Technological process of forging die repair
Kriegsmann, Luděk ; Vaněk, Mojmír (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis presents a proposal and solution of renovation of forging insert, which is made of tool steel 1.2367. Due to the literature search, manual electric arc welding with coated electrode was chosen for renovation. The work deals with the stress of the forging insert, which was carried out by strength and thermal analysis. After performance of trial overlay by several coated electrodes, hardness measurement and calculation of dilution of materials was performed. Based on these results, electrode Capilla 66 was selected. Renovation of insert was performed according to preliminary technological process pWPS. The Insert was preheated to 300 °C. As a power source was used TransPocket 3500 and welding current was 190 A.
Gel polymer electrolytes with high fire safety
Musil, Michal ; Zatloukal, Miroslav (referee) ; Sedlaříková, Marie (advisor)
This work deals with preparation of PMMA based gel polymer electrolytes with high fire safety and high ionic conductivity. In the theoretical part of the work GPEs for Li – ion accumulators, fire safety tests, fire retardants are mentioned. Preparation of GPEs, electrical and other properties are described in the experimental part. Furthermore, new possible methods of gel preparation are discussed.
Battery-powered welding inverter
Starec, Stanislav ; Folprecht, Martin (referee) ; Vorel, Pavel (advisor)
This master thesis is focused on proposition and following implementation of DC arc welder. This paper is based on semester’s paper, where the first version was realized. The welder is powered by a battery pack with LiFePO4 type cells. Battery cells are protected by BMS circuits. The driving electronics controls the duty cycle step-down (buck) converter in a closed current or power regulation loop. The power regulator has been designed and validated by simulations. Switching power transistors, low side and high side, are implemented by optically isolated gate drivers. Charging the battery is solved by a switching flyback converter. For the charger and the welder is sheet metal construction made of aluminum sheet.
Gel polymer electrolytes with fire retardands
Veselkova, Iuliia ; Jahn, Michal (referee) ; Sedlaříková, Marie (advisor)
This graduate work deals with the study and preparation of gel polymer electrolytes with flame retardants for lithium-ion batteries. The theoretical part describes the types of electrolytes, their features, benefits, how they differ and where they are used in detail. The basis of this section is gel electrolytes with flame retardants, to measure their electrical and electrochemical properties. The experimental part deals with the preparation of samples of gel electrolytes with different percentages of flame retardant, where varied species of flame retardants and measuring their electrical conductivity and potential windows. Impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and dynamic-analytical thermal analysis were selected as measuring methods.
Proposal of technological procedure for welding pressure vessel
Reich, Martin ; Sigmund, Marian (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The work presents a proposal for a suitable technology for the welding of the pressure vessel of the LPG gas phase separator. There are three different methods of welding of the separator body proposed and the economics of producing the separator for a given series of pieces is assessed. There is a comparison of hand electrode welding, MAG welding and TIG welding. Further, a brief overview of possible types of non-destructive testing is added and the three selected tests are properly executed and detailed. An overall evaluation of the experiments performed is included and the possible future development outlined.
Aprotic gel polymer electrolytes based on PMMA prepared by various methodes
Kratochvíl, Martin ; Krejza, Ondřej (referee) ; Sedlaříková, Marie (advisor)
This work deals with the preparation and measurement of an ionic conductivity of the gel polymer electrolytes prepared by various methods. In the theoretical part of the work, the types of conducting membranes, the development and the state of the art of the gel polymer electrolytes are summarized. The preparation and the results on ionic conductivity of the gels based on MMA, EMA and EOEMA are discussed in the experimental part.
Doplňky stravy pro optimalizaci sportovního výkonu
Musilová, Karolína
The diploma thesis forms an overview of the most commonly used dietary supplements in the MMA sports industry. The effects and metabolism of BCAA supplements and creatine monohydrate are discussed in detail in this thesis. These two mentioned supplements are also included in the practical part of the work, in which I examined their influence on the body composition of the probands. There is also a questionnaire survey that concerns strength during training and the subjective feelings of athletes during exercise while using selected food supplements. Measurement and evaluation of InBody outputs revealed changes in body composition during BCAA and creatine monohydrate use. I also managed to confirm an increase in strength during train-ing when supplementing with creatine monohydrate.
Educational potential of combat sports training on adolescents' behavior
Schneider, Jonatan ; Janošová, Pavlína (advisor) ; Mazáčová, Nataša (referee)
Anotation This thesis examines both positive or negative educational potencial of combat sports training on youth's education. By doing in-depth interviews with expert trainers I searched for their own professional opinions on this subject. Collected data were analysed and compared with similar studies from the past. The aim of this thesis was to support or refute previous studies and my research expectations that show combat sports as a fully respected part of a sports industry capable of positive influence on its participants psyche and behavior. Results of the research confirmed that training of these sports can help adolescents cultivate good manners and healthy habits.
Training concept MMA
Houra, Jakub ; Zdobinský, Adam (advisor) ; Stich, Jaroslav (referee)
Title of the bachelor thesis: Training concept for MMA The aim: To create a training concept for MMA beginners. Method: Personal experience has been used to create the concept, which has been gained through personal interaction in many different gyms. The experiences were complemented by the study of foreign and Czech literature, dealing mainly with the training concept. Result: A training concept was designed for beginners in MMA, which takes into account the complexity of the sport and the training of individual areas of combat sports. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on prevention of injuries and on developing proper movement habits and improving individual movement skills. Key word: MMA, training concept, grappling, wrestling, striking
Media Image of the Men's and Women's MMA in the Czech Republic
Rýcová, Kristína ; Turková, Kateřina (advisor) ; Chladová, Marta (referee)
The diploma thesis presents a media image of one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Mixed Martial Arts, abbreviation MMA, has a history in the Czech Republic since the 1990s. The media portrayal of male and female Mixed Martial Arts represents one of the aspects that are not fully covered in the Czech Republic. With the help of qualitative and quantitative content analysis, articles from the four most read Czech printed periodicals are explored - Blesk, Mladá Fronta DNES, Právo and Sport and four Czech news websites - Blesk.cz, iDNES.cz, Sport.cz and iSport.cz. A total of 1331 articles are analyzed in the research. The main goal of the work was to map the media image of this sport and to point out possible differences in referring to female and male athletes. The results of the research showed that although the female MMA received significantly less media attention, there was no downplay on the abilities of the female athletes. The secondary goal of the work was to discover and analyze possible stereotypes that are associated with Mixed Martial Arts. Out of a total of 1331 articles, stereotypes were traced only in 34 cases. The analysis traced a stereotype associated with the characteristics and visage of female athletes and a stereotype called Bad Guys, which portrayed MMA as a brutal sport.
