The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is to develop a design for the production of a distribution wheel for a turbocharger. The design includes a description of the part, the choice of material, machines, tools, and the development of the production process. The outcome of this thesis is the creation of a NC program in the HEIDENHAIN system.

The bachelor thesis deals with machining of mold for blowing plastic packaging in cooperation with VBF Ltd. It focuses on 5-axis milling technology. It also contains descriptions of mold materials and injected materials. It analyzes the current process of mold production. It also contains its own proposal to improve (to make more effective) the production of a given block. The difference in technology used and the time difference are described in the conclusion.

Manufacturing of the Mobile Phone Holder

The master´s thesis is focused on the manufacture of mobile phone holder. The semi-finished productis a 1.5 mm thick steel sheetroll of S235JRG1. The annual seriesis set at 200,000 units per year. For the production of the part, the method of shearing and bending in a combined tool was chosen. Both technologies were dissected in a literary study, and a production process was developed to design a tool. A suitable production line was purchased for the entire production and the suitability of production was economicallye valuated.

Optimal layout proposal of technological workplaces at a small mechanical engineering company

This master´s thesis is focused on technological designing in a small company ENGITEC Motosport s.r.o. In first theoretical part of the thesis is this subject described in detail and analyzed in terms of economic and technical aspect. Next part describes the current state of the company and the production hall as well with keep on its current layout. In the following chapters is chosen piston-shaped component, which is manufactured by the company and three different variants of the piston production. Then one of them is selected, to which all related capacities calculations are made. In the final part of the thesis is proposed the relevant final layout of the hall and there is also the technical-economic evaluation of the most relevant variant included. Key words

Production technology of the pivotably head cover

This bachelor thesis deals with the production technology of the part of a set assigned by the customer in the engineering company focusing on a unit production. The assigned unit is produced on four machines: saw, lathe, vertical three-axis milling machine with adjustace fourth axis and console milling machine. The manufacturing process is mainly supported by CAD/CAM softwares Spaceclaim and Edgecam.

On the production technology of a specific part

This document describes the design of new production technology specific part in an engineering company. The specific part is manufactured on a machining center by milling method. To create model was used SolidWorks software and to create CNC program was used SolidCAM program. There is production process created with new and old technologies. There is a comparison of both technologies in conclusion.
