Motion analysis systems permit to improve surgical treatment, rehabilitation of locomotive pathologies and they are also very beneficial for biomechanical research. There exists many motion analysis systems based on different technologies whose costs can reach up to 150 k€ (Vicon, Motion Analysis). The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a low cost prototype of the motion analysis system based on the marker's tracking via two simple digital cameras and a program of image processing.
