- English The thesis deals with the issue of non-contractual legal institutions of the use of copyrighted works. It describes the ways of use of copyrighted work without the contractual arrangement with the author. Namely, I talk abou the free use and statutory licences. The statutory licenses, which are the major focus of the work, are divided into chargeable and free-of-charge statutory licences. I also entertain the interpretation of the so-called three-step test. In the thesis, I also deal with issue of copyright law in general.

- English The topic of my thesis is non-contractual legal institutions of the use of copyrighted work. It describes the ways of use of copyrighted work without the contractual arrangement with the author. Namely, I talk about free work and exceptions and limitations of copyright. Exceptions are further divided into free use and statutory licences. I also deal with so-called three-step test. The largest part of the thesis is devoted to the free use and thoughts about its possible changes. Of course, I also mention the copyright law in general.
Generating functions and their use in the theory of probability

Generating functions are suitable mathematical apparatus to describe the distribution of random variables. In this paper we introduce frequently used types of generating functions, their basic properties, uniqueness and benefits of use. We use this established mathematical apparatus for some known continuous and discrete distributions, but also the unusual practical examples. Then we fully utilize the strength of generating functions to solve interesting problems, often associated with creation of the theory of branching processes, an important area of probability theory.

- English The topic of my thesis is limitations and exceptions to copyright. It describes the ways of use of copyright without author's consent. Specifically, I talk about the free work, free use and statutory licences. The provisions must always be interpreted in accordance with the three-step test described in a separate chapter. I focus especially on issue of orphan works. Of course, I also deal with an issue of copyright in general and its sources.
People with Disabilities on the Labour Market in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the issue of persons with disabilities in the labor market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part explains the concepts related to persons with disabilities in terms of the labor market and their employment legislation and also explain all the tools employment aid these people. In the practical part of the thesis deals with the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of persons with disabilities and through its own research among employers are trying to determine what the position of these persons in the Czech labor market and attempts to suggest changes to improve the current situation.
Kindergarten and contemporary poetry for children

The aim of my work is to map the use of contemporary poetry in practice in nursery schools. In the theoretical part, I will focus on poetry from the middle of the last century (since 1945) to the present and try to distinguish appropriate and inappropriate literature for the formation of aesthetic feeling and interest in poetry at a child's preschool. In the practical part of the zmapuji the use of poetry in the present kindergarten, I will describe when and what opportunities it is poetry in kindergarten and I used what the authors are in kindergartens and in the family most often recited.
Cermets

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on materials based on cermets which are designed for the machining of components. The first part describes a short classification and charasteristics of cutting materials used in machining. Second part is focused on the history of development of the cermets, their structure, production, chemical and mechanical properties. The current condition of range of the most known producers of cutting materials is described in the last part of this thesis.
Superhard cutting materials

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on superhard cutting materials (polycrystalline diamond and polycrystalline cubic boron nitride) in term of their marking, production, physical and mechanical properties (hardness, density, electrical and thermal conductivity), chemical properties and application areas. It describes the range of superhard materials for selected producers of tools and tool materials, including recommended cutting conditions.
Water management in buildings

This thesis deals with the use of gray water and rain. In this thesis is a comparison of utilization in the Czech Republic and abroad and the financial savings arising in the use of these waters. Composition and permitted limits for dealing with these waters, individual adjustment methods, particularly for the accumulation of rainwater and gray water. Each chapter lists the recommended values and examples for application of individual technologies and examples of the use of rainwater and gray water.
The technology of cultivation and fertilization hemp (Cannabis) and ways of utilization

Contemporary is Hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) considered as a very promising plant whose parts can be used almost completely. Hemp is grown especially for fiber and seed. The plant is good biodegradable, so it causes no problems with waste disposal. The root system is deep and loosens the soil and prevents erosion. Hemp accumulate heavy metals from contaminated soils.To achieve the economic benefit are suitable fertile , deep soils with good nutrient supply and neutral or slightly alkaline reaction. Average seed yield in the Czech Republic is 0.6 t ha-1 and 6-7 t ha-1 stem. This study focuses on summarizing information about the cultivation, fertilization and the possibilities of using hemp.The first part is devoted to the origin, botanical characteristics, morphology and anatomy and principles of cultivation. The second part deals with the chemical composition, effective substances and use of cannabis in various industries. In this work was proposed five years crop rotation period for a variety Bialobrzeskie, grown for seed and stem. Than were selected pre-crops suitable for business without animal production and determined doses of nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium and magnesium fertilizers and suitable harvest mechanization.
