RESIDENTAL BUILDING SLAVKOV U BRNA. TECHNOLOGICAL PHASE OF FINISHING WORKS.

In the thesis I deal with the internal finishing work of a residential building in Slavkov u Brna. I elaborated in detail the technical regulations for the implementation of internal partition walls, interior plaster and floor structures. For floor structures I developed to compare the spreading layers under which I has elected a suitable material for this construction. This part is followed by the appropriate machine assembly, quality control work, the draft site facilities and transport links. I has also drawn up a sustainability plan object, construction budget and schedule of work.

Multifunctional building in Drslavice, interior and finishing work

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a solution of the technological phase of the internal and finishing works of the premises of the multifunctional building in the village Drslavice. This work focuses on the implementation of layers of floor structuers. It is about a new building which is going to serve as a sports hall with a restaurant. The bachelor thesis contains a technical report, technological specification, a statement of measurements, a solution of an organization of building, a mechanical composition, a control and testing plan, occupational safety and a time schedule.

Construction of the hall with the administration, Velká Bíteš - solution of the stage floors

For my bachelor thesis I´ve chosen a topic concerning the stages of floors in a building which is composed of two parts. The first part is a storage hall and the second is two – floor administrative building. This building is situated to the south of Velká Bíteš. This thesis contains technological instructions and a checking and testing plan for these two buildings, which is used for the construction of the floors. Others parts of my bachelor thesis are: omnibus technical report, the facilities of the building site, suggestion of machine composition, healt and safety at work, the situation of wider relations, itemized budget and the time schedule.

Modification of silicate materials for floors

The thesis is devoted to the issue of flooring materials, cement and plaster. In the first part are discussed general properties and general requirements for flooring, as well as presents the most important properties of selected flooring materials. The work is dedicated to the modulus of elasticity, adhesion to the substrate and strength parameters of the tested materials. It also evaluates the effects of redispersible polymer powders in silicate compositions intended for floors.

The bachelor thesis deals with the inner and finishing works in a apartment building – block F. New building is located in the village Kuřim, in its part „Díly za Svatým Jánem“ on the street Metelkova. The building is located on plot number 2642/431 and it is a new building with twelve flats. The interior and finishing work consist in the design of plasters, flooring, drywall works, painting and assembly works. This work deals mainly with the plaster design. The plasters will be made from the plaster core, the inner stucco or there can be used the other superficial treatments.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is family house in Miletin. The family house is a single unit building intended for the permanent family living. It is a family house with two floors and basement. Family house is set in a slinty sloping terrain. The building was constructed using traditional materials and technologies. The building is designed of system POROTHERM and ceiling construction of system POROTHERM MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by contact insulation. Facades are broken color in combination with a large glass window openings. The windows are plastic with insulating glass. The roofs are flat.
