The bachelor's thesis is focused on problems of financing, processing of extraction, and preparing and implementing an architectural order from the view of the provider. The main target of this bachelor´s thesis is to describe the variety of possibilities of how a provider can finance orders and show the difference between the real and the planned process of a financed order by use of a concrete example. The theoretical part deals with the terms which are required to understand the problem and its solving. The conclusion of the thesis includes a plan which would change the way of billing the order and its impact on financing and the profit of the order.
Funding of a construction order by supplier

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the specifics of acquisition, preparation and realization of a construction order by supplier. It deals with different types of orders, forms of funding and invoicing, individual parts of a Contract for work, forms of financial guarantees for a trouble-free realization of an order as well as a submission and assumption of product. The aim of the work is to analyse a realization of a specific order, form of funding and payments for a submitter and subcontractors. At the end of this bachelor’s thesis is an offer of suggestion for a possible change with a funding of an order and analysed its impingement on a total price.

Financing of construction contracts is one of the most important phases, where aim of every construction company, is to achieve the highest profit, thus ensuring the business. To the financing of construction contracts are used the own and mostly foreign sources. The procurement is linked with using subsidies from the European Union. In the theoretical part of this thesis there are described the basic concepts relating to public contracts pursuant to Act No. 137/2006 Sb. and financing, both in terms of suppliers and contracting authorities and the actual course of implementation. The practical part deals with the financing of specific public construction contract.

The main aim of the thesis is to determine why financial statements based on Czech accounting rules of some property developers are significantly different. Additionally this thesis define how various aspects of property development influence accounting. Theoretical knowledge is shown from practical side by using the example of a fictional case study.
Příprava a financování zakázek stavební společnosti

Práce se začíná charakteristikou stavebnictví a jeho specifiky. Na začátku je rozebráná problematika zadávaní stavebních zakázek. V případě veřejné zakázky je ukázán systém hodnocení a kritériá hodnocení zakázek. V další části se diplomová práce věnuje zajištění investora(odběratele) a stavební společnosti (dodavatele). Jsou zde zhodnocené výhody a nevýhody různých zajišťovacích instrumentů, hlavně bankovní záruky. Důraz je kladen na fakturaci a placení stavebních zakázek a jejich různé varianty. V závěrečné části je analyzováná stavební zakázka, kterou realizovala společnost Skanska v letech 2002 a 2003.

Processing of the suplier-customer relations in different accounting software packages

This bachelor work deals with supplier-customer relations problems. The first aspect of this work, describes an enactment of liability relation, bills, external and inland dealings between customers and suppliers. In the theoretical part an advance payment problem that is enacted by VAT law is solved. The practical part segment compares two types of accounting software in relation to work difficulty, speed, print reports, etc. In both pieces of software, invoice out and prepayment invoices are accounted for, while a comparison of suppliers and customer directories, as well as settled and unsettled demands and liabilities records, are made. The aim of these comparisons is essentially choosing the optimal software.
