Family house in Stara Tura

Bachalor´s thesis is focuses on project family house with two–floors and detached with partial basement in Stara Tura. The family house is designed for four people. In the basement there is the garage for two cars, the boiler room and the store room. On the first floor there is the vestibule, the toilet, the office, the kitchen with living room there is free entry to the outside terrace. On the hallway there is situated stairs which divided house into daily and nightly section.On the second floor there is two bedrooms for children there is also entry to the balcony, the bedroom for parents and bathroom with toilet. The second floor covers the gabled roof. The roof coat is made of a ceramical burnt roof bags TONDACH. The vertical brickwork is formed by concreate blocks BTB 500 x 300 x 249mm in the basement. The vertical construction of the elevated part of the house is made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM 30 P+D. The horizontal construction is made of the ceiling girders POT and the ceiling inserts MIAKO of POROTHERM system.

The diploma thesis deals with designing newly built hotel with restaurant in the village Pasohlávky. Hotel is detached building. Hotel is located at parcel no. 3163/364, Mušov territory. This is a two above-ground floor with partial basement building. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM in the upper floors of reinforced concrete wall and column. The building is based on foundation slab and strips. Hotel is roofed with a flat roof. In 1.PP is garage. In 1.NP is hotel rooms and restaurant with kitchen. In 2.NP is only hotel rooms.

The aim of this Bachelor‘s thesis is an elaboration of project documentation of construction part for a project of new detached house with workshop in Hodonín. Object is composed of two floors and partial basement. In the first floor there are a graphic studio and a common part of living area. In the second there are a private zone and a roof terrace. In the basement there are technical facilities and an atelier for a studio. Construction system is a longitudinal wall system. The ceilings are made of prefabricated rib-and-filler floor. The roof of object is single-layer flat roof.

The Project adresses a family house in Čeladná. The building is brick made with two floors and basement under part of the house. Design is rougly rectangular with gable roof. Building is divided between one apartment and one beauty parlor. Object is placed into terrain with minimal elevation. Basement contains storage rooms and utility room. First floor is composed of common rooms for house inhabitans and rooms used for beauty parlor service. Second floor cointains personal rooms of house inhabitants.

Topic of my bachelor thesis is creating design documentation on level of detailed design, Detached house with design office. Project contains engineering reports, drawings, thermal assessment, fire safety assessment, simplified foundation design and design of staircase. Designed house has partial basement with one above ground floor. Structural systém is mansory walls,based on strip foundations, staircase is cast-in-place reinforced concrete, ceiling is made of precast prestressed hollow core slabs, roof structure is made from timber truss beams on which is suspended thermal insulated, plasterboard ceiling. Project was designed by computer software ArchiCAD 16 and vizualization done by program Artlantis 4.
Disabled accessible detached house

I present a barrier-free detached house with one subterranean floor and ground floor. There are a garage, a vestibule, a toilet, a study, a living room a dining room and kitchen inside. The rest part of the house includes rooms, a bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. You can find a utility room, a playroom, a rehabilitation room and a storage in the subterranean part of the house. Since it is a barrier-free house, a basement and ground floor are connected by a lift. The entrance to the terrace is also designed for disabled people, e. g. wheelchair users should not have problem to get there.

Master´s thesis ,,WELLNESS centre in Slavkov u Brna" is processed in the from of project documentation. The building is a partially basement, it has three floors and an attic, roofed in sellar rooftop and partially counter rooftop. The house is designed to plot No. 1787/1, 1787/30 in Slavkov u Brna Slovanská street. Built up area is 554,7 square meters. The basement, ground floor and second floor belongs to a wellness and a guesthouse. The third floor is used for housing owners. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete foundation slab drag over the basics with reinforcing karisítí . Walling system and ceilings from Porotherm , partitions from the system Knauf. The building is connected to the local road and the available utilities.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a partial basement apartment house with four floors. There is also a garage for cars and commercial space. The building is located in the cadastral area of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. On the ground floor there are spaces for commercial use and two housing units. On the second and third floor there are always three residential units, on the fourth floor there are two residential units with access to the terrace. In the basement there are cellar cubicles for individual housing units, spaces for technical equipment of the building and garage for users of the building. The object is of an irregular rectangular shape. The horizontal and vertical structures are made of the Heluz construction system. The roofing of the building is solved by means of single-skin flat roofs. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for building implementation.
