Transport analysis and proposal of solution in Letovice

The diploma thesis deals with traffic analyzes in the town of Letovice in the South Moravian Region. The traffic analysis was performed with respect to traffic at rest in the city. Part of the work is to map the current traffic situation, determine the traffic load of roads passing through the city and analyze the accidents according to the type and cause of traffic accidents. Thanks to the analysis of the current traffic situation, critical points concerning traffic at rest were determined, at which further measurements took place. After evaluating all performed analyzes and measurements, the necessary measures were proposed that can contribute to the improvement of the traffic situation in the city of Letovice.

Extension of Markéta Kuncová Street

The bachelor's thesis in the form of a technical study deals with the construction of a new road, solving the connection of the revitalized Zbrojovka complex to the existing Markéta Kuncová street. The design of the road will take into account the trolleybus line and at the same time the need to minimize the impact on the surrounding parallel buildings. It also includes a design for the modification of the existing junction of Markéta Kuncová and Skopalíkova streets.

Modification of the intersection Na Výsluní x Družstevní in Luži

This diploma thesis presents the proposal of redesign of a confusing intersection in the municipality of Luže. It concerns Na Výsluní, Družstevní, K Chlumku, Kaštanka streets, as well as a traffic-important exit to Hamza´s specialist medical institution and a complete reconstruction, that includes also the increase in parking capacity in Andělská cesta Street. The thesis deals with a new design of the width of the roads, logical continuity of pavements, modification and a new layout of parking places in the vicinity of the Hamza´s medical institution, and finally with the modification of traffic-important exits and adjacent green vegetation.

The diploma thesis includes a proposal of 4 variants which are elaborated in detail.The aim of this work is to design urban development according to relevant standards, to ensure safe traffic.

Beam bridge over a local road

The aim of this thesis is to design a one-span pre-stressed bridge structure over a local road. There are three possible versions of this particular construction designed as a part of this thesis, one of which was chosen for further design. The structure has been designed and calculated for the ultimate limit state as well as the service limit state. The calculations were made both by software and manually. Scia Engineer 19.1 has been used for software calculations and for the display of internal forces.

Modification of local roads in the village of Výrovice

The aim of my bachelor thesis is modification of local roads in Vyrovice village. The road is located on the square of the Vyrovice village, where it forms a uniform asphalt surface in the current state. As part of the proposed modifications, traffic on the main road will be directed. The main road is followed by secondary road and special-purpose road. My solution will use the space more effectively. It will lead to reduction of traffic surface, but at the same time it will create more space for greenery and improve draining properties of rain water.

The issue of parking in Humpolec

This bachelor thesis dealt with problematics parking in the town of Humpolec. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of traffic at rest in the city territory. When analyzing the existing situation were assess the critical points, from the point of view of parking, on which the local survey and measurement are carried out. According to the results of local surveys and measurements, the necessary measures were proposed that can contribute to the improvement of the overall traffic situation in the town of Humpolec.

Through road Uherský Ostroh

The aim of my diploma thesis is to design a local through road in town Uherský Ostroh. The thesis focuses also on a new design of the width layout of the road, consecutive of walkways, creation of a common track for pedestrians and cyclist, design of parking place intended for visitors of the local hockey arena, entrances to particular houses and urban vegetation.
