Content of the Diploma thesis is the design documentation a block of flats with trade gallery in Tábor. The design documentation and annexes of diploma thesis are elaborated according to present valid laws, goverment´s restrictions and standards. This object is located on plot no. 1457/33 and 1457/1 cadastre unit Tábor. The building is situated in area designated to housing development. Next to the land are there public infrastructure. The apartment building is divided into 20 flats including one accessible flat and café for 60 customers and max 5 employees. Flats are located from second floor except accessible flat, which is in grounfloor. In grounfloor is common storage area and utility room. Building has four (above-ground) floor. Object is dimensioned 31,7 x 25,2 m and high 13,6 m.The object is builded on finished grade. Load-bearing structural systém is from hollow bricks. Building has flat roof and whole object is thermal insulated.
Residential Zone village Chválkovice

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a design of a residential zone in the village Chvalkovice. New roads, parking places, layout of building plots and engineering network in the street were designed on the current grassy land. One option has been proposed, which has been elaborated in detail.
Sports and Leisure Centre Brno

The theme of the dissertation titled the Centre of Sport and Leisure Time in Brno is a design of a relaxing and sport site „Centrum Lužánky“. The subject of this project is architectonic-city-planning study, which deals with elaborating a concept of a sport centre behind Lužánky in Brno-Ponava. This dissertation contains details of the facility and the area of the current swimming pool Lužánky. The current state of the facility built in 1979 doesn’t meet requirements of visitors and sportsmen anymore. The main aim of this project is the reconstruction of the current fifty-meter swimming pool, a design of a new swimming pool placed under the ground floor of the current building, which will provide space for organizing international competitions, trainings of professional sportsmen, etc. At the same time the busyness of the current swimming pools would be lowered by building a new indoor and outdoor waterpark, especially for the group of recreational visitors. The attractiveness of the facility will be increased by the newly designed park relaxing area and proposed multipurpose area, used as a sports field in the summer and as an ice ring in the winter. Additional value of the facility is comprised by an indoor and outdoor café and large relaxing area on the roof of the waterpark. The whole area increases the community facility availability by a proposed wide range of services for health, relax and sport. The advantage of the whole concept is the mutual connection of all facilities. The entrance to the area is shortened by a designed pedestrian bridge, accessible from the south and north busy areas. The whole project is enhanced by increased number of new parking places, located particularly along the access road, the street Sportovní, going through a green zone. The road and parking places are proposed in the design of residential streets, respecting walking pedestrians. The area has a very rich sport history, which is dated back to 1922. This work aims to create transport–urbanism study which will lead to the improvement of attractivity of the whole region, whether for permanent or migrant populations, converts the traffic so that the least interfere with visitors of the city center while retaining its good accessibility, supports the development of pedestrian and cycling routes in context of the surrounding area. Traffic-urban solution will work with the master plan of Ostrava city and also take into account results of performed architectural and urban design competitions of a city in the area of interest. Emphasis will be placed on an economically resonable solution with connection to the future development of the site, construction phasing and quick implementation.

This diploma thesis ,,Optimization of the parking plannig and calculation“ is focused to the problem of determining the number of parking spaces. The goal of this thesis is to update purpose units in the selected buildings and optimization of factors in calculating the parking spaces. The fírst part of work consist of compared calculation car parking spaces to the Czech standards with standards in other countries. The second part of work is focused of comparison of calculated parking places according to standards with real number of parking places. The last part of diploma thesis is concentrated to optimizing the reduction factors.
Polyfunctional house

Content of my thesis is structural and proces layout design of new building of multi-purpose building situated in Brandýs nad Labem city. Building is cellarless consisting of five above-ground storey, covered by one layered flat roof cladding. This object is devided to two parts. First of them is defined for public and includes café, commercial premises and office and second part of building includes eleven flats. One parking place belongs to each flat. Object is designed based on POROTHERM constructive system. Bottom is designed as concrete continuous footing and reinforced continuous footing. Part of bottoms is separate footing made of concrete.
Parking Planning and Calculation

The purpose of this diploma thesis „Parking Planning and Calculation„ is car parks at selected buildings. The goal of this thesis is to optimize the selected of targeted units for calculate the number of parking spaces. First part of the work is focused on the measurement itself and data analysis. The next part of the work consists of comparison of calculated parking places according to standards with real number of parking places.
Study of the Dukelské Square - Přelouč

The subject of final thesis is the reconstruction of the area Dukelského Square and its surroundings outside the station ČD in Přelouč. This is an modification of pavements and roads, design of parking places and car park. The solution was processed in several variants, based on traffic census.
Kindergarten

This thesis describes the design of a kindergarten in Novy Jicin. It is a detached building on a large and gently sloping land. Visually, kindergarten divided into three parts and it is on two-storey part of themselves compartment attached with two-storey in the middle part. The building has a rugged design (form L-shaped). The building is brick sand-lime blocks with contact thermal insulation system, based upon the strips foundation, nobasement and covered with a warm flat roof. In the single-storey part there is the only MS (max. 25 children). In the middlesection of two-storey there is a main part of kindergarden on the first floor and kindergarten facilities located on the second floor there is a small department with special classes (max. 10 children). The layout of the building is consistent with the operation of kindergartens, fulfill the requirements for barrier-free use, safety, fire resistance and overall stability. The building includes parking for 15 cars. The work includes project documentation for the construction and specialization.
