The theoretical part summerizes the details of the project, risks evident especially during the pre-insvestigation phase of the construction project and ways of solving the possible risks. The practical part deals with the identification of the particular project, includes listing of the risks and concludes with their prevention.

It summarizes the theoretical knowledge according to the IPMA standard and applies them in the proposal section. It contains a questionnaire survey conducted in the municipality and a subsequent comparison of the findings with the proposal of the family folklore afternoon plan.

In addition this part also contains evaluation of economic and financial viability of the project and its possible financial resources. Practical part is case study of road construction project in the village Ořechov. This part by using the knowledge from theoretical part evaluates financial viability of the project and its possible financial resources.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of a public investment project of Sport and social hall in Nebovidy. The theoretical part solves the basic concepts and steps of evaluating of economic efficiency of a public project. It also explains the determination of necessary indicators in a Cost-benefit analysis method and identify individual project beneficiaries. Practical part deals with the specific public investment project, especially determine the cash flows of the project and evaluation of economic efficiency using the Cost-benefit analysis.

Subject of this building contract is Sports Hall – Sokolovna Svinov, a new building, which is realized in the years 2018-2020 in the city district Ostrava-Svinov.

The practical part is focused on the organization of the construction project - the schedule of time planning and the financing of the public procurement. This issue is dealt with on a concrete project where the investor is the city of Brno. It is a building of a parking lot.

Feasibility Study of Garages Construction in Břeclav

The Master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of an investment project for the construction of terraced garages in Breclav. The aim is to prepare a feasibility study and to appraise the feasibility of the said building project. The structure of the study is tailored to the meaning and objectives of this dissertation, which is focused on marketing research and estimation of demand. Part of the feasibility study are also chapters that describe the essence of the project and its different phases, project management, the impact of construction on the environment, financial plan, evaluation of economic efficiency, schedule and risk analysis. The result of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of the investment project under specified conditions.

Evaluation of Economic Efficiency and Financial Feasibility of Investment Project carried out with Municipality

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency and the financial feasibility of the project realised by the municipality. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical background chapter, the author introduces the topic of the public sector and the public investment project. Furthermore, this thesis discusses methods which are used for evaluation of economic efficiency of the public projects and also their financing. The second part deals with the case study of the parking house project in Litomyšl. The author uses knowledge from the theoretical part to evaluate the effectiveness of the project and possible sources of financing.
