Analysis of the crude oil price trend

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the price trend on crude oil WTI and crude oil Brent in last 30 years. This thesis aims to clarify important price changes of crude oil and to find out the main circumstances, which caused them, eventually how the factors affected the changes both in positive or negative way. Then determine the price prediction of both crude oil markets. Necessary information are tested by analysis tools used on time series, which are used to evaluate the price development of crude oil and the factors that affect the price trend. Thesis is divided into two main chapters. The first one is devoted to theoretical investigation. The second is practical, which is divided into three subchapters. Theoretical part summarizes main factors affecting the price development of crude oil such are war conflicts, natural influences and others. The first subchapter of practical part mutually compares the price trend of crude oil Brent and WTI. In following subchapter are individually researched significant events that caused the changes of crude oil price in already mentioned period. Last subchapter pays attention on prediction of price trend on both markets. The resulting survey shows up significant mutual dependence between both markets.

Evaluation of Company´s Financial Situation

Using financial analysis methods, this dissertation evaluates the financial situation of Keihin Thermal Technology Czech, s.r.o.. It is divided into two main parts. The first contains theoretical definition of the examined issues. The second part is practical and describes the company, its competitors and the overall sector in which the companies operate. Furthermore, it includes the analytical part which contains the final values of individual factors of the financial analysis, and these are described in detail. At the same time, they are compared with the results achieved by competitors and by the sector as such. The numerical data used in the analytical part were acquired from the companies statements of account. The information about the sector was gained from the financial analyses of the industry and civil engineering, published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The conclusion contains overall evaluation of the examined factors as well as suggestions and recommendations to improve the situation.

Cultural Heritage as one of the Factors in the Development Community and the Region

The theme of this thesis is a cultural heritage and its role in developing communities and regions.
The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic concepts that are the subject of cultural heritage linked. Specifically, it discusses the situation in the cities of Pardubice and Pardubice region. After the initial presentation of the basic assumptions relating to the concepts of cultural heritage, Regional development, followed by a section devoted to the particular characteristics of the cultural-historical development and specific places in the Pardubice region.
The last of the four major part is devoted to the results of quantitative and qualitative research survey, effected to collect a sufficient amount of current information. In the course held surveys among mapping opinions on the topic of cultural heritage among the local population and took place several tens of structured, unstructured and semi-structured interviews with representatives of information centers, local authorities and ordinary citizens.

Marketing communication and legal protection of personality. Conflicts, solutions, sanctions, rectification.

The diploma thesis deals with the standard marketing communication and its possible effects on humans. The issue is analysed from a legal point of view and it treats with the recent problems affected by increasing level of technological development. The thesis is divided into two parts, covering part theoretical and part practical. The theoretical part primarily focuses on the individual terminology of the marketing and the marketing communication, continues with the issue of protection of the personality, and also defines the question of both aspects in the context. The thesis comprehensively analyses the regulation of the protection of the personality, the regulation of the marketing environment, as well as focus on the concept and regulation of the media, as major media. From the media view is the thesis derived from two fundamental human rights, which in practice very often come to a mutual dispute. The elaboration of the legislation is supported by the case law. The practical part of the thesis is focused on actual cases, which Czech and foreign courts deal with in particular themes. Sub-part of the thesis deals with the questionnaires investigation, in order to analyse opinions of the public in that matter. In the final part of the thesis are all received knowledge evaluated and applied to a specified hypothesis.

Managerial skills

This thesis pays attention to managing skills and their influence on a working performance. The purpose of each organization is focused on the highest possible productivity. Highly competent and qualified managers are necessary in order to reach this goal.
The first part of the thesis includes theoretical foundations based on the expert bibliography. The main terms concerning the management and the performance are described here. It includes the definition of the term "the manager" and what his/her skills, roles and tasks are.
Further the Česká správa sociálního zabezpečení (the Czech Social Services, state organization) organization is described here. The analysis of a questionnaire concerning the management skills and their level and importance for the organization and the working performance follows.
The final part of the thesis describes the conclusions of the questionnaire and the recommendations of what management skills are recommended to be improved in order to increase the productivity of the organization.

Economic Development of Kazakhstan since 1991

The paper deals with the strategic planning of economic development of Kazakhstan. The aim of the work is to provide analyses and material on future and present of Kazakhstans economy. It is written in detail about main characteristics of economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The text gives valuable information about formation and development of Kazakhstans economic relations with other countries. The fact that there is the necessity to develop alternative forms of ownership and more rational use of recourses, scientific and technical potential is stressed.The second chapter gives a detailed analysis of strategy of economic development.Long-term priorities and tasks of strategy of economic growth and development are discussed. It is shown that strategy of development of the country Kazakhstan 2030 is the most important reference point of the real and perspective development of socio- economic system. The perspectives of Kazakhstans strategy in comparison with world analogs are also analyzed in paper.
It is reported that in general it is possible to tell that theoretical summarizing of national and international experience and a concrete condition of reforming of society allows solving tasks of coordination of strategic aims and tactical actions within national model of development in a transformation period.

Project implementation of the new IS in company

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to project management and foundations of information systems and information technology. The practical part of this thesis is a case study about an already closed project which handles implementation of a new information system in LeasePlan Czech Republic, Ltd. The main outcome of the case study is a comparison of project processes with the processes of the PRINCE2 methodology. The partial aim of the study is to identify the main threats that were found in the project. The outcome of this thesis is to propose recommendations and templates for the selected documents that can help manage and improve future projects in the company.

Teaching aids for teaching vocational subjects

The bachelor thesis entitled The teaching aids for teaching of vocational subjects is focused on attributes of the teaching aids used for teaching of vocational subjects at secondary schools. In the theoretical part there are classified the aids according to various authors and there is described their didactical function. The brief summary of the teaching aids that are applicable for teaching of the main subjects oriented on the gardening courses is embodied in. The practical part is focused on the survey of some teachers of the vocational subjects and the practical training. By means of interview were inquired the informations about possibilities and rate of the used aids in teaching with orientation to the herbal. It was discovered that the more practiced teachers prefer the use of more classical teaching aids than the teachers with shorter professional experience. All the teachers are coincident with regular put of the teaching aids on education. The herbal is an integral to the lessons with focus on gardening.

Influence of white and yellow flower rape on incidence of natural enemies of pests

The insect society living in oilseed rape is large. Change of the crop characteristics affects both harmful species and beneficious ones. The latter group consists of a lot of members of order Hymenoptera. This work focuses on the evaluation of impact of white oilseed rape cultivation on the insect society in comparison with two yellow winter varieties. Newly bred winter oilseed rape line variety Witt was compared to two hybrid varieties of yellow rape; Sherpa and DK Sensei. The experiment was carried out in 2015 and its plots were placed at Ruzyně at Crop Reserach Institute (VÚRV, v. v. i.) and also at the Experimental Unit of Czech University of Life Sciences (ČZU) in Uhříněves. The insects were collected by sweeping net, soil larvae traps and soil emergence traps. The occurrence of serious pests (pollen beetle Brassicogethes aeneus, brassica pod midge Dasineura brassicae, cabbage seed weevil Ceutorhynchus obstrictus, stem flea beetle Psylliodes chrysocephalus and cabbage flea beetles Phyllotreta sp.) was recorded. Dominant parasitoid species were Tersilochus heterocerus, Platygaster subuliformis, Trichomalus perfectus, Mesopolobus morys and Omphale clypealis. The level of pest mortality was evaluated. Numbers of species identified by key were processed using generalized linear model method in R statistical software. The results confirm suitability of the assessed varieties in the white oilseed rape cultivation system, notably in the combination of Sherpa and Witt. They give an insight into parasitoid community of oilseed rape in Czech republic, which is useful for management of serious pest species.

Animal in the conception of Act 89/2012 Coll, Civil Code

The diploma thesis consists of two main parts, namely of theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part of diploma thesis is separated into several main chapters. The first chapter is created by historical survey of animal conception in previous legal modifications. Especially, the legal modicification of animal in Act 40/1964 Coll. Is interesting. The second chapter is aimed at judicial disputes cause by animals about compensation of damage. The third chapter defines animal in the conception of Act 89/2012 Coll. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is finished by a table. It compares the former legal modification with the current legal modification about animals. The practical part of the diploma thesis is aimed at insurance of animals. The practical part has several main chapters too. The first chapter defines common modification of insurance in Act 89/2012 Coll. The second chapter is aimed at survey of Czech insurance companies, which offer insurance of animals. The last chapter is very important. This chapter summarizes results of conversations with respondents. Respondents are owners of animals and they have insurance for their animals. There are a lot of types of animal insurance. The differences between various types of animal insurance are explained in the practical part.
