Municipal debt and possibility of its regulation

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku municipálních rozpočtů. V úvodní části práce je pospán vývoj samosprávy s důrazem na způsob rozpočtování a řešení problémů související s nedostatkem finančních prostředků a vznikem zadluženosti. Další část je věnována podrobné analýze příjmů rozpčtů obcí, zejména možnost obcí ovlivnit jejich výši. Dále je popsána problematika analyzování nutnosti cizích zdrojů financování, která by měla vycházet z dlouhodobého plánu rozvoje obce a také víceletého rozpočtového výhledu. Současně je také nastíněna problematika úlohy státu při regulaci municipální zadluženosti. Popsány jsou nástroje, které k tomu může využít. Nakonec je popsána situace měst a obcí v České republice a srovnávací analýza se zeměmi Evropské unie

Studie seniorského cestovního ruchu na území obce Jedovnice

This thesis deals with senior tourism in the village Jedovnice. The main aim is the analysis of the supply of accommodation and other services which are offered to senior clients. A questionnaire survey method was used to obtain initial information. The aim of the survey was to obtain answers to questions about opinions, experiences and attitudes of owners and operators of accommodation facilities for senior clients. For comparison, the results of the survey are compared with the results of investigation of the thesis, which focused on the same topic. Carried out the research, it was found that the attendance of senior citizens is low. Mainly due to almost zero promotion device directly to seniors and the absence of facilities adapted to the needs of older persons. The main outcome of this work are specific recommendations for activities and expansion of accommodation to become more attractive and increase attendance of senior's clientele. Overall, the work has achieved a comprehensive overview of the range of services for senior clients in the community. The proposed recommendations can be applied in practice.

Assortments of perennials used on the rural gardens in Pilsen region

The thesis called Assortments of perennials used on rural gardens in the Pilsen region deals with using perennials in villages of Pilsen Region- Pilsen- North and Tachov with focusing
on rural gardens and partly on public green containing perennials in planting.
From the total number of 149 villages in observed regions about 103 villages were chosen and visited.
The thesis also focuses on characteristic of these plants. The rural gardens are analysed, too.
It deals with recommendation for using suitable perennials in given station and their next use in gardens and other places. The thesis also focuses on some parts of Pilsen Region, concretely on districts of Pilsen- North and Tachov. The observation of these districts took place from June to September in 2015. It describes these districts from the viewpoint
of climate, it means the average year temperature, rainfall and the altitude of both districts.
It concretely mentions chosen villages from the districts of North Pilsen and Tachov and defines villages in which was the green focused on timber species and grassy areas and villages where these areas were completed by floral decoration, especially by perennials.
It was found that in small villages were used 16, in middle villages 39 and in large villages
32 sorts of perennials. The largest number of sorts of perennials is used in middle villages (600-2000 inhabitants). In small villages (under the number of 600 inhabitants) perennials are planted mainly in the gardens of family houses and are missing in public places.
Among the most often planted perennials in the districts of North Pilsen and Tachov belong Aster dumosus, Bergenia crassifolia, Hemerocallis sp., Hosta sp., Iris sp., Phlox paniculata, Sedum spectabile, Sedum spurium, Yucca sp. and others.

Block of flats

Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the design documentation of a block of flats. The block of flats is supposed to be situated in South Moravia, Znojmo district, in Olbramovice village, cadastral area no. 709930 – Olbramovice u Moravskeho Krumlova. The building is designed as a brick building with a contact thermal insulation system. Vertical constructions are designed from the Porotherm structural system. Horizontal constructions are designed as reinforced concrete structure. Foundation structures are designed from concrete. The object is roofed with a warm flat roof. The object has four floors. On the ground floor is technical hinterland and also one flat is designed to be barrier-free. The other floors are individual flats. There are ten flats in the building. Five flats have their own loggia and two flats have terrace. The building is newly built and it has a L-shaped plan.

Thesis „Flat building“ is made by project documentation containing all therms required by regulations. Designed structure is placed in village Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. Structure of the building is made from blocks and Miako ceiling. The entrance into the building is from the north side. This object has four floors. On the first level are situated cellars and two flats. On the other three floors are fourteen flats. The work includes fire safety solution and evaluation of structures and building in terms of building physics. schematic design of water supply and drainage systems and canculation of the accumulation tank.

Hotel

The objective of the bachelor thesis is the design of the hotel in Libínské Sedlo, close to the city of Prachatice. Building is designed as four story, partly embedded in sloping terrain. Load bearing structures are primarily longitudinal walls. On the ground floor is placed reception, restaurant, kitchen, sanitary facilities for emloyees and technical rooms. On the other stories are rooms for hotel guests.

Hotel in Čeladná - Construction technological project

This thesis is focused on the developing of the implementation phase of the Hotel MIURA in the village of Čeladná. The project is describing particular stages of technological realization of this construction, technology, implementation of the main subject of hydro-insulation system, including design control and test plan for its implementation, design and description of site equipment, the draft contract for realization. The work is further supplemented by an objects schedule and detailing schedule of the main hotel building, a description of major equipment and materials used, budget for the main calculations of the object and other objects.

Regulací proti hazardu?

My bachelor thesis focuses on regulation of gambling in the area of the Czech republic. In the introduction I would like to state reasons for the regulation of this market which are often mentioned. As well as the reasons for regulation I also take into consideration the liberal point of view. I am also going to discuss an influence of the regulations on different target groups. The purpose of my thesis is to discover if the existing and proposed limitations of gambling in the Czech republic are effective and help to restrict gambling and its negative impact. I would like to discuss this question in more depth via an example of bets on the Internet also called technical games. Nowadays, these technical games are expanding extremely fast. Another idea I am going to deal with is a contribution of legislation to this increasing trend and also the precise way of the regulation of these games and how are they affected by the limitations of other branches of gambling. Eg. If there is a transfer of users of other games ( as an effect of the possibility of communities to restrict the number of slot-machines in particular area).

Detached house with a café

The bachelor´s work concerns a new building of double floored slab detached house with a café. The object is designed in the community of Hradec Králové. Ground plan of object is constituted by two mutually moved rectangles. Café is situated in a single floored part of object, oriented to the east. Parking spaces are designed at the entry to café. Housing unit is situated in a double floored part of object, oriented to the west. The object is roofed by arched roof with inclination 2-18 %. Facade of café is covered by stone facing, there are plasters on other facades.
