Visualization of the production line
Bačůvka, Petr ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis is devoted to the creation of a production line visualization. This production line consists of two devices, automated bartender and coaster press. The first part is dedicated to the literature search of the standard for the creation of HMI ANSI / ISA - 101.01.-2015. Next, both devices, their basic features and functionalities are described. The creation of the visualization itself is described in the third chapter. The creation procedures, the programs used and the individual parts of the visualization are presented here. The work also includes the documentation of the modifications made to the line. The last part is dedicated to the creation of the user manual. In addition to the classic part dedicated to the control description, it is also expanded with information for people who will make further adjustments to the devices.
Porovnání lisů na válcové balíky s pevnou a variabilní komorou
DŘEVO, Vojtěch
This bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of fixed and variable chamber cy-lindrical bale presses from Lely Welger. The first part is devoted to the description and principles of bale baling, including the agrotechnical requirements imposed on the balers. The next part of the paper focuses on the basic classification of balers according to parameters and their essential elements. The design of the baling chamber has the greatest influence on the final cost of baling. This determines the cost of fuel consumption, the cost of the net and the cost of removal. The design elements of the press are different for each manufacturer, but they work on the sa-me principle. The work continues with research. For the purpose of the research, a Lely Welger RP 435 variable chamber press and a Lely Welger RP 200 fixed cham-ber press were used. The compressibility and fuel consumption per bale were de-termined by the call-mem. Furthermore, the economic costs of acquisition, operati-on of the balers and the cost per tonne of harvested mate-rial were compared.
Analysis of manufacturing of component by elastoforming technology
Lorenc, Tomáš ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
In this thesis, processed within the master's degree is the analysis and proposals for modification of production stagnation ribs aircraft L-410. The part is made of aluminum alloy D16. More specifically, it is a 0.8 mm thickness sheet, which after the milling of the blank molded in the basic non-rigid tool by Guerin. After analyzing the entire manufacturing process and the determination of the critical points due to a series of tests carried out were evaluated possible variants production innovation. Proposed changes and their optimization can reduce the labor intensity deleting some time being necessary preparatory and finishing operations manual. It also increases the repeatability and streamline current production panels.
Issues of drop forging on presses
Jelínek, Tomáš ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the issue of drop forging on presses. The power forming machines works with calm pressure of the forging part. Their main disadvantage is the forging of the slag layer into the product. Hydraulic and mechanical presses are used for drop forging. This technology is mainly used in series production in most industries. To achieve a quality forging is necessary proper heating of the semi-finished product to the forging temperature. This reduces deformation resistance, tool wear and the required forming force The design of the forging is based on the drawing documentation of the required part. The shape of the product is driving for the dividing plane, the size of the stock, the permissible geometry deviations and tolerances. It is also necessary to take into account the flash groove, the clamping of the dies and the type of ejector. There are many companies in the market that deal with die forging. For clarity, several of them are listed, with an overview of the machine and production portfolio.
Using of ISA 95 for part of the production line
Horák, Lukáš ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of the ISA-95 standard on a newly created production line. The standard and its models are described in the theoretical part, following with the individual selected software solutions, which were used for the standard’s application. Subsequently, a description of the construction and program tools of both devices, which by physical arrangement and their connection create the production line, is provided. The next part of the thesis deals with the design and application of a batch control process. This is the basis for an ISA-95 standard implementation, which uses specific software resources for data acquisition and visualization. A functional verification of the production line and realized design was done within the last part. The conclusion presents an evaluation of production based on analyzed data from the test production.
Stroje a strojní linky pro sklizeň slámy
Knotek, Jan
This bachelor work provides the working practice overview of harvesting stalked material with a focus on straw harvesting. It also includes a list of machines for straw extraction, in particular straw collecting machines and machines using harvesting presses. The first part of this study gives an overview of selected working procedures specific for stalk harvesting. The second part presents the technical and economical aspects with evaluation of collector pressing machines and their usage. The final part of the thesis provides assessment and diversification of agricultural practice conclusions.
Sheet Metal Stretch Forming Process
Lorenc, Tomáš ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
In this work, elaborated in the bachelor study, there is a general overview of the sheet metal stretch forming methods. The stretch forming processes shift the boundary properties of the materials and merge process of drawing and bending into one operation. That's why it's possible to do products from materials, which can not be possible to form by other methods in the same quality Positives of this technology are the minimization of cushioning, the production of complex, precise surface shapes, etc. The contribution of this work is a systematic summary of the principles that should be used as a tool for teaching or as a basis for the wider development of this method.
Realization of an automated production line workplace
Pecha, Václav ; Vyroubal, Petr (referee) ; Bayer, Robert (advisor)
The thesis deals with the automation of the production process of the workplace for forging of metal parts for a specific customer in a specific environment. In the introduction, there is an analysis of the industrial revolution. In the next part, the thesis is devoted to the virtual commissioning in Process Simulate. It then deals with the technical part of the design and detailed specifications of the individual components. Finally, the success of the project after the implementation is evaluated.
