The Use of Methods of the Project Management in IT Projects
Hnátová, Kateřina ; Kruljacová, Anna (referee) ; Smolíková, Lenka (advisor)
The content of the bachelor thesis is the use of project management methods in practise, specifically in the creation of a new brand of Mamtex, s. r. o. First part is devoted to theoretical background, which one is then used for the practical part itself. The analytical part focuses on current procedures for planning and implementation of existing projects. Following this, the design part deals with the entire life cycle of the project from the first idea to its successful completion. The conclusion contains a summary of the project.
Differential chassis mobile robot trajectory planning
Chochel, Michael ; Věchet, Stanislav (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
This work speaks about a suggestion of trajectory of mobile robot with nonholonomic movement limits and differential chassis while passing through a “T“ shaped crossroad. In the theoretical part some methods generally used to solve this task of planning a trajectory of the robot will be explained. In the practical part this task will be solved by an algorithm for searching the optimal trajectory to pass through the crossroad.
Planning of linear structures
Mudrák, Miroslav ; Kocanda,, Pavel (referee) ; Nový, Martin (advisor)
Submitted thesis deals with the planning of an implementation of a liner construction. The theoretical part is focused on the life cycle of the project and its phases. Describes the process of planning time and the formation of the timetable of the construction. At the end of the theoretical part there is a chapter devoted to the process of resource planning and costs and financing of the project. The practical part deals with the application of the project management on the project modernization of the D1 highway – section 21, especially with the organizational structure of participants of the project and the management of time by using the schedule of the construction. In conclusion, there is an evaluation made by the differences of the actual and alternate duration of the construction.
Creation of Production Scheduling to Implement Customer Requirements
Holík, Radim ; Jaroš, Miroslav (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
Discovering deficiencies in production tasks schedule of the TOS Kuřim – OS, a. s. company was the main impulse for creation of this master’s thesis. Analysis of provided data together with theoretical basis of relevant literature have created a basis for the suggestion. It’s the implementation of a newly designed process, which would reduce or fully eliminate deficiencies during its periodic execution. These suggestions also include a practical example of the process application.
Software Support of Manufacturing Process Management
Miler, Filip ; Kahoun, Jindřich (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The thesis describes the design of the information system that is supposed to support production process at the Varia, Ltd company. Theoretical background of operative production management and information systems is described in the first part. The second part contains the analysis of the processes inside company in which the problematical areas were identified. Based on the analysis results and the theoretical background, the particular design of information system was created. This system is supposed to support operative production management and to eliminate the production process weaknesses.
Control of underwater exploring robot
Válek, Zdeněk ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis is dealing with design of explorative robot named Gloin, which is designed especially for the exploration and mapping of the underwater part of Hranická propast, which is the second deepest fresh-water abbys in the world. This thesis is concentrating on design of algorithms needed for control and navigation of robot in the abyss. The designed algorithms are verified by simulation.
Application Development Using Methods of Agile Project Management
Matyščák, Michal ; Hlavicová, Darina (referee) ; Smolíková, Lenka (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with the use of agile project management methods in the development of an application for support of recruitment process in a multinational IT company. The theoretical part contains description of agile methodology, Scrum method and description of concepts in project management. The following part contains analysis of the company and its needs. Main part contains design of project for the application development.
Logistics and supply of PCB for repair of notebooks
Grob, Filip ; Starý, Jiří (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with issues of inventory management and logistics controlling. These segments are one of most important instruments used in logistics. Theory of these logistic instrumens are used as a base for practical part of this diploma thesis, where is described and suggested methodology for inventory management of printed circuit board in repair center. This buffer inventory serves for securing performance of customer’s supplies in case of failure on repair line. Thereinafter is realized program in MS Excel interface for supplying leadership with main insistence to prevent order delay.
Controlling in the Construction Company
Jančová, Edita ; Vítková, Eva (referee) ; Hanák, Tomáš (advisor)
The theme of this thesis is controlling in the construction company. The theoretical part is focused on the management of a contruction company, controlling and its tools. In the practical part, the current state of the selected construction company is analyzed and a proposal for the introduction of controlling in the company is made. Subsequently, the future benefits of this proposal, the possible risks of the proposed measures, the timetable and the eastimated costs are presented.
Path planning of a nonholonomic mobile robot
Šindelář, Jiří ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee) ; Krček, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with robot path planning by means of selected methods. Specifically by the methods RRT, IGPPR and ISSD. The theoretical part contains the overview of existing methods for path planning and description of previously mentioned methods.
