Cílem práce je zhodnocení stávajícího podniku Hotel Rytířsko a návrh na jeho vylepšení, nové služby a rozšíření nabídky v oblasti agroturistiky. V literární části práce je charakterizována oblast z pohledu venkovského cestovního ruchu a zaměřuje se na historii, vlastníka, vznik a vývoj rodinného podniku Hotel Rytířsko. V další části je zhodnocena aktuální situace hotelu, nabízené služby, technicko-ekonomická situace a plánovaný rozvoj. Na základě tohoto hodnocení je ve vlastní práci vypracovaná SWOT analýza a marketingový mix. V závěru práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení aktuální nabídky a možnosti rozvoje podniku. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the existing company, Hotel Rytířsko, and proposes suggestions for improvement, new services and expansion of the offering in the field of agrotourism. In the literacy part, the area is characterized from the perspective of rural tourism and focuses on the history, owner, origin and development of the family business at Hotel Rytířsko. The following part evaluates the current situation of the hotel, offered services, technical-economic situation and planned development. Based on this evaluation, the SWOT analysis and marketing mix are elaborated in the work itself. At the end of the thesis there are suggestions for improvement of the current offerings and possibilities for business development and expansion.
