Preparation for the construction of an apartment building in Brno - Modřice

The diploma thesis deals with the lower and upper rough building of a apartment building. It includes a technical report, broader transport routes, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a technical report of the construction site equipment, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, a plan for providing material resources for a reinforced concrete ceiling, a technological regulation for the rough bottom and top structure, work and monolithic constructions, gross building budget, risk plan and their measures, statement of the dimension and network graph for finishing works, thermal technical assessment of external structures, drawing of site equipment, situation, original state of the land and ramp diagram. It also contains time and financial plan of the building, schedule of the main building, schedule of construction and disposal of construction site equipment and balance of machines and workers.

The thesis is focused on the explanation of basic terms in planning, division types of project planning, techniques and method used nowadays. The goal of bachelor thesis is to get know with specific planning tools which are used in project planning. The subject of the present bachelor´s thesis is organization of a construction contract using project management tools. Specifically, the phase of construction process planning is brought into focus. The thesis consist of two major parts further subdivided into several chapters. The first, theoretical part explains the basic terminology and describes some of the project managment tools. In the second, practical part, various methods are used to model the construction process on a specific construction contract. This particular construction contract concerns a manufacturing plant in the industrial zone Kolín-Ovčáry.

The diploma thesis deals with a problematics of project management. The major point is to create a project that is aiming on expanding field of aktivity in selected company with the use of theoretical knowledge of project management. This knowledge is desribed in first chapter of the diploma thesis. The second chapter contains basic informations about company and the analysis of company surroundings. The last part of the thesis solves proposals and desribes benefits created by these solutions in monitored company.
