Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby bytového domu ve městě Přelouč. Bytový dům je navržen jako samostatně stojící a je osazen do mírně svažitého terénu. Objekt je částečně podsklepený a se třemi nadzemními podlažími. Vstup do objektu se nachází na severní straně. V bytovém domu je 5 bytových jednotek o velikosti 2+kk, 3+kk,4+kk. Bytový dům tvoří téměř čtvercový půdorys s výstupkem, doplněný o balkony a střešní terasu s ustoupeným podlažím. Celkové rozměry bytového domu jsou 16,64 x 16,34 m. Bytový dům je navržen z keramických tvárnic s kontaktním zateplením. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou navrženy železobetonové monolitické stropní konstrukce. Zastřešení je řešeno plochými střechami. Fasáda bytového domu je bílé barvy The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building, located Přelouč. The apartment building is designed as a detached house and is set in a slightly sloping terrain. The building has a partial basement and three floors. The entrance to the building is located on the north side. The apartment building has 5 residential units of 2 + kk, 3 + kk, 4 + kk. The apartment building consists of an almost square floor plan with a protrusion, complete with balconies and a roof terrace with a recessed floor. The overall dimensions of the apartment building are 16.64 x 16.34 m. The apartment building is designed from ceramic blocks with contact insulation. Horizontal structures are designed reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling structures. The roofing is solved by flat roofs. The facade of the apartment building is white.
