MATEČNÁ, M. Building brand communities. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. This diploma thesis deals with the functioning of brand communities in the form of friends clubs in the Czech Republic. The goal is to analyze the status of friends clubs and to identify the motivation and willingness of people to engage in communities. In the thesis are specified band communities and their building, estab-lishing, characteristics and realized community activities. The thesis explores the motives of people to engage in communities and identifies the factors perceived by the benefits of membership. Using analysis of primary data obtained through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews are made suggestions of recom-mendations for emerging and existing friends clubs and more specific for the Klub přátel Českého rozhlasu Brno.

The diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the visitors loyalty to the spa destinations of Slovak Republic. The aim of the thesis is to identify key quality factors influencing the visitors loyalty to Slovak spa destinations and to clarify differences between clients and providers in their perception of the quality of services. Attention is also paid to clarifying the differences between specific segments of visitors in the terms of their satisfaction and loyalty. On the basis of the results obtained, there are subsequently formulated recommendations relevant to the current state of Slovak spa in order to increase the visitors satisfaction and loyalty to Slovak spa destinations.

Vlachová, Š. Loyalty to the destination. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The thesis deals with loyalty to the Moravian Karst region and its surroundings. In the first part of the work a literary research was made using Czech and foreign secondary sources. In the second part of the thesis a questionnaire survey was conducted, to which 408 respondents answered. Based on the results of this survey, visitors' satisfaction with the destination and their loyalty to it was examined. With the help of regression analysis and IPA analysis, the factors that most affect the satisfaction and loyalty of visitors were identified and recommendations for destination management were formulated based on this information.

The diploma thesis is focused on labour turnover‘s factors of generation Y especially of students and graduates of universities with economic field of study. The theoretical part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge about a labour turnover and dividing the society into generations. The attitude of generation Y to labour turnover and factors causing voluntary quitting jobs are explored in the practical part of the thesis. Electronic questionnaire survey is used for the research. The recommendations for building the loyalty of employees belonging to the surveyed group are suggested based on the results of the research.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the quality of provided services at Slovakian spa destinations. The main aim of this work is to identify the factors influencing the perception of the service quality and to determine their significane for the spa customer. The results obtained from the questionnaire are interpreted and statistically evaluated, and on their bases are proposed recommendations for service providers in spa destinations.

The topic of this thesis is the factors of quality of the services provided at spa des-tinations in three segments – spas, tourist information centres and providers of accommodation and catering. The aim of this work is to determine the signifi-cance of these factors influencing the perception of the service quality in spas for suppliers of the services and to compare the perception of these factors to the perception of the same factors amongst the customers. Based on the results of the survey are set out the recommendations for the service providers in this type of destination.

The aim of this thesis is to identify the factors of the service quality and find out the significance of individual quality of service factors for the visitor in the spa Luhačovice. Based on the evaluated results obtained by the questionnaire survey, a recommendation for the service provider of this destination is being suggested.

Staňková, A. Company social responsibility in the hotel industry. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2019. This diploma thesis deals with the concept of corporate social responsibility in hotel industry. First, the topic is introduced in literature overview, in which both Czech and foreign secondary sources are used. The main content of the diploma thesis is a questionnaire survey among hotel visitors which aim is to analyse the impact of corporate social responsibility on consumer behaviour and their overall attitude to this issue. The survey also focuses on the visitor’s loyalty in connection with social responsibility. Also, current situation among hotel facilities in the Czech Republic is analysed, including conditions for the implementation of socially responsible activities. In this case, secondary sources published by professional organizations of the Czech Republic were used as well as questionnaire survey among hotel facilities. One of the findings of both surveys is a lack of intentional implementation of socially responsible activities and therefore insufficient promotion. Insufficient promotion leads to low awareness of visitors and minimal impact on their consumer behaviour. From the visitors’ point of view, the most important measures are considered environmental protection measures, activities supporting local culture and the use of local products. Based on literature overview and research findings, practical solutions and recommendations for hotel service providers are suggested.
