Usage of lean manufacrturing in costs management
Hobzová, Veronika ; Šoljaková, Libuše (advisor) ; Halíř, Zbyněk (referee)
Lean manufacturing is the method to drive the costs down. Thesis concerns historic development of lean manufacturing methods giving special attention to Taylor's scientific management, husbands Gilbreth motion studies and Ford's production schema for "T" model. From today praxis the thesis is considering TPS (Toyota Production System) developed by Toyota Motor Corporation as an application of lean manufacturing. It was further developed by James Womack and Daniel Jones in their lean manufacturing theory analysis. The thesis introduces the example about fictitious HAD Corporation that is constructed on the bases of three real IT global companies. Analysis applies Womack's and Jones theory of lean manufacturing including five steps: value, value stream, flow, pull, perfection. The thesis can serve as an overview of lean manufacturing history, current methods and case study.

Health education in elementary school
Hájková, Lucie ; Fialová, Ludmila (advisor) ; Tilinger, Pavel (referee)
Title: Health education in elementary school Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to create an educational manual for health education and its verification. Methods: In our thesis we used quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis and the method of comparison. We used a questionnaire as the quantitative method and for the qualitative method we interviewed selected students. We apllied the method of comparison in the evaluation of student's knowledge in pre and post questionnaires and in comparing the knowledge of 9th and 7th graders. Results: We discovered that 7th graders improved their knowledge and the greatest improvement was reached in the topics of self-conception and physical self- conception. Also we found that the knowledge of 7th graders are better than the knowledge of 9th graders. Keywords: body care, nutrition, self-conception and physical self-conception, physical activity.

Development of equipment for body posture analysis

The Use and Significance of Slow Motion in Film
Waghmare, Sourabh ; FUXJÄGER, Klaus (advisor) ; WEISER, Antonín (referee)
want to write about Slow Motion in film - how it began to be used and how its use has evolved in film, technical considerations for shooting slow-motion and possibly an analysis of scenes that have used slow motion for the impact these scenes made on the viewers

Possibilities of physiotherapy in movement disorders violinists
SIEGERTOVÁ, Tereza
Motion disorders of violinists are mainly due to long-term repetitive asymmetric stress while playing the violin at inappropriate motion stereotypes. Also sometimes with the lack of preparation of the body for the performance and a lack of compensatory activities. Playing the violin is challenging for fine motion skills and body posture. Motion disorders are therefore evident in the area of the shoulder girdle and free upper limb, collarbone and neck spin. Disorders can pass through the muscle loops and chains to other parts of the axial organ and the whole organism. The pain occurs as a result of overloading tendons, hypertonia and hypermobility. The first aim of this paper is to determine the principles of the motion disorders of players in the terms of anatomy and kinesiology. The second objective is realization of individual and targeted physiotherapy plan based on the kinesiology examination. Furthermore to determine the possibilities of preventing such disorders. In the theoretical part the basic informations about kinesiology and anatomy of the shoulder girdle and spine are given. The paper is also focused on describing violinists postures, creating stereotypes and subsequent automatism. In treatment the physical therapy, rest and medications are often used. But this is not a permanent solution. Because after treatment the patient returns to the original stereotype motion, which caused the difficulties. Therefore it is necessary to change the stereotype of motions, to find sufficient compensation activities and especially to master the elements of prevention. For this work the qualitative research was used, with two violinists as a study group. As a data collection method were used guided interviews and input and output kinesiology analysis with detection of motion stereotypes of shoulder girdle on electromyography. Therapy of violinists took nine weeks with each and was realized at the Centre for Physiotherapy at the Faculty of Health and Social Studies University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The proposed treatment includes treatment of detected reflex changes such as hypertonia, the trigger points, but also the attitudes of selected concepts to change of the motion stereotypes or activation of the deep stabilization system.

Business plan – Riding school
Kořínková, Alena ; Kotáb, Jiří (advisor) ; Tyll, Ladislav (referee)
This work has two basic parts. In the first, theoretical and methodological, the reader learns how has to a successful business plan looks like and what has to be included in it. Individual parts of the business plan as an operational plan, financial plan or analysis surroundings of the company, are presented in detail. The second part of this work is practical and its aim is writing a business plan for Riding school development. This particular business plan should also show whether the business can be realized, and whether it will be advantageous for an investor.

Influence of stabilization of the contralateral shoulder girdle on the accuracy of a football kick
POMEJE, Marek
This bachelor thesis is analysing the effect of the stabilization of contralateral shoulder girdle on the accuracy of a footbal kick. For a good accuracy of the footbal kick there is a need of the right cooperation of muscles and the motion of a shoulder gridle. Shoulder is really important part of body for footbal players. It helps with stability of the whole body while training or match. Non-stable shoulder gridle can lower the accuracy of the kick. Another problem could be that if the shoulder gridle is overloaded too often it can couse an injury. I seperated this work in two sections- theory and practical uses. In theory i will describe the characteristics of football, anatomy, kineziology and at the end of the work I will summarize the options of klinical examination of the shoulder gridle. In practical part would be used an methodology that is based on qualitative research. Research was done by kinesiological view. I was studying three football players in age from 20 to 23. With each player I did an input and output kinesiological analysis and using a structred interview I made an anamnesis. For all subjects I made an examination by view, palpacion, antropometric and goniometric examination, examination of shortened muscles, motion stereotypes and special tests of shoulder gridle. The therapy was applied for two months, two times per week for 30 minutes. The main goal was to find out how big effect can have stabilizated shoulder gridle on the accuracy of football kick and to find options of physiotherapy in this case of issues. The accuracy was tested by four custom tests, which had to simulate the situation of football kick. For all subjects was muscle release succseful, improvment of function of upper extremity and improvment of stability of shoulder gridle, but only two respondents showed improvements in accuracy of the kick. The work could be useful for increasing the awereness of sports fans and athlets. To improve interest of football players even not profesional players to stabilize their shoulder gridle. This work could be also good like studying material for football coaches.

Modelling and control of mechatronic systems with SolidWorks and NI LabVIEW
Fridrichovský, Jan ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
When designing a Mechatronics system should be the management implemented into the mechanism of technological products. It is therefore necessary to create a connection tool for the management design and tools for the CAD of the management mechanism. The company responded that the need for the issuance of National Instruments toolkit to connect the NI LabVIEW with SolidWorks CAD tool. This link allows the NI LabVIEW environment to control the simulation on the virtual model in the SolidWorks/COSMOS Motion and back to obtain the results of dynamic analysis. The aim of this work is to evaluate the possibility of linking development tools and CAD system and evaluate its use in the design of Mechatronics system.
