Nursing perioperative care on the gynekological section.
WOLFOVÁ, Petra
The bachelor thesis focuses on nursing care before, during and after a gynaecological surgery. Gynaecological surgeries are divided into small and big. Small gynaecological surgeries require only one surgeon and the hospitalization of the patient is shorter than 24 hours. Big surgeries require more surgeons, the patient is under anaesthesia for a longer time and the hospitalization is longer than 24 hours. In this bachelor thesis, we focused on perioperative care in women after a big gynaecological surgery. Care during the preoperative period is an integral part of the work of a birth assistant, as gynaecology is largely a surgical specialisation. With advancing technical progress and development of new surgical methods, various types of surgeries appear with specific requirements for nursing care. Effective perioperative care is important for trouble-free convalescence of women after surgeries. Perioperative care includes both nursing procedures and informing the patient about the hospitalization and care course. Perioperative care is very demanding for the woman herself and for the whole team participating in the care. Interaction of all the medical staff is necessary in perioperative care to provide specialised care according to the standards. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to determine the needs of patients that are affected in the highest extent during perioperative period. The research focused on the way women perceive perioperative period and the approach of health care professionals and the extent these items meet their expectation. The research was performed at a gynaecology-obstetrics department of a hospital, using qualitative assessment in deep interviews. The interviews included 13 open questions. The research group consisted of 8 women after a big gynaecological surgery. The participation in the interview was voluntary. The results of this research were carefully transcribed and analysed using the "pen-paper" method. These results were divided into four categories and further subcategories.

Oberstein, Roman ; Salač, Josef (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jan (referee)
60 Lease and ownership of non-dwelling spaces The goal of this thesis is to give an overview of the existing legal regulations applicable to lease and ownership of non-dwelling spaces. Despite the fact that today's public debates are dominated by issues concerning residential spaces, I believe that this topic is vital and relevant. Many of us come across these legal regulations, especially as part of their business operations when they are in the position of a lessee of non- dwelling space. The thesis has four chapters, each addressing different aspects of this issue. The first chapter is introductory and defines basic terms used throughout the thesis. The key element is the term "non-dwelling space" that is defined by the law as a "room or a set of a rooms with a purpose different from dwelling, as decided by the competent Building Office". The second chapter focuses on the institute of non-dwelling space lease. It is divided into five sections, the first one giving a historical summary of developments in the legal regulations applicable to non-dwelling space lease. The remaining four sections concern the lease agreement (the required details and consequences of its ineffectiveness), rights and obligations of the lessor and lessee, alterations and other changes to the non-dwelling space, and last but not...

Binter, Jakub ; Klapilová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Tichotová, Lenka (referee)
Large number of researches proven sexual differences in frequency and content of sexual fantasies (SF) in men and women. Results of the recent studies consent on fact that male SF are more frequent, and there are more types of SF compared to female SF. Study that we propose is one of the first to investigate repertoire gaining in both sexes based on different presumptions for each. Among mechanisms we will test are: higher frequency of masturbation among man which gives more space to form larger repertoire, selective attention to external erotic stimuli related to different evolutionary-biological relevance in men and women and gaining the content of SF trough realization of activity that SF later represents. Also we present factor analysis of SF content. Significant difference was found in number of SF in man and woman in absolute number of different types of SF related to objects (F=10,06, p= 0,002) but not activities. Largest impact on amount of SF related to objects was found in age when person had most orgasms - negatively (r = -0,347, p = 0,003), amount of orgasms in that age per week(r = 0,930, p = 0,011), frequency of masturbation (r = 0,776, p = 0,030) and erotica exposure (r = 0,353,p = 0,001). When GLM was aplicated on previously tested affects sex of participant was not significant...
