Survey analysis processing as the basis for land adjustment in the selected locality.

The purpose of this thesis is to process a research material obtained from a fieldwork in the region around Zálesí in Sumava, Czech Republic, in order to elaborate bases for a global countryside improvement of the area. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the explanation of the concepts that define the forms and goals of the countryside and land improvement. It is followed by an introduction of the relations among the land improvement and a stability of the ecology system, landscape and common devices planning. The theoretical part is concluded with a short description of the natural conditions and, according to the methodology, an analysis of the current situation in the field. The applied part of the thesis follows the methodology of Dumbrovsky at al., 2004. In the first part, there is a general characterization of the field, spatial analysis and an analysis of the differentiation of the area around Zálesí. It is followed by an identification of its concrete characteristics and values. The outcome of the thesis is a detailed and global research of the countryside, which could be used during the planning of the improvements of the global stability of the region.
Suburbanization in the near hinterland of the city of České Budějovice - northwest and northeast sector

Diploma work is about suburbanization and suburbs in the near hinterland of the city of České Budějovice. It monitors development of these suburbs in socialist and post-socialist period, whereas suburbs are divided in suburbs of urban and country landscapes, towns and small towns of agglomeration and distant suburbs except agglomeration. More detail attention is presented northwest and northeast sector of the hinterland of the city. We analyse statistics data about numbers of resident population between 1950 - 2009, data about numbers of settled houses from single periods of construction time, which we elicited from cross-country research and we also analyse statistics data about construction time of flats between 1997 - 2009. Another part of diploma work is focused on evaluation architectural, urban and urban planning positives, negatives and problems connected with suburbanization in solid area, which we elicited from cross-country research and questioning mayor of suburban municipalities. Third part of work is about involvement suburban migrants to life in suburbs and suburban municipalities. Data were found out from questioning mayor of suburban municipalities. As components there are thematic maps with illustration of analyzed data according suburbs.
Housing construction in Village Dolní Třebonín and the influence of construction on development of this village.

The main subject of my thesis is concerning housing construction and it`s development influence upon the village Dolní Třebonín. This kind of housing construction was for village Dolní Třebonín of high importance. The village Dolní Třebonín is a small village with no more than 600 inhabitans. As a result of this small number of inhabitans a real apprehension occured {--} rescission of the local school, post ofiice, traffic and other improtant services. This could have substantial effect of the life quality in this village. To impove this dissatisfying situation was a suggested to build new housing possibilities and so increase the number of inhibitans in the village. The aim of this activity should be higher income for the willage{\crq}s budget and also to keep important services and to extend the platform of these services.
Complement landscape problems in document Politika územního rozvoje on the basis compare landscape problems in Czech republic and Great Britain

This thesis is to evaluate and compare some approach of the solution spatial aspects of landscape problems among choose Czech and Britain documents. This study is oriented on Czech policy dokument Politika územního rozvoje (2008 {--} 2012) and other similar document of the single regions Great Britain. Partial goals of thesis have to been searched out the documents for planning in Czech republic and Great Britain, explored and described hierarchy of planning of both countries. Subsequently compare similar documents accordance with degree attention, which devote the define spatial aspects of landscape problems. Primary objective have to been determined poorly places in solution landscape problems in document Politika územního rozvoje and propose their inclusion for up-dating document in 2012.
Koncepce rozvoje územního plánu a komunikační strategie města Otrokovic z hlediska uplatnění jednotlivých složek ekonomického a kulturního rozvoje města

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis and assessment of the current communication strategy of the town of Otrokovice in the view of economic and cultural development. Another aim of the work is the assessment of a particular solution, its impact on economic and cultural development and expressing suggestions to supplement the strategy. The description and assessment of the importance of land-use planning as a part of the development of the town is included in the first part. The second part contains characteristics of particular components of economic and cultural development of the town. The analysis and assessment of the particular solution as a part of the municipal plan are included in the third part. Characteristics of potential future development and additional suggestions to the strategy are included in the last, fourth part.
The influence of land - use planning on use of monuments in the Tourism area

This bachelor thesis tries to find the context of three areas - issues of cultural heritage, tourism and land -- use planning. It is based on the hypothesis that not only the very cultural heritage, but also the position and the environment in which they are located, are the attractions of tourist destinations and have effect on the overall picture of the place and its genius loci. The practical part is about two villages at Kutná Hora region, where are two castles with different destinies.
Comparison of the model of spatial planning in Sweden with the model used in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis Comparison of the model of spatial planning in Sweden with the model used in the Czech Republic describes the planning models in these two countries. In the case of Sweden, it is a model of spatial planning. The Czech planning model is divided into two different units -- regional and urban planning. The work is divided into four separated parts. The first part is devoted to the characteristics of Sweden in terms of socio-economic structure, which is the basis for the description of the Swedish planning model. Another part focuses on models of planning in both countries. The main part of this work consists of the comparison of the two models; the spatial / territorial and the regional planning. Furthermore, the project will discuss the determination of identical and different features and will also describe the advantages and disadvantages of the Swedish model of planning in relation to the Czech model.
Spatial planning system in Greece and its comparation with the Czech Republic

The main topic of the bachelor thesis is a characteristic of a model of spatial planning in Greece and its comparation with dual-planning model used in the Czech Republic. The first section contains the definition of basic concepts of spatial respectively land-use/regional planning. The basis of the thesis consists of analysis of planning systems in Greece and the Czech Republic and their comparison. Input basis for this analysis is socioeconomic characteristics of Greece. The analysis of used system contains outlines the institutional and legislative environment of the country. The aim of this bachelor thesis is based on an analysis of planning models capture the essential differences and common features of models of planning in both of the selected country.
Land-use planning and it's present practices in Czech republic - Ústí nad Labem as an example

The content of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the town and country planning in the Czech Republic, which is then particularly demonstrated on the territorial planning of Ústí nad Labem. The regional capital has now initiated the creation of a new municipal plan at the instance of itself. Furthermore, from its position it intervenes in other town-planning documentation. In the theoretical part the building act n.50/1976 Coll. is discussed along with its amendment which is the act n.183/2006 Coll. This part of the thesis also comprises the evaluation of an impact these acts would practically have on the territorial planning. The specific town-planning documentation is subsequently summarized in the practical part. The application of the regulation plan is then illustrated on the revitalization of the square in the centre of the town
Spatial planning in France

This bachelor thesis is based on the problem of spatial planning in France. The first part is the general characteristics of France and its land use. The part about the system of French spatial planning consists of a description of the history, from which the French spatial planning gets its direction. Then there is a list of authorities and institutions of spatial planning with their essential characterization. The last part dealing with France is a summary of instruments used in spatial planning. The next part focuses on the Czech Republic and its spatial planning. It includes a historical chapter of Czech spacial planning. Next we find a structure of authorities and insitutions and, again, the instruments of spatial planning. In term of the two analyses, I have made a comparison of these two systems of spatial planning. I have found some interesting correspondences as well as some differences.
