Within the main building, a study of the main technological stages of construction, elaboration of the project site equipment together with the associated design documentation and the technical report, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, time schedule of the main building processes, and an item budget are described. Within the technological regulation and the control plan, the diploma thesis is focused on the cast-in-place structures of the superstructure. In the final part of the project, there are chapters devoted to topics such as occupational health and safety on the construction site, evaluation of LEED 2009 certification, the procedure for securing the construction pit, and the assessment of the main vertical lifting mechanisms.
Construction project for implementation of Retirement home Žacléř
Bonaventura, Pavel ; Průcha, Aleš (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare the construction of a Home for the Elderly in Žacléř. The work deals with technical regulations for the dismantling of asbestos roofing, demolition work and monolithic structures. For these regulations, a time plan for the implementation of monolithic structures, a control and test plan for monolithic structures, an itemized budget and a time and financial plan - object-oriented will be prepared. Furthermore, this work contains the coordination situation of the construction with broader transport relations, the design of the assembly machine, the report for the construction site equipment with drawings of the construction site equipment for individual technological regulations and last but not least the health and safety plan and assessment of construction noise. As part of the diploma thesis, several appendices were prepared for this stage, such as crane assessment, details of monolithic stair arms, noise wall scheme, budget for construction site equipment, environmental plan, ceiling and wall formwork scheme and staff balance for selected stages.
Structure of family house – selected elements
Machalíček, Šimon ; Požár, Michal (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with a desing of cast-in-place family house structures. The basis of the thesis is assesment of selected structures (ceiling, walls, beam) by structural desing and subsequent proposal of necessary reinforcement of assessed structures. The outcome of the whole thesis are the drawings.
Structure of apartment building – selected elements
Kanichová, Barbora ; Švaříčková, Ivana (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is selected construction elements of low-rise apartment building. Reinforced concrete slab of the upper floor is solved in this thesis. The requirement to limit the propagation of impact noise from the staircase to the building and thermal bridge interruption was taken into account in the design of the construction. The deformation of the ceiling structure was verified regarding the integrity of the deposited infill structures. RFEM 5.18 software is used to solve internal forces. All the calculation are performer according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1 and ČSN 73 1201.
Reinforced concrete structure of a cottage
Fuit, Daniel ; Zich, Miloš (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with design of a monolithic bearing structure recreational object and the assessment of selected bearing parts of the structure. The object is placed in the hillside. All bearing parts of the structure are interconnected and thus form a rigid unit. Calculation of load effect was made in SCIA Engineer 18.1. Selected bearing parts of the structure were assessed for the ultimate limit state and the serviceability limit state using the MS Excel spreadsheet editor. The final output is the drawing documentation of the assessed bearing parts of the structure.
Residential Building
Pastorková, Gabriela ; Mocová, Pavla (referee) ; Mohelníková, Jitka (advisor)
The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to complete the project documentation for the implementation of the residential building. The building has thirteen residential units and consists of four storeys and one underground floor. The building is located in the cadastral area of Brno-Komín in a quiet area. The main entrance is located on the north side of the plot and it is barrier-free. Vertical communication is ensured by a two-arm staircase and an elevator. From the common corridor, there is an entrance to the individual housing units. In the basement there are 13 cellars, utility room, toilet and facilities for a cleaning. On the first floor there is the main entrance to the building, including mailboxes, a bell and the entrance to the pram and bicycle room. From the stairwell, where there is also an elevator, there are three residential units (2x 2+kk and 1+1), one apartment is designed as accessible flat. On the second and third floors there are four residential units (2x 1+1 and 2x 2+kk). On the fourth floor there are two residential units sized as 4+kk. The two-way wall structural system is made of ceramic blocks (in the basement – pre-cast pernament formwork). The whole apartment building is insulated with the contact thermal insulation system (ETICS). The building is based on strip foundations made of plain concrete. The ceiling structure is made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs and the whole building is roofed with a warm flat roof.
Dolní Kounice Gym
Jakubíková, Kateřina ; Erben, Adam (referee) ; Pavlovský, Tomáš (advisor) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with a gym design in Dolní Kounice. It is developed into the level of building permit documentation and documentation for execution of the project. Its land is located in the north side of Dolní Kounice in the South Moravian Region near a primary school and a kindergarten. From the south side, the area is bordered by multi-storey buildings of the primary school and the kindergarten. From the west and the east sides, the area is edged with buildings of wine cellar or just with entrances into these cellars. In the north side there is an area of old brickyard. On the land of the gym there is a current outdoor playground of the primary school with an artificially created surface, a parking place and a fenced playground of the kindergarten. The space is intersected by an access road leading to the cellars in the west part. Along the edge of the east side there is a driveway leading to the local brickyard and it continues to the area of past sand quarry above the municipality. The gym is designed especially for the needs of the local primary school and the kindergarten, then for public. The gym will serve not only for teaching the physical education but also for sport and social usage of residents of the municipality. This work covers a scheme of solutions of ambient outdoor areas of the gym. The sport hall is a reinforced concrete cast-in-place two-floor building of a block shape mostly below the level of ground as a response to the valley type of countryside created by ambient buildings of wine cellars, the steep slope behind them and the high-rise building of the primary school which closes this area. The entrance into this area is located in the south part of the first subterranean floor which is not below the level of the adjacent terrain. The first subterranean floor is designed mainly for organizing educational, social activities and for the fans of the sportsmen. Also, there is a large entrance hall with a multifunctional reception.
Structure of apartment building
Řihošek, Jan ; Pulec, Vladimír (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of the floor structure of an apartment building in two structural variants. The aim of the work is to find out the internal forces, design and check in two construction variants. Finite Element Method was used for calculation internal forces using 2D model for floor slab and 3D model of building in the Dlubal RFEM 5.24. The work also includes check of masonry walls.
Prestreesed concrete slab
Benčíková, Mária ; Kalenda, Jan (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a reinforced concrete floor structure above the 1st floor of a two-storey pavilion of a spa complex. It is a point-supported slab with the use of prestress. The design is converted with respect to the required fire resistance of structures. The analysis of internal forces is performed by manual calculation using the method of spare frames and using the computational software RFEM 5.23, which uses the finite element method. The design is made according to the group of standards ČSN EN.
