interpolation method IDW) and a simulation model based on environmental characteristics of the species. The results of interpolated maps are similar to the rate previously estimated speed and the results of simulation model achieve these speeds only by A. incana but with specific extreme environmental conditions. The mason of this may be adapting its seeds to anemochorii because the simulation model confirmed their good potential to spread by the wind. Results of model for A. glutinosa don´t confirm the ability to rapidly spread by the wind and the observed rate must have another explanation. Maybe rivers can explain the empirical spread rate. This suggests visualization of migration lines and river networks.
The model has also been disclosure of environmental properties that are related to migration potential. Within the parameterization of the model is demonstrated, that R0 of A. glutinosa is significantly better than A. incana. But main parameters of anemochory model are terminal velocity and generation time, which is shorter by the A. incana, and therefore is probably able to spread faster than A. glutinosa.

Analýza příčin neúspěchu MSP

Po vstupu České Republiky do EU se MSP (malé a střední podniky) musí potýkat s problémy, které přináší otevření trhů a příliv zahraniční konkurence. Pro působení podniku je podstatné také okolí v lokálním měřítku, ať již se jedná o okolí demografické, politické či sociální, které podstatným způsobem ovlivňuje veškeré procesy podnikání. Cílem diplomová práce je zhodnotit problematiku MSP s důrazem na analýzu příčin neúspěchu, která bude aplikována v podniku Mlékárna Varnsdorf s.r.o., jež se zabývá výrobou sýru eidam 30% a 40% ve dvou variantách ? klasik a bio, a spadá do kategorie MSP. Pro účely diagnostiky vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí a pro vytipování důležitých aspektů budoucího plánování bude využit zjednodušený postup tvorby SWOT analýzy. Domnívám se, že současný stav podniku není uspokojivý. V práci se pokusím zhodnotit současnou situaci mlékárny za účelem potvrzení nebo nepotvrzení stanovené hypotézy. Zamýšleným výstupem budou zjištěné příčiny dosavadní situace podniku se zaměřením na překážky okolního prostředí, které staví podnik do nepříznivé pozice na trhu, a nedostatky uvnitř podniku, které mohou být z pozice vedení korigovány. Výchozím bodem bude navržení přijatelného řešení pro podnik. Diplomová práce bude koncipována tak, aby našla praktické využití. Pevně věřím, že tato práce bude přínosem a obecným vodítkem pro vedení podniku Mlékárna Varnsdorf s.r.o.

Financial analysis of a consumers´ cooperative

Těžištěm práce je finanční analýza zvoleného spotřebního družstva za roky 2000-2004, hodnocení finančního zdraví podniku na základě vertikální, horizontální, poměrové analýzy a bonitního modelu. Práce se dále zaměřuje na aktuální problémy souvisejícími s udržením pozice spotřebních družstev na maloobchodním trhu s ohledem na silné konkurenční prostředí v podmínkách ČR, strategii spotřebních družstev v ČR, porovnání se situací ve vybraných zemích a v neposlední řadě přihlíží k historickému kontextu vzniku a vývoje družstevnictví na našem území.

The goal of ZOFF is formulated as a change of stagnation and increase in annual profit in term of 2 years, provided adequate low risk. The paper describes the outcomes and conclusions from a marketing research that highlights the key attributes of the company and its target audience. Way out of the situation lies in identifying the problem and its subsequent formulation. To achieve the objective are used various methods of creation and comparison of the criteria which define variants created. This process comprises a decision matrix for identification and comparison of risk scenarios. The output of the work is to evaluate and compare the resulting variants and recommendation to the elimination of possible threats.
