Rubber conveyor belt winder
Richtr, Pavel ; Mlčoch, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The point of the diploma thesis is to design the machine for winding of rubber conveyor belts with width 1830 mm to rolls of maximum diameter 4500 mm.
The manufacturing of shallow drawing part by rubber
Klepáč, Patrik ; Špaček, Jindřich (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
An object of this master thesis is the proposal of variants solving a manufacturing of required part and the selection right technology for single part production of required part from stainless steel 17240 (DIN 1.4301). At the first part of this thesis is briefly reviewed conventional forming and at rest of this thesis is closely reviewed the technology using the elastic tools (rubber, urethane), hydroforming technology and design of proper tool for required part. At the end of this work will be release economics estimation of fine technology and designed tool.
Test cell for ozone degradation of tires
Píza, Tomáš ; Veselý, Oldřich (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis is occupy by assesment optimum method straining of tyres and then constructional concept of test cell for ozone degradation of rubber tyres with sizes from 13” to 15”. The final aim of this diploma thesis is construction of test cell which is based on choice of optimum method straining of tyres. The next output of this diploma thesis is concept of unit for ozone degaradation of tyres.
Rubber Damper Design for 4-cylinder In-line CI-engine
Sedlák, Aleš ; Svída, David (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
Design of a rubber damper for 4-cylinder in-line CI-engine is this aim of this thesis diploma. Thesis consists from several parts. First part describes technical solutions of dampers of torsional vibrations. Second part contains torsional vibrations analysis of crankshaft without damper. The last part of this thesis describes design of rubber damper and torsional vibrations analysis of crankshaft with damper.
Tack of textile coated with rubber blend
Mahel, Jindřich ; Petrůj, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kučera, František (advisor)
The theoretical part of the diploma thesis describes basic composition of the rubber stock and the methods used for its processing. It summarizes current knowledge about building tack. The experimental part of the thesis deals with the methods of accelerated aging proposal, which have been used for testing UV radiation, ozone, temperature and humidity effect on tack. After bringing two samples together by defined pressure, the tack was determined by T-peel test. Surfaces of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The aditivation of the rubber stock was done in order to compare the effects of tackifiers on accelerated aging.
Specifics of forming using elastomers
Barák, Vít ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The thesis contains a review of methods using elastomer tool, including the distribution of tools and suitability to the operations. Forming using elastomers is among the unconventional forming methods using flexible tool which is especially suitable for sheet metal forming. The material is used rubber and polyurethane. There are described properties, forming forces and other attractions of elastomers. The principle consists in replacing the fixed part of the tool flexible medium. Forming methods are divided to open tool forming and close tool forming, according to the construction of forming tool. Open tool forming includes bending and roll bending. Among the close tool forming methods is Guerin, Marform, Maslenikov, radial expanding and extrusion. The following are examples of tools and differences compared to conventional methods and liquids. The advantage of elastomeric tool is a low cost, simplicity and frugality to surface modified products. The disadvantage is a low life, low productivity and the use of large forming forces. Forming using elastomers has application in the prototypes and small series production.
Demonstration equipment for rubber-pad forming
Kubo, Michal ; Koutník, Tomáš (referee) ; Klement, Josef (advisor)
This project elaborated within bachelor study, describes brief view of forming process with elastic instrument. These technologies are used mostly in aeronautical produce, due to its advantages. Thesis also contains design of equipment, which helps with presentation of these technologies during teaching of subject Aircraft manufacture.
Measurement, analysis and identification of complex Young modulus of rubber segments molded into the rubber-damped wheel
Pešek, Luděk ; Šulc, Petr ; Bula, Vítězslav ; Cibulka, Jan
The aim was the identification of complex Young's modulus of rubber segments squeezed in the rubber-damped railway wheel. The solution was divided into two parts: a) modal analysis of the railway wheel, b) frequency dependence identification of Young's modulus and loss factor of the rubber by finite element model of the wheel. The obtained results helped to localize the transition zone and are in accordance with the behavior of the hard synthetic rubber.
Characteristics of Malaysia and it´s economic cooperation with European Union with emphasis on the production of rubber and palm oil
Turnová, Zuzana ; Neuwirthová, Magda (advisor) ; Láznička, Libor (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize Federation of Malaysia in general and describe the development of it's economic cooperation with European Union. The thesis also focuses on the forecast of future development of malaysian external trade. Throughout the text it is evident the importance of the two local strategic materials for the economy of Malaysia. These are palm oil and rubber. Both commodities are produced in here and exported to the whole world. Therefore there is special chapter dedicated to palm oil and rubber in the thesis and commodities are also taken into account in forecast of malaysian external trade.
Parametric identification of thermo-mechanical constants of rubber from beam flexural vibration
Šulc, Petr ; Pešek, Luděk ; Bula, Vítězslav
First the evaluation of the material constant (E; bk) in temperature range (-50 ÷ 50)°C from teh beam flexural vibration passing over its first eigenfrequency was performed. Then thermal constants (cp;l) were identified by fitting the parameters of thermo-mechanical FE model to measured temperature in the rubber sample.
