Možnosti rozvoje agroturistiky v rámci Slovenského polnohospodárskeho múzea v Nitře

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of development of agrotourism in the Slovak Agricultural Museum in Nitra. The first part describes the region of Nitra, nature, history, and eventually events that take place in the city. In the following part I deal with the concept of agrotourism and what this concept represents. A substantial part of this work describes the history of SPM and the current state and continues with the description of individual buildings and SPM with regard to agrotourism. The following is a SWOT analysis associated with the use in tourism. In conclusion, the thesis describes the possibilities of extending the scope of agrotourism and also the service offer that SPM can offer visitors.
Zhodnocení stávajícího objektu v obci Rytířsko a možnosti jeho rozvoje v oblasti agroturistiky

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the existing company, Hotel Rytířsko, and proposes suggestions for improvement, new services and expansion of the offering in the field of agrotourism. In the literacy part, the area is characterized from the perspective of rural tourism and focuses on the history, owner, origin and development of the family business at Hotel Rytířsko. The following part evaluates the current situation of the hotel, offered services, technical-economic situation and planned development. Based on this evaluation, the SWOT analysis and marketing mix are elaborated in the work itself. At the end of the thesis there are suggestions for improvement of the current offerings and possibilities for business development and expansion.

This thesis deals with utilization of goats in agrotourism. First part is dedicated to agritourism, its development in the Czech Republic and comparison with world agritourism, origin of domestic goat, use of goats, some breeds of goat breeded in the Czech Republic. A goat breeding technique is described, breeding goats in organic farming. In second part is described use of goats in agritourism and demonstration of the business itself, other agritouristic facilities are also mentioned. In conclusion, we find a business evaluation and other possible development of the use of goats in agrotourism.

This bachelor thesis deals with the agrotouristic use of the equestrian complex. The be-ginning of the work is characterized by rural tourism, the history and importance of ag-ro-tourism and organizations supporting rural tourism. In the next chapter I will focus on the characteristics of Předklášteří area where the ranch is located. I also mention the work, the origin, the development, the current situation of the ranch, what it deals with and what services it offers to the visitors. One chapter also informs about breeding hor-ses, what their use is and what horse is suitable for agro-tourism. The aim of this work was the technical and economical evaluation of traffic using SWOT analysis with a view to the function in rural tourism. Finally, I present the evaluation of the operation and other possibilities of development Loučka Ranch.
Možnosti rozvoje jezdecké turistiky v oblasti Žďáru nad Sázavou

This thesis deals with horse tourism and the current situation of horse tourism in Žďár nad Sázavou. The practical part is devoted to the research of identifying possibilities and equipment of the stables in the selected area and which activities in connection with horses are the most used and demanded ones by the public. The survey was conducted by using the questionnaires. The first questionnaire was created for stables in the selected area. The second questionnaire was dedicated to the public. The results are processed graphically and verbally. The aim of the thesis is to propose some possibilities of development for this type of tourism based on the results of the questionnaires. The proposals for development options of horse tourism in the selected area are described in the next part. In conclusion, it is a brief evaluation and commenting of the whole thesis.
Concept of Strategic Development of Small Family Winery

The main subject of this work is the creation of a medium and long-term strategic concept for the family Valka Winery. The work also focuses on the development of the family company with regard to marketing, specifically brand marketing and its building, agritourism and its development opportunities, building and setting up the right business model and the overall planning and building of Valka Winery. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical basis for other chapters. In the third chapter is a complete analysis of company from the general environment, through the specifics of the wine market, to specific preachers of the family Winery War. In the last chapter we will find the final evaluation and own proposals as a concept of the plan, the possibility agritourism and products developement. At the end is economic evaluation and action plan for individual proposals.
Eco-friendly tourism complex Strachotín – urban and architectural study.

This diploma thesis is focused on the urban design of the selected area in the village Strachotín and the architectural design of the building in the given locality. The aim of the proposal is to connect the building with regard to the surrounding landscape and to make the locality more attractive to tourists around the northern shore of Nové Mlýny reservoirs. The design concept is based on the modular arrangement of the individual parts of the object. Functional layout is represented by a hotel, wellness, restaurant and cosmetics production.
The Business Plan for the Establishment of an Agro-tourist Pension in the Moravian-Silesian Region

The master’s thesis deals with the creation of a business plan to establish an agrotourist pension in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The first part describes concepts and definitions related to the given issue. In the second part the external and internal environment, own resources and capabilities are analysed and marketing research is performed. In the third part business plan to establish an agrotourist pension is processed based on these analysis.

The focus of diploma thesis is the analysis of present state of a farm and following evaluation its suitability for business in the system of organic production considering site conditions, structure of the company, its specialization, human factors and economical aspects. The theoretical part deals with problematics of organic agriculture and its sustainability, support of organic farmers and factors which influence farming in protected landscape areas. The practical part of the thesis is focused on evaluation of present state of the farm. Plant production and livestock production are evaluated together with possibilities of accommodation services as non-productive activities of the farm. For the evaluation of the company in terms of its suitability for business in organic agriculture SWOT analysis has been used. In conclusion, suitability of the farm for business in organic agriculture practices is evaluated. Furthermore, recommendations and proposals for initiation of the activities are added.
Rurální cestovní ruch a jeho dopady na složky životního prostředí

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare and assess the environmental, economic and social impact of services provided by the selected subjects engaged in rural tourism. The literary review identified and described the basic concepts of multifunctional agriculture, green and rural/country tourism and agritourism, the differences between so-called hard and soft tourism was also explained. An assessment and inventory analysis were done based on data from a survey of the studied subjects / service providers. The hourly CO2 emission rate of services offered was assessed from the data and information obtained from the Ecoinvent database. At the same time, the basis for an indicative assessment of the economic efficiency of services was calculated.
