The bachelor thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company TNT EXPRESS WORLDWIDE, Ltd. in years 2012 - 2017. The first part defines the goals and methods of the thesis. Consequently, the theoretical part describes the basic concepts and methods of financial analysis. These methods are therefore applied in the practical part, where they are used for evaluation of the selected company. The final part of the thesis provides recommendation how to improve the financial situation based on the results of the analysis.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the examination of a financial statement of a limited liability company. The thesis examines the 2007 statement of M + J – školní jídelna, s.r.o. The first part concentrates on legal requirements connected with the issue, and generally describes the process of creating a financial statement. The second practical part deals with the particular selected company. The 2007 financial statement is considered on the basis of collected information, individual statements related for the relevant period and the process of producing the financial statement.

The Diploma Thesis "Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Water Rescue Services and Proposals to Its Financing" I have chosen, because this issue is very actual and affects a large part of the population. Water Rescue Service cares about the safety and health of people in more than 80 locations in the Czech Republic. Thanks to learning the methods of the financial analysis will be possible in practical part to evaluate the situation in the Water Rescue Service. The main proposal is analysis of the one local group and the other part is presenting the functioning of a few selected groups. All found data will lead to the creation of the proposals and solutions of the financing that will help this organization continue to operate and take care about the health of many people.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Continental Barum s.r.o. in the years 2014–2018. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part contains the explanation of terms and the description of methods including individual indicators which are used for the processing of the financial analysis. The second part is dedicated to the information about the analysed company and mainly to the financial analysis. The last part of the thesis contains the evaluation of the financial situation of this company and suggestions for its potential improvement.

Golden Rules of Financing - their Observance in Construction Companies

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of a financial analysis of seven construction companies based in the Zlín Region. The financial accounting statements for the five accounting periods from 2016 to 2020 are used as sources of information, which have been converted into electronic form and subsequently the values needed to apply the golden financing rules have been removed from them. Data for the same period from 2016 to 2020 were further processed, which is published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic in its appendix to the publication Financial Analysis of the Corporate Sphere. From these data, individual golden financing rules were determined, which were compared with the analyzed companies. Finally, the results of the analyzes are summarized and commented.
