This diploma thesis solves construction project high dumping shovel for back hoe loader New Holland B100 and B110. There are described operating conditions in the introduction, transport material and technical parameters for back hoe loader B100, B110. There are mentioned possible construction’s solutions and own design. Follow the kinematics analysis of material’s dumping and the static analysis on shovel and frame. This is connected with following peg’s control and the solidity analysis of shovel and frame for different load cases, where the MFE was used

Subsequently are outlined two practicable designes of a quick coupler for a original bucket, as a data componant of the second construction design is enclosed basic strength calculation. The ending point of the thesis deals and compare with the force decrease in use of a quick coupler and appraisals achieved ascertainment.

High pressure hydraulics in agricultural machinery

This bachelor thesis provides an overview of the most used ways of converting kinetic energy into pressure energy and the other way around by using hydrostatic converters. It is focused on the issue of high-pressure hydraulic mechanisms in agricultural machinery. In the next section I focused on getting an overview of the function of sophisticated hydraulic systems in current tractors and calculation of heat losses of lifting weight by front three-point hitch. For solving was used Bernoulli equation for real flow in pipes.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with hydraulic drives of hoisting drums, their sorting and description of their parts and components. It also pays attention to comparison of particular possibilities of hoisting drums with hydraulic drive rationale. A 3D model of a suitable example of technical solution for the purpose of explaining the principle of the function is a part of this work as well as a hydraulic circuit diagram.

My bachelor thesis “Testing of aircraft hydraulic systems“ discusses the problems of testing particular components and complete hydraulic systems. In the first part of my work, there are specified all regulation requirements that are to be fulfilled by hydraulic systems and test conditions for testing of flight control systems. The next parts deal with the way of testing particular hydraulic elements and hydraulic liquids. The last part of my bachelor thesis is dedicated to the testing's principle of hydraulic system of landing gear including a concept for instrumentation.

The goal of my bachelor work is Design of hydraulic travel of reaper`s drive unit on exploration of facts with these parameters: independent wheel drive, fluent speed regulation in both forward and reverse motion, speed 0-10 km/h. Briggs&Stratton I/C OHV AVS engine is used for working the machine. It's output is 8,46 kW. Dakr, s.r.o, company demanded, that approximately 20% of engines output is to be used for driving.

The work deals with the methodology of disassembly-less procedure of hydraulic systems. The theoretical part contains the basic characteristics of fluids, hydraulic system parts description, hydraulic system elements description, characteristic of measured variables and description of diagnostic methods of the hydraulic system elements. The practical part includes the methodology of disassembly-less diagnostics of hydraulic system and verify the suitability of the proposed disassembly-less diagnostics.
