Production technology of mobile phone plastic cover
Přehnal, Jan ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
This project, elaborated within the Engineer Diploma studies of the 2307 branch, presents a design of a production technology of a mobile phone plastic cover. A technology of injection of plastics on the Demag Ergotech 80 injection machine has been designed on he basis of belles-lettres of injection of plastics and calculation. A shedder has been used to eject the parts. Material ABS NOVODUR P2H – AT (manufacturer: Bayer) has been used to produce the part. The mould is designed with the axial injection technology (perpendicularly to the dividing plane), closing force is 800 kN.
Elimination of internal stress in the polycarbonate moldings
Selucký, Jaroslav ; Hrbáček, Jan (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
This diploma theses raises the issue of internal tension in two-component outer lense, which are made by injection of polycarbonate. The theses gives a more detail view on treatment of the lenses in heating ovens. Heating ovens have been used for decreasing the internal tension in lenses. The subject of the experiment is to determine the influences of the adjustable parameters of the heating oven. The Experiment will be taken by DoE method. The influence of the adjustable parameters is researched and compared among the two types of outer lense with different type of design.
Design of manufacturing technology for plastic cover electrical device
Kočárek, Karel ; Kebrle, Ondřej (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
This thesis contains of theoretical part which deals with injection molding, properties of some polymer materials are included also. Design of plastic injection mold for cover of electronic device is presented in practical part. Manufacturing parameters and injection machine selection are specified with mold structure consideration. Production costs and the final price of the plastic part are calculated in economical evaluation.
Application of Modern Technologies to Production of Prototype Form
Pospíšil, Josef ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This Diploma Thesis deals with modern technologies such as 3D scanning, rapid prototyping and vacuum casting to production of prototype form. It considers advantages and disadvantages of the modern technologies compared to traditional process of manufacturing prototype form and economical contribution using the modern technologies. Part of the thesis considers a choice of suitable manufacturing technology of a particular product.
3D Scanning System Proposal for Plastic Parts
Palátová, Zuzana ; Jankových, Róbert (referee) ; Sámelová, Vendula (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on monitoring and description of the current state of plastic injection molding production and analysis of methods for measuring these parts. Measurement methods are described and at the same time the measurement issues associated with individual types of meters for specific plastic parts are presented. Based on the analysis of measuring systems, a design of the measuring device in the form of a 3D optical scan is subsequently created, which is optimal for the selected plastic components. When choosing a 3D optical scanner, a demand is created that takes into account the necessary technical parameters required by the corporate environment. A selected proposal is presented at the end of my work.
Production technology of a plastic headlight panel in a car
Vrána, Petr ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
Diploma thesis which is developed for the master’s degree program (M2I – K Mechanical engineering) presents a proposal solution for production technology plastic car headlins parts from polymer material PBT GF30. Literature review summarizes the findings of thermoplastic injection technology and the structural design possibility of injection molds. The paper examined two variants of the running system, which are suitable for production of injection molding components. Finaly, after technical - economic assessment, we came to the conclusion that the better option is to use the hot runner system. In the practical part is the specified product modeled by the help of 3D software and the injection mold was designed. The design was implemented by CATIA V5 R20. For the design and manufacture of injection mold were used normality from MEUSBURGER. For the chosen alternative technology of production were made calculations and was selected injection molding machine Electron 75 – 300 from FERROMATIC.
Technology of production components from plastic material
Špičák, Pavel ; Kandus, Bohumil (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The project developed in terms of engineering study of field N2307- 00 Engineering Technology submits a design of components from plastic production technology- cover on the table. The introductory part of this study describes characteristics, division and possible plastics processing. The work consists of production technology proposal (injection into metal mold) and its construction solution. The another part proposes suitable injection material and verification of injection machine. The final part of work consists of financial evaluation of injection process, appropriate blue prints and appendices.
Production of the "Cover" component
Král, Lukáš ; Ohnišťová, Petra (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The thesis proposes the production design of a cover component used as a ventilator cover of a water pump. In compliance with the studied literature, the cover will be made from polypropylene using the injection moulding technology. Based on the technological calculations, it puts forward a complete double mould with a cold inlet. The design solution was verified by simulations of filling and cooling, and a suitable injection machine was selected as per the calculated parameters. Finally the thesis explores the possibility for defects and presents the technical-economic evaluation for the entire production.
Production of the Cartridge for stepper motor
Míka, Jiří ; Ohnišťová, Petra (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The work deals with the production of the cartridge for stepper motor from the newly selected material polyamide PA66GF which contains 30% fiberglass. The change requires the choice of a new production technology, which is injection molding. For technological reasons, it was necessary to modify the 3D model of the part according to the chosen production method. After calculating the important technological parameters, the plastic injection mold was constructed. It is made as a quadruple with a hot runner system and a cold sub-distribution, the plastic injection mold also contains sliders for side actions. The Allrounder 420 C GOLDEN EDITION hydraulic injection molding machine with a clamping force of 1000 kN was chosen for the mold. At the end, a technical-economic evaluation and comparison of the costs for the production of one part is carried out. The necessary drawing documentation was also made for the work.
A proposal of insert production technology for an injection mold
Zemanová, Markéta ; Ohnišťová, Petra (referee) ; Sliwková, Petra (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of technology for the production of a removable insert into an injection mould. The main aim of the thesis is to elaborate the technological process of production of this component. In the introduction part of the thesis a research of technologies of production of injection moulds is carried out. The work also includes a description of the mold parts and their functions. Furthermore, the basic properties of the materials which are most commonly used for the production of inserts are described. The work is focused on the identification of mould defects in production and their possible causes. The thesis also describes the manufacturing technologies for the production of moulds. The practical part focuses on the design of a new pattern of replaceable component, the selection of tools, machines and gauges for the production of a new design of replaceable insert. A detailed assessment of the available options and the selected optimal production variants to achieve the quality and accuracy of the product is made. On the result of the proposed technical requirements, a technological procedure for the production of the insert to the injection mould. This process includes a precise description of the individual manufacturing operations, including material selection, drawing documentation, selection of gauges and tools, and programming of tool trajectories. Using these toolpaths, the production time for the selected machines was determined. The found results are compared with the production time of the same inserts of other designs and the possibilities of rationalizing the production process to achieve maximum production efficiency are discussed.
