Taxation of Investment Funds

The main goal of the thesis Taxation of Investment Funds"is to describe the taxation of investment funds in the Czech Republic and to evaluate the changes proposed by CVCA and AKAT in the field of taxation of private equity funds. To achieve this goal an analysis of the current system of taxation of investment funds in the Czech Republic, proposed changes and deductions was used. The partial objectives are: describe possibilities for investing in funds, define the functioning of private equity in the Czech Republic, analyse the dependence of private equity investments on selected macroeconomic indicators, and describe the taxation of investment funds in Luxembourg and define how the PE fund taxation is disadvantageous to direct investment. In order to meet the partial objectives, the analysis of the private equity investment system, the correlation analysis of selected macroeconomic indicators and investments in private equity funds, and a description of the method of taxation of private equity funds in Luxembourg will be used. In general, when designing changes in the taxation of private equity funds, it would be advisable to draw inspiration from already established workable systems in other countries, such as Luxembourg.

Title: Effect shooting position of accurate sports shooting of air rifle lying position. Objectives: The aim of this empirical - theoretical work is to find out what is the effect of shooting position lying down on shooting from an air rifle. Methods: In this work was used a method of analysis, testing, observation, and method comparison. The method of analysis was applied in the analysis of sport shooting and the shooting position. The method compared in section comparison between the own the shooter's position and deliberately adjusted position. Tables, charts and statistical calculations were performed using functions in Microsoft Excel. Results: The result of the work is that the change in the supine position does not have a significant effect on the accuracy and on the result of the shooting. After the change of position occurred for all shooters to the deterioration of the shooting the result of which are statistically insignificant. (in English) The thesis "Information Policy of European Union in Bangemann's activities period in comparison with USA" is devoted to the Information policy issue applied by the European Union and the United States of America. The thesis structure is defined at the earliest; afterwards the basic terms are followed. The thesis describes the European Union history, which provides context needed to be able to understand the European Union Information policy. The description and evaluation of the European Information policy in Bangemann's activities period in comparison with USA in the same time period and the possibility of mutual utilization of pros of the Information policy of both countries is the aim of this thesis. The following part is occupied with the comparison of EU and USA Information policy at the beginning of 21st century.

FPGA Implementation of RMAP Initiator and Target

The thesis deals with design and implementation of controllers for the RMAP protocol, which is used by SpaceWire network endpoints to access memory contents of another endpoint. The theoretical research introduces concepts of the SpaceWire network, then describes the RMAP protocol and the AMBA AHB bus interface in detail. The practical part of this thesis then uses this information to design and implement controllers for the RMAP protocol. It first defines an architecture of these controllers, then describes design of individual blocks based on this architecture. As a next step, the thesis describes methods used to verify designed controllers and to test these controllers in an FPGA chip. Finally, an analysis of maximum frequency and usage of FPGA resources is done based on estimates provided by the synthesis tool.

IS/ICT Support of the Implementation of Strategy

The target of the thesis is to propose an appropriate information system that ensures the implementation of the business strategy for the garden division of the company AGRO CS a.s. Specifically it targets evaluating the use of enterprise information systems and the application of business intelligence according to the information base describing the company's business strategy. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is the theoretical part that outlines the methods used for analysing the business strategy and the theory background about business strategy itself. It also contains information system theory. The second part, the analysis part, presents the company and is based on the theoretical part. It also implements methods used for analysing the business strategy and analysing the appropriateness of the use of EIS systems or business intelligence applications. In the last part, the proposal part, an appropriate EIS or BI system is chosen based on consultations, requirements and targets that are the outcome of the previous part.

The work also describes alternatives in a field of developing mobile applicatons by means of comparison of present avalaible software development kits, which are focused on 3D object tracking. This feature was tested on selected software development kits.

The bachelor thesis deals with the business plan. The aim of this work is to build 3 of the proposals, which could help the Camaieu company to better compete in the market, reduce costs and first of all increase profits. The teoretical part is focused on the business plan on its own, the most common mistakes in business, market subjects and the company targets. In the practical part we will find the concrete suggestions.
