The Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the design of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs supported locally over 2.NP civic building, which consists of 5 floors above ground and 2 underground floors. Further work is dealt, with monolithic staircase leading from the 2.NP to 3.NP and column located in 2.NP. All calculations are performed according to Eurocode 2 (EN 1992-1-1).

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is new-building family house with the surgery general practitioner. The residential area is divided for the two separate housing units. One of the apartments is duplex. The Surgery is wheelchair accessible. It has a separate entrance form the north side. The building is set in sloping terrain. It has three floors, it is partly basement and 3NP is solved in the attic. It is a brick building, which is the system POROTHERM with a combination of BTB fittings in the basement. Roofing is solved by a combination gabled and rack roof with a pitch 35° and 15°.

The building is designed for housing 4-6 persons. The house is built of brick Porotherm systém, the roof is flat. In first floor in main part of house is the living room, garage for two parking spaces and storage of garden furniture. In the second part of first floor is a separate dewelling unit. In the second floor is a space for sleeping and rating. In the basement are storage rooms, utility room and workshop.
