This bachelor´s work deals with a project documentation of a family house with establishment. This house is situated in the district Pelhřimov cadastral area – Černovice. It is a two floor building. The house is divided into two parts, that an connected by the part with a flat roof. One part of the house has got a saddle roof, the other one has got a flat roof. Walls will be made from clay blocks POROTHERM. A past of the house is a garage for one car. An outdoor equipment shop is designed in the business place.

The object is designed as a two-storey building, with a cellar, standing in a sloping ground. There is a saddle roof. The south facade is roofed, glassed terrace. The nord shelter protect the house from the effects of weather.

The structural system is designed in a walled technology of the HELUZ system – ground bricks “HELUZ FAMILY”. Ceilings are made of prestressed ceiling panels “SPIROLL”. The roof is of the T shape, 2 saddle roofs are mutually perpendicular. The roof is of a higher type, saddle half-hipped roof. The house will be founded on monolithic concrete continuous footing strips.

The subject is a detached two-storey family house in Drahlov, in disposition 6 + eating nook, for family of four to six members. The house is situated on location with even ground. The building has a saddle roof over main and also before main part. The core system is a single-layer masonry. Drawing part of the project is designed by software application AutoCAD. Other parts (heat-technical solution, fire-safety solution, computational and design part) are processed using the programs MS Word, MS Excel, Stavební fyzika. The work also includes seminar work on subject sloping roofs.

The 2nd floor is solved as attic. For masonry is used material ceramic bricks with the ETICS, the ceiling is made from POT & MIAKO systeme with reinforcing components. In underground floor is used material the lost formwork concrete blocks with the armature and additional insulation. For the roof is used combination of saddle roof and hip roof, with angle 35 degrees. Object is located in peripheral locality of the city Jaroměř. Surrounding terrain is flat.
