The main concern of this thesis is to design three storey family house. The house is divided into the main living area to the garage and basement areas and a part of an establishment. There is 2 floors in the house and there is partially a basement. The house has a flat roof.

Consumer protection in contracting away from business premises

Bachelor thesis deals with consumer protection, especially in contracting away from business premises. The theoretical part deal with consumer contracts, particularly contracts concluded by a distance and off-premises. Furthermore there is discussed consumer protection in contracting away from business premise in the European Union and also in the Czech republic and activities of the Czech trade inspection. The questioning in practical part research, if respondents are aware about the issue of consumer protection. In practical part, there is also processed interview with JUDr. Věra Knoblochová, Ph.D., who worked in Brusel in the issue of consumer protection. Last but not least is in my practical part statistics of the activities of the Czech trade inspection during roadshow and trades through internet.

Návrh rozšíření dřevařského provozu fy Vymazal v Uničově

The aim of this work is the proposal of modernization and expansion of the volume and range of production workshop of wooden models for casting. The thesis describes the current production operations, their sequence and the technical condition of machines. It analyzes the current problems of production, which are mainly the lack of a production area, which does not allow the production of large-size models and crossing of production flow, which slows down production. The proposal is to ensure continuity of production at its large variability and increase the volume of production in terms of its volume and maximum size produced of model equipment. Based on the analysis of production and workshop problems are suggested four possible solutions that try to optimize the manufacturing process slightly different mechanical-technological equipment and its layout. A common feature of all solutions is to move production to a newly obtained larger spaces. The solution of each variant contains suggested equipment, organization of production, the advantages and disadvantages and total estimated cost of implementation. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of all four variants of the solution is selected and recommended option, which shifts production to the new premises relatively simply and inexpensively, meets all basic requirements and allows the subsequent development of the company.

Trade law in Czech republic

In my bachelor thesis I analysed contemporary legislation of the trade business in Czech republic. In the first part I aimed at explanation of the terminology and conditions that are crucial for understanding of the issue. These are the concept "trade", how trades are devided according to the Trade act, subjects allowed to run a trade, etc. The second part of my work i dedicated to outlining the german trade legislation in order to compare it with the czech. In the third part a reader will find statistics regarding the number of business licences in Czech republic.

The legal form of enterprise according to the Trade licensing act

The aim of this theses is the identification with valid legal form of the Trade licensing act. This theses has identification the reader with legal form of this form of enterprise and also it serves as instruction for the establishment of the trading for the strating enterpisers. This theses also contains the historical progress of this form of enterprise and at the end is the interpretation of datas, which concern of the numbers of published of trade licence.

Place of business in tax laws

This work aims at the problems of the place of business in tax laws, and it is divided into three parts. At the beginning this place of business is defined out of point of commercial law, in the first place out of point of the VAT law and the law of income tax with mentioning European court yard juridicature and international contracts about prevention of double taxation. Another part of this work deals with limitation of criteria and analysis of parameters important for establishing a place of business out of point of the VAT law and permanent place of business out of point of the income tax law. The last part focuses on comparison between the place of business and permanent place of business according to the chosen criteria. There is also summary concerning the establishment of the place of business out of point of two taxes and their impact on reality.

Provozovna v zákoněn o DPH

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku provozovny v zákoně o DPH. Nejdříve jsou v práci vymezeny parametry provozovny na základě českého zákona o DPH, legislativy EU 6. směrnice a judikaturou ESD. V práci jsou také určena pravidla pro registraci provozovny. Další část práce se zabývá analýzou poskytovaných plnění mezi zřizovatelem a provozovnou. Tato analýza je doplněna analýzou plnění poskytovaných zřizovatelem jiným subjektům, které mají sídlo v tuzemsku, kde je umístěna provozovna zřizovatele. V závěru práce jsou stanoveny daňové dopady vznikající v důsledku poskytovaných plnění. V průběhu práce jsou vytyčeny hlavní změny, se kterými přichází novela zákona o DPH v roce 2009, jež souvisí s tématem této bakalářské práce.

Charakteristika odvětví veřejného stravování, jako důležité součásti cestovního ruchu i národní ekonomiky U. S. A. Práce nastiňuje problémy a náležitosti, se kterými se potýkají podnikatelé v U. S. A. , kteří se rozhodnou otevřít restauraci, rychlé občerstvení nebo jiný podnik veřejného stravování. Uvedený podnikatelský plán provozovny Healthy Choice zdůrazňuje důležitost zodpovědné přípravy a pečlivého plánování při otevření nové provozovny.

Podnikání organizační složky zahraniční právnické osoby na území České republiky

Tato práce se věnuje činnosti organizačních složek zahraničních právnických osob na území České republiky. První část práce je věnována definici základních pojmů a postavení org. složky v právním řádu České republiky. V další části jsou zmíněny povinnosti, kterým musí organizační složka dostát, pokud chce na území ČR zahájit svoji ekonomickou činnost. Třetí kapitola je věnována účetním a daňovým otázkám v činnosti organizačních složek zahraničních právnických osob. Čtvrtá kapitola představuje krátké shrnutí úkonů, které musí organizační složka podstoupit v případě, že dojde k ukončení její činnosti v tuzemsku.
