The master´s thesis deals with processing of business plan for the establishment of Jumping centre. Jumping, exercising on small trampolines, is more and more popular in this country. Nevertheless the service is not provided for the general public in Brno. The aim of the thesis is to make a survey to find out how feasible is the business plan.

The Influence of Banking Products to Construction Cost From the Suppliers' Perspective.

The thesis is focused on the determination of fees for banking services and their proportion of the total cost of realization work. The theoretical part is zoomed in terms of supplier orders from the search for a recording contract for work that is described in detail. Furthermore, have been clarified the methods of determining bid price of construction, as construction is financed. The following is analysis of banking products that relate to construction contracts, what is their purpose, what is their price. The practical part is focused on the financial costs of several construction companies and their analysis. The last is a specific contract, which is described from the point of view gradually accruing costs.

The bachelor thesis deals with the management of the village called Senetářov and the aim is to make the realistic business plan for the enlargement of the local Museum of the traditional housing and pearl art. The theoretical part analyzes the economic of the village with the focus on the past incomes and expenses of the museum. In the practical part, there is the business plan of the village that is processed to extend the present museum.

The bachelor thesis aims on marketing mix of the village, especially on the ways how the village could be better using tangible goods – amphitheater. At the beginning I am starting with terms and methods definition. Next step is consisting of surround analysis and competition analysis and the last chapter is about my own concepts of ways of improvements using of amphitheater. Main goals includes achieving financial resources and improving cultural levels of village.

Proposed thesis deals with a new investment project of business company and by new concept of funding. Thesis is based on theoretical findings and detailed analysis. Performed analysis illustrates present situation and compares it to the competition and evaluates its financial health. On the basis of these outputs, the thesis concludes proper methods of funding with respect to the offer of market and particular capabilities of the company. Last but not least the thesis contains proposals focused on to the general reviving of the company.

In the end the thesis recommends the most profitable solution.

The third part offers ideas for possible improvement of the management of the part of the city.
