Žemla, Daniel ; Handl, Vladimír (advisor) ; Lizcová, Zuzana (referee)
The goal of this Bachelor thesis was to examine the importance of two German- Czech European Battlegroups with regard to German-Czech security relations. This thesis is concerned with the mutual security cooperation of both countries since 1990. It reveals a dynamic development in the bilateral relationships, especially a conciliation with the past, which has been a precondition for later successful cooperation. Differing historical experience projected into an attitude of both states towards their armed forces, which is noticeable until the present day. The thesis further analyzes the German role during the NATO enlargement in 1999 and discusses the military cooperation of the Czech Republic with the Federal Republic of Germany both in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and the European Union. The main emphasis is placed on the concept of European Battlegroups and its practical realisation in four particular examples: Czech-Slovak (2-2009), the first German-Czech (2-2012), the first Visegrad (1-2016) and the second German-Czech (2-2016) European Battlegroups. The thesis does not marginalize current developments and therefore in its conclusion focuses on the planned creation of the second Visegrad (2-2019) and the third German-Czech Battlegroups (2-2020). Martínek, Lukáš ; Sovák, Libor (advisor) ; Jebavý, Radim (referee)
Title: The Influence of five kilometre accelerated movement on the Shooting Precision Objectives: The objective of my thesis is to explore the influence of the endurance load in the form of five kilometre accelerated movement on the shooting precision. Based on the results, each respondent will be evaluated individually and then the group as a whole. Methods: It is an empirical study. In order to identify the statistical significance, the precise singlechoice T − test was used. The comparison methods were used to evaluate the point total and shoot average. Sporttesters were used to diagnose the heart rate and all the results were processed in the Microsoft Office Excel programme. Results: The measured figures show that the heart rate has a statistical influence on the shooting accuracy. The results also show that the shooting precision of individuals with a high level of physical fitness is not influenced by the endurance load as much as that of individuals with a lower level of physical fitness. Keywords: shooting weapon, endurance, army of the Czech republic, heart rate

Title: Comparison of the results of the annual examination of professional soldiers in years 2008-2015. Aim: The aim of the thesis is to describe the grades of the annual examination of physical training of professional soldiers (VZP) in 2008-2015 before and after the introduction of a new system of physical performance evaluation. The monitored group consists of soldiers and soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic (ACR), who are subordinate to the Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Republic Army. The secondary aim of the thesis is a longitudinal comparison of the individual performances in the annual testing tests in the years 2011 to 2015 in the 43th Airborne Battalion. We will find out the results of VZP in the period we have determined, focusing on age categories. Methods: This is a quantitative study. A comparison of the percentages of individual marks over the years is performed using the Pearson chi- square test. Due to the size of the research population, the statistical comparison is performed on a random sample from the research sample (N = 500 test subjects). For the secondary objective, we assessed the changes in test results over the years (2011 to 2015) using a hierarchical linear model for both dependent variables (Cooper's test and pull ups), one separate model with...
The use of active military back up troops during exceptional events
KLOTZOVÁ, Alena
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the usefulness of active armed forces backups to solve various types of extraordinary events. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals mainly with the definition of Active backups of the Army of the Czech Republic and their history, which is important for understanding the needs of the backup forces of the armed forces. Furthermore, in this section are presented units of active reserves, which the Czech army has. The theoretical part also deals with the valid legislation, in which the status of advance payments is adjusted and especially the conditions of entry and very important training, without which it would not be possible to deploy them in emergency situations. The practical part is focused on the training of selected company active reserves, which should participate in the deployment in an emergency. Four unstructured interviews with members of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic and a member of the Active Advances were made for the best understanding of active reserve issues. In order to achieve the goal, the theory and findings of these interviews were compared. The work can be used as study material or as a resource for military units to which the Active Advance Units are assigned and which allocate forces and resources for emergency assistance. As has been found in the comparison, Active advances are currently not mainly due to poor legislation applicable to dealing with emergencies, with the exception of events that would be long-term in the order of several months.

LÁTR, Vladimír
The bachelor thesis deals with the storage and transport of ammunition and explosives in the Czech Republic. This problem was most spread in the Czech Republic after the unfortunate explosion of the ammunition warehouse in Vrbětice in 2014. Explosions of ammunition depots are devastating and therefore they are so dangerous for their surroundings. Explosion can never be eliminated 100%. Explosions occur in the world and in our country. Therefore, the laws, regulations and decrees for the storage of ammunition and explosives are amended to minimize this risk. The theoretical part at the beginning focuses on the history of ammunition depots and the results of explosions. The next chapter focuses on legal regulations for fire arms, ammunition and ammo. For their content, they were divided into seven subchapters, with a comprehensive overview of all legislation relevant to the issue. In the next chapter there are mentioned the regulations of the Czech Army and in the last chapter there are clarified the basic terms of bachelor thesis - dangerous goods, ammunition and explosives. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis there is analyzed the accumulated literature with a view of the civil sector. The issue of ammunition and explosives had to be divided into two chapters. Both of them deal with ammunition and explosives but each has different legislation. The first chapter deals with the issue of the transport of ammunition and explosives and the second one solves objects for its storage. The analysis analyzed and compared the regulations in force in the Czech army and the research question was answered "Are the main differences in the legal regulations on the transport and storage of ammunition and explosives within the ACR and the civil sector?" At the end of the bachelor thesis, the differences between the storage of ammunition and explosives in the Czech army and the civilian sector are summarized. And recommendations for the following legislation were given.
