Design of heat pump for space heating system

The bachelor's thesis contains design options of the heat pump for a family house. First part of the thesis deals with the basic types of heat pumps and their usage in the particular conditions. The description of the family house along with basic parameters for the design of the heat pump itself is presented in the second part of the thesis. Therefore the heat loss computation and the heat needs of the household are listed. Various designs of the heat pumps with basic properties according to the given house come afterwards. The conclusion summarizes the overall comparison of the individual types from the investments, operating expenses and the choice of the designed heat pump point of view. Mathematical basics are enclosed in the appendix.

This thesis deals with the project documentation of a family house. The L-shaped house is formed by residential part with gabled roof and a single deck tract with a flat roof. The whole architectural design of this ground-family house with an attic and its integration into the natural terrain creating favourable conditions for architectural effect of the building. The building is designed from the structural system POROTHERM.

Bivalent heating systém with an air-water heat pump

The work is about bivalent heating system with an air-water heat pump. In the first theoretical part there is described princip, basic partition and possibilities of performance of the heat pumps. There are presented possible secondary sources for bivalent performance, too. In the second part there is processed actual offer of bivalent heating system with an air-water heat pump and there is choosed the optimal solution for heating real family house. There are also presented and confronted possible secondary sources for this solution and there is the confrontation with the others possible heating systems. There is complete economical evaluation in conclusion the work.

House with an establishment

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of the family house with business premises in Drnovice on parcel No. 1258/78. The building is located and designed in accordance with applicable spatial planning and regulatory conditions. The proposed building fits into the overall concept of the surrounding buildings in the locality. The proposed house has a basement floor, one above-ground floor and built-in attic in double-pitched roof. The garage is attached to the house. The above- ground floor is divided into two parts, namely part of the residential premises and a part of business premises (the bicycle service). These two parts are not interconnected.

Design and assessment of timber load bearing structure

Subject of my bachelor's thesis is bearing construction from wood of untraditional family house in shape of pyramid. 2D and 3D models of single parts and global model of whole construction are created. This work aim on models of joint of wooden parts, boundary conditions and global function of static model. Models are enhanced by analysis of single parts and some joints and comparasion of planar models with global model.

Financial analysis of the family brewery BERNARD a.s.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the family brewery BERNARD in the period 2009 - 2012. The thesis is divided into two parts, methodological and practical. In the theoretical part there are listed the sources necessary for the procedures of the financial analysis and description of absolute, financial ratio and differential indicators, rating and bankruptcy models and balance rules. There are applied specific values obtained from annual reports in the practical part. Specific data are compared with the average value of the given sector and all findings are subsequently interpreted. In conclusion there is specified an overall assessment of financial analysis.

Discrimination against women of fertile age on the labour market and its impact on the contemporary Czech economy

This bachelor thesis deals with the status of women in fertile age (25--35 years) when looking for a job on the Czech labor market. The main aim is to primarily verify whether there exists a discrimination against women of observed age group and further explore the economic context of this issue. The theoretical basis consists mainly of relevant legislation, theory of economic discrimination and selected experiments dealing with the statistical discrimination. This thesis also presents an analysis of costs associated with the issue and possible ways of its solution. The investigation itself and the data collection have mainly form of experiment which consists of sending fictitious CV's to the real job offers. Its overall results statistically didn't show any presence of discrimination against women. Nevertheless, it was more frequently discovered, in regions with high unemployment rate, where it reached up to 15 %. All of these facts are researched by means of the questionnaires and interviews. The majority of respondents agree that women are significantly disadventaged on the labour market mainly due to their maternity and paternthood. Effective solution of this issue probably lies in the facilitating the harmonization of work and family life.

Roma population in Slovakia and possibilities of its prediction Abstract The aim of this study is to analyze and to evaluate the demographic reproduction of the Roma population in Slovakia. In the first part, attention is focused on analyzing the demographic processes as well as selected population structure. Primarily, we focused on the description of the fertility and mortality. In addition, we analyze induced and spontaneous abortion and health status of Roma. In terms of population structures, our attention was turned to the structure by age, marital status and highest educational attainment. Important to the overall understanding of reproductive behavior is also characteristic of the Roma families. Based on these findings we prepared projection of Roma population in Slovakia for the period 1981-2030. This study especially aims to point out the changes in the reproductive behavior of the Roma population in Slovakia and its possible development in the future. Analysis of the family budget during the whole life time

The aim of this work is to analyze incomes and expenses of individual person and families during their life, to find appropriate opportunities for savings and investment for certain situations in life, to calculate the efficiency of investment to education, to calculate funding their own flat or house compared to living in a rented flat or house, to calculate the costs of a child, to find out when it is appropriate to insure themselves, to plan the financing for seniors. Historically averages and interest rates of mortgages, the growth of emerging markets, the average of inflation rate are used for every calculation. In conclusion, there is given a complete perspective of total income and expenses.
