Detached house in Breclav with a surgery

The object of this bachelor thesis is a design of a detached house with a medical practice in Břeclav. There is a singular building with a separate entrance to the private part of the house and an entrance to the medical practice. The private part of the building is designed to house a family of four or five. The practice is to be operated by one of the parents. The private part of the house has two storeys with partial basement. The practice is on ground floor level with no basement. The final floor plan is in a shape of two adjacent rectangles. The building has flat roof. It is designed as a masonry structure with the contact thermal insulation. The structure stands on a plane.
Police district department of the Czech Republic, Brno-Černovice

The subject of the master thesis is design of a new detached office building for public administration of Czech Republic Police as a district department in Brno-Černovice. It is presented as a form part of project documentation for a building construction. The building has a cellar and two above-ground floors. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads. The building is roofed by green roof. There are office rooms, sanitary facilities, archives, interrogation rooms, pre-trial detention cells, garages, storage rooms and dog cages in the above-ground part. In the basement, there are technical facilities and shooting range backround. Structural system of the building is wall longitudinal masonry system from clay blocks. The ceiling structure is from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The part of the building is with ventilated facade a nd rest is insulated with contact thermal insulation.
Hotel

This aim of the diploma thesis is the design of hotel with restaurant, outdoor parking and garage in Brno - Kníničky, Hrázní street on sloping plot no. 3570 and 3571. The hotel is with partial basement and has five above-ground floors. The total capacity of the hotel is 99 guests in 50 guest rooms. Structural systém is cast-in-place concrete frame. Infill wall are from clay masonry Heluz. Partition is from plasterboard partition. External wall are with contact thermal insulation system. Part of the external wall have ventilated facade. Floor structure is from cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor. The roof is green roof. The outdoor parking consists of ten parking spaces, fice of which are barrier-free for people with reduced mobility. Residue parking spaces are in the garage opposite the hotel. From the side of the hotel are parking spaces for hotel staff. On plot are designed playground.
Family house Vojkovice

The theme of this work is the construction of newly family house in Vojkovice. The building has two floors and a basement. The land is sloping with a drop on one floor. The house is designed for 4 family members. The main entrance is in the first floor, where is also situated a garage for two cars. Vertical constructions are made of ceramic bricks Porotherm and concrete blocks. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. All ceiling construction is Porotherm systém as well. The roof is designed as a single-ply flat. The building is adequately lit and naturally ventilated.

The building is designed in irregular shape. The roof is flat. There is the contact thermal insulation. There are designed gas boilers for heating. The supporting structure of the ceiling is monolithic concrete slab.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building, located Přelouč. The apartment building is designed as a detached house and is set in a slightly sloping terrain. The building has a partial basement and three floors. The entrance to the building is located on the north side. The apartment building has 5 residential units of 2 + kk, 3 + kk, 4 + kk. The apartment building consists of an almost square floor plan with a protrusion, complete with balconies and a roof terrace with a recessed floor. The overall dimensions of the apartment building are 16.64 x 16.34 m. The apartment building is designed from ceramic blocks with contact insulation. Horizontal structures are designed reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling structures. The roofing is solved by flat roofs. The facade of the apartment building is white.

There are 12 residential units in the apartment building, 4 units on each floor in sizes 1+KK, 2+KK and 3+KK. The flats on the second and third floors have a balcony facing either the southwest or northeastes. The apartment building is designed using Porotherm technology with a contact insulation system. The horizontal structures are designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling structure. The roofing is designed as walkable flat roof.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a level-split family house. The building is located in the village Vnorovy on the plot with number 1382. It is based on foundation strips and is equipped with a contact thermal insulation system. The construction system of the basement parts is made of lost formwork DEK, the ceiling is made of Filigree ceiling slabs. The construction system of the above-ground parts is made of HELUZ ceramic fittings, the ceiling is again made of Filigree ceiling slabs. The roof is flat. The main entrance is situated on the 1st floor to the vestibule.
