Inominated and mixed contracts on the background of the New Civil Code Abstract This rigorous thesis deals with contracts that are not specifically regulated by law as a type of contract. These are mainly inominated contracts, but also mixed contracts, combining two or more nominated or inominated contracts. The aim of the rigorous thesis is to focus on certain specifics of concluding these contracts and define the regime by which these contracts will be governed, i.e. whether the general provisions of jurisdical acts are applicable to the inomninated or mixed contract, whether the general provisions of contract law are applicable and whether the special provisions for individual types of contracts are applicable (i.e. the so- called admissibility of analogy with the type of nominated contract, whick is closest to the inominated contract) etc. The author divides the rigorous thesis into eight crutial chapters. The first six chapters form a general part of the rigorous thesis and the remaining two chapters form a special part of the thesis. In the general part, the author defines the inominated contract in Chapter 1, distinguishes it from nominated contracts and asks whether the inominated contract can contain essential elements of a contract in Chapter 2. The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company ABB s.r.o. in the years 2014-2019. The first and second part deals with the goals, methodology and theoretical basis according to which the situation is assessed. The next part describes the company to which the formulas given in the theoretical part were applied. The fourth part evaluates the financial situation with a competing company and the industry average. The last part contains suggestions for improving the situation of the company.

For the evaluation, there are used methods and procedures of financial analysis. This work is divided into three chapters. The first part describes the indicators, which are then used in the following practical part of the work, to perform a financial analysis. The last chapter includes own solutions, which are used in problematic areas and serve to improve the current financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company ALIKA a.s. in the period from 2015 to 2019. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the individual concepts, methods and indicators of financial analysis. In the analytical part, based on the acquired theoretical piece of knowledge, an analysis of the current state of the selected company is performed. The final part of the thesis deals with the interpretation of the achieved results and the proposal of appropriate measures leading to the improvement of the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of POEX Velké meziříčí a.s company’s basic situation and financial statements. The first part explains financial indicators and statistical methods. The second part is based on the theoretical knowledge, where the calculations of selected economic indicators are performed and the trend of development of these indicators is determined using the application of time series and regression analysis. Lastly, the thesis summarises the financial situation of the POEX company and make suggestions to improve the company’s future behaviour.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of Flowserve Czech Republic, s.r.o. for the period 2015-2019. The necessary information is drawn from publicly available annual reports and financial statements. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical explanation of individual methods and indicators intended to assess the financial health of the company. In the second analytical part of the thesis, the methods and indicators explained are practically applied to the monitored company in order to evaluate its current state. The findings are used as a basis for the last part of the work, in which measures are proposed to improve the current situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Agrospol Velká Bystřice s.r.o. during the years 2014 to 2018. The first part focuses on the particular financial concepts and financial analysis indicators. These theoretical knowledge is applied in the analytic part with the analysis of the current state itself. Based on the achieved results, the last part consists of suggested solutions that could lead to the improvement of the weaknesses in the financial area that the company has.
