Duchek, Michal ; Jiroušková, Ivana (advisor) ; Maliňáková, Gabriela (referee)
This bachelor's work was created and processed as a presentational video-programme, which shows the whole course of the summer camp, which took place in Nové Město na Moravě. In the presentational video-programme the editing programme Pinnacle Studio 14 and Microsoft Office Power Point were used. I created this video-programme according to the theme, content script and technical script. The theoretical part of my bachelor's work introduces the general view of the summer camp, how the summer camp looked like, what was the daily routine in the summer camp, what kind of programme was prepared for the children to fill up their time in summer camp fully. Furthermore the theoretical part's emphasis is on the introduction of used technology and on the evaluation of knowledge. Another theme is the introduction of some news and innovations in the programme Pinnacle Studio 14 and the preparation before using this editing programme. The practical part is directly aimed at the presentational video-programme. In one point of the practical part, I tried to process the research in the form of a questionnaire to find out the emotions of the children and their experience of the summer camp. Finally, I apply myself to the description of gained experience and to the evaluation of observations during the recording.

In this paper I describe the current mexican spanish on the basis of available research by renowned linguists. I am also using my own experience with this language since I had lived in Mexico for several years. The paper is divided in four parts. The introduction contains also the definitions of terms relevant to the subject. The second part gives a view on mexican spanish first from the perspective of diachrony or the historical development of the language, and second from the perspective of synchrony which comprises the diatopic and diastratic points of view. The third part of the paper describes the phonetical and phonological aspects of mexican spanish, its morphosyntaxis and its lexical aspects. To ilustrate the theoretical parts of this paper, the last part contains transcriptions and analysis of two recordings of native speakers from the state of Guanajuato, made by myself during my stay in Mexico. Mexican spanish shares its main traits with other variants of spanish spoken in Hispanic America. In the field of phonology, it is the phenomena called seseo and yeísmo, in the morphosyntactic and lexical fields, it is the use of the form ustedes instead of vosotros, the use of words regarded as archaic in Spain or the absence of the phenomena called leísmo, laísmo and loísmo. Cirner, Stanislav ; Holcová, Irena (referee) ; Žikovská, Petra (advisor)
58 Summary The goal of this thesis is to briefly analyze problems related to the legal issues of phonogram producers and audio-visual producers, who have a big influence on our society. One of the main roles of audio studios and film producers is to spread and open up author right of artists, which is very costly. Audio studios or film producer are entrepreneurs therefore they do all the work by themselves, under their own name and their own responsibility in order to make profit. Thus there is no doubt that they will try to protect their investments as much as they can. In these days it is important to realize how much money are all the producers actually loosing if someone is breaching copyright law and certain related rights. In the introduction of my thesis I focus on the relationship of phonogram and audio visual producers and copyright law. It is about related rights, so the legal regulation might differ from copyright law. Because we talk about rights certain related to copyright law, legal regulations are different from author's right. The main difference is that phonogram producers don't dispose of any moral laws, only with economic laws, unlike authors. In the next chapters I briefly talk about historical development of the rights of producers, where it is possible to observe how rights as well as...

Towards some problems of semi-sentential structures in Portuguese
Ambrosová, Anna ; Jindrová, Jaroslava (referee) ; Tláskal, Jaromír (advisor)
The thesis deals with the subject of non-finite clauses in Portuguese. Our target was not only to investigate and describe this inherent part of Portuguese grammar but also to assess the frequency of its use in the language. The thesis consists of three theoretical and one practical part. The first theoretical part is conceived as a general introduction to the problem of non-finite clauses and records how it is understood by Portuguese and Czech linguists. The next part of the research is dedicated in detail to the individual nominal forms of Portuguese verbs, i.e. to infinitive, gerund and participle. In the third part we divide the non-finite clauses into substantive, adjectival and adverbial and provide each of the types with examples found in Portuguese written literature. This linguistic corpus that we created represents the practical part of our study. The last part of the work summarises the most common conjunctions used in subordinate clauses with finite verb form and the equivalent prepositions in non-finite clauses. We counted all the non-finite clauses in four books written in Portuguese and concluded our research by stating which type is the most frequent.
