Apartment building
Zichová, Barbora ; Havířová, Zdeňka (referee) ; Lavický, Miloš (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a detached apartment building and the elaboration of parts of the design documentation for the construction. The apartment house is located in Hrušovany u Brna. It is a building with one underground and three above-ground floors. The building consists of a basement floor with garages and technical facilities and of eight residential units on the upper floors. The apartment building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab 450 mm thick. The outer load-bearing walls in the 1st floor are cast-in-place reinforced concrete thickness 350 mm. Above-ground floors are designed masonry from the HELUZ system insulated with a certified contact thermal insulation system 160 mm thick. The staircase located in the middle of the layout is cast-in-place reinforced concrete. An elevator is located between the stair flight. The roof structure is saddle with a slope of 15 °. In the right and in the left part of the house it is solved using wooden trusses 12 m long. The middle part consists of wooden trusses 9 m long. The height of the ridge of the building is +11.050 from the floor level 0.000 on the 1st floor.
Environmentally advanced pension
Kovář, Martin ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building of an environmental metal boarding house for the elderly with almost zero energy consumption. The guest house is a free-standing building with four floors and a middle tube, which is five floors. The first floor is more accessible to the public, there is a cafe, a social hall, offices, but also a nurse's office or technical facilities. The second to fourth floors are used for housing seniors in separate housing units. The total number of seniors who can stay here is 60. The first part of the documentation deals with the building permit for the construction in question. The entire object is made of a masonry ceramic system, which are horizontally interspersed with a monolithic ceiling slab. The facade on the first floor consists of wooden paneling, on the 2nd floor to the 4th floor there is already a facade plastered with silicone plaster. The roof structure consists of two different types, namely a walkable extensive green roof and an operational one with a roof rack. The second part of the work is focused on the engineering of the building environment, where concepts for the building's water supply were created. Furthermore, the concept of loading rainwater was solved, which is solved by a system of accumulation in a concrete sump with an overflow into a soaking device. The use of rainwater for irrigation or flushing is considered here. Heat pumps (ground / water) were chosen as a source of heating and cooling, which provide us with heat in the winter and cold in the summer. DHW is solved as an indirect heating tank, which is heated by the already mentioned heat pumps. In order for the object to meet all the requirements of today's building, we had to install forced ventilation or cooling of individual rooms for ideal thermal comfort in the summer. The concept of photovoltaic panels and the design of suitable lighting in individual rooms were also dealt with in the given part. The last part of the thesis dealt with the assessment of the source of heat and cold with regard to the consumed energy, acquisition and operating costs. The result of the given energy assessment should be the selection of a suitable source for the building in question. Sowtfare used in the work: Autocad 21, Archicad 25, Lumion, Altrea Duplex, AeroCAD, Deksoft, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Multifunctional Building
Kika, Aleš ; Podroužková, Božena (referee) ; Jeneš, Rostislav (advisor)
The project deals the part of the structure of multifunctional building . It is a multi-storey building. In this project are designed slab, basement wall, continous footing, column and footing . Static system and the calculations of the internal forces was conducted in a student version of Scia Engineer 2012.
Accommodation
Šestáková, Tereza ; Utíkal, Aleš (referee) ; Utíkalová, Ivana (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of the accommodation facility - a mountain pension in the village of Rudná pod Pradědem. The building has an irregular floor plan and is divided into two parts. One part of the building is used for accommodation with a capacity of 16 people. It has two floors and consists of a flat, green roof. In the second part of the building, on the first floor there is a cafe, massages and infrared sauna. In the basement there is a technical background of the building. Office space and accommodation unit are located in the attic of the building. It consists of a saddle roof. The building is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks and blocks of lost formwork in the basement. Ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete, monolithic. The building is designed on a sloping terrain.
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING - REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE
Čihák, Tomáš ; Švaříčková,, Ivana (referee) ; Šulák, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is aimed for design of monolithic reinforced concrete slab of residential building, elaboration of shape and drawings of reinforcement of selected structural element. Another part of this document is about issues in calculating of locally supported slabs.
Home for the elderly Ořechov
Koláčková, Michaela ; Pobořil, Lukáš (referee) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is processing of the technical part of the project documentation for the new three-storey home for elderly with partial basement, which is located in the village Ořechov. The object is situated on a flat terrain, which is situated little bit higher than local road. That was used for an architectonic conception of the house –basement is open and accessible by local road from the north side, the rest is under ground. The detached building is partly roofed by a flat green roof and partly roofed by flat roof covered with gravel. The object is divided into individual areas. In the second and third floor is living and social area. 11 dwelling units of different sizes are designed. First floor is also accessible to the public and together with entrance hall and reception, which is situated in the middle of the object with the main entrance on the east side, there are another two separate areas. The left wing serves as a medical department, in the right wing is cofé with his own staff facilities. In the basement is a utility room and storage areas.
Reinforced concrete structure of an apartment block
Čairović, Dorde ; Kraut, Jan (referee) ; Šulák, Pavel (advisor)
The master thesis is aimed for design and assessment of main bearing segments of reinforced concrete structure of apartment block: monolithic reinforced concrete slab over the second floor, foundation slab, stairway slab, pillar and wall beam. Constituent part of the thesis is also drawing documentation of reinforcement of selected segments. Calculation of the internal forces is made at graphical software system Scia Engineer.
Reinforced concrete ceiling of
Slanina, Bohumil ; Šimůnek, Petr (referee) ; Laníková, Ivana (advisor)
The bachelor thesis describes static analysis and design of reinforced monolithic concrete structure office building. The goal is verify dimensions of submitted project and design the reinforced concrete slab. The slab is situated above the first floor.
Administration Building in Brno
Benda, Lukáš ; Podroužková, Božena (referee) ; Jeneš, Rostislav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is aimed for design of monolithic reinforced concrete slab of residential building, elaboration of shape and drawings of reinforcement of selected structural element. The slab is situated over the first floor. Calculation of internal forces is made by software system SCIA Engineer. Results of internal forces are compared with results of simplified method. Another part of this document is about issues in calculating of locally supported slabs and is done comparison of results by ČSN EN 1992 and ČSN 73 1201. Finally I performed design of concrete double cantilever column.
Static solution of family house
Formánek, Pavel ; Švaříčková, Ivana (referee) ; Zlámal, Martin (advisor)
Master´s thesis is divided into two parts. In first part is author focusing on designing load-bearing structures that are made of reinforced concrete (floor slab, external wall, stairway). The assessments of those structures were made according to valid standard of ČSN EN 1992-1-1 and structural part of design documentation to those constructions were processed. In second, theoretical, part are different models of reinforced concrete slab in 3D (as part of whole construction) and in 2D created. The main task was to compare influence of different support´s stiffness in models on internal forces (bending moments) and on deflection of slab.
