Diagnostics of Hypercoagulation Status by D-dimer Concentration Measurement
STIEBLEROVÁ, Romana
In common thrombofilia is the state of the vessel system in arterial, venous or microcirculation part when the probability of thrombs-creation is increased, but thrombs are not present yet. It is the pre-state of thrombotization. Thrombofilia is denoted as hypercoagulation status. Thrombofilia also is a common term for hereditary and acquired prothrombotic states in arterial, venous and microcirculation system. Progress in thrombotic and anticoagulation treatment and high-powered clinical research in pathogenesis together enable the radical progress in modern conception of pathophysiology in clinical diagnostic and introduce usage of very efficient treatments. Results of big multi-central studies show clearly how the precise fibrinolytic and coagulation tests and treatments can help in long-term surviving of patients with thrombosis. The search part of this study shows a summary of last information in pathophysiology and last potentialities in laboratory tests and interpretations focused on clinical exposure and diagnostic of PE and DVT. Inspiration for this study are results published in JOURNAL OF THROMBOSIS AND HAEMOSTASIS 10 (7): Penaloza, A., Roy, P. -M., Kline, J., Verschuren, F., Le Gal, G., Quentin-Georget, S. , Delvau, N. , Thys, F. Performance of age-adjusted D-dimer cut-off to rule out pulmonary embolism. 1291-1296, 2012. doi:10.1111/j.1538-7836.2012.04769.x and HAEMATOLOGICA-THE HEMATOLOGY JOURNAL 97(10) Douma, Renee A.; Tan, Melanie; Schutgens, Roger E. G.; et al. Using an age-dependent D-dimer cut-off value increases the number of older patients in whom deep vein thrombosis can be safely excluded. 1507-1513, 201, doi:10.3324/haematol.2011.060657. In this part also the need of Good Laboratory Praxis for pre-analytics extraction and transportation of whole blood samples for coagulation and fibrinolytic tests is highlighted. The practical part of this study covers either the laboratory results aimed to confirm the diagnosis or the results of D-dimer concentration done for preventive reasons and selected in specific files. D dimer is the specific fissile product of fibrin and the presence of D-dimer in plasma testifies the activation of coagulation and fibrinolysis. D-dimer tests were done on the automatic coagulation analyzer ACT Elite Pro. D-dimer test has been done by immunological method based on reaction between antigen and antibody. Analyzer ACL Elite PRO uses nephelometry for detection of blood clogs and reads the intensity of scattered 90° angle light in the sample. Results of sonography are from data stored in hospital information system FONS Akord STAPRO Hospital Jindřichův Hradec a.s. All data were collected in several data-files. This study verificates the hypothesis of predicted difference of D-dimers in patients from preventive file and patients in file with thrombofilia diagnosis. The hypothesis of D-dimer test positivity in venous thrombosis was confirmed as well, D-dimer as a marker of thrombofilia shows an actual activation in-vivo system and increased D-dimer concentration confirmed venous thrombosis DVT together with a positive sonography. The most interesting and the most important result of this study is the confirmation of the hypothesis of using an age-dependent D-dimer cut-off in patients over 50 of age with suspect DVT or/and PE diagnosis. The importance of using an age-dependent D-dimer cut-off was published in articles in JOURNAL OF THROMBOSIS AND HAEMOSTASIS 10 (7): Penaloza, A., Roy, P. -M., Kline, J., Verschuren, F., Le Gal, G., Quentin-Georget, S. , Delvau, N. , Thys, F. Woman's sexuality in pregnancy, during delivery and in puerperium.
HONZÍKOVÁ, Eliška
This bachelor thesis deals with female sexuality in the period of pregnancy, delivery and puerperium. However, it does not only focus on sexual activities in these cardinal periods of every woman ´s life. Female sexuality is directly related to the woman ´s psychic condition which has a fundamental effect on her. The theoretical part includes chapters explaining the notion of female sexuality and its brief history. The thesis further includes basic information about female physiology and an outline of the periods of pregnancy, delivery and puerperium with a focus on female psyche and sexuality. The purpose of this thesis was to find out about women ´s knowledge of hormonal changes in the periods of pregnancy, delivery and puerperium in relation to sexuality. Another objective was to find out what changes are women subject to in these periods and whether any complications may appear in this area. Further focus of interest was comparison of sexuality of women without professional healthcare education and midwives who had already delivered babies themselves. This theme was processed with the help of a qualitative research. The needed information was obtained through non-standardised interviews with open questions. The interviews were processed in the form of case studies. The research subjects included two groups of female respondents. The first group included women without professional healthcare education and the second consisted of five midwives. The research was used for evaluation of the following hypotheses: ``Women possess information about hormonal changes in pregnancy, during and after delivery in relation to sexuality``; ``The frequency of female sexual activities decreases in pregnancy``; ``Women change view of their life roles in the sense of continuous prevalence of the parental role over the partner role``; ``Delivery need not necessarily result in changed sexual appetite of women``; ``Women experience complications in sexuality after delivery in the case of trouble with injury during childbirth{\crqq}; ``There are no differences between women without professional healthcare education and professional midwives in sexuality in the periods of pregnancy, delivery and post-delivery``. The thesis might be beneficial not only for midwives, pregnant women or women after child delivery, but also for the male part of the population.

Banking transactions and their legal regulation
Nevrlý, Lukáš ; Kotáb, Petr (advisor) ; Dřevínek, Karel (referee)
/ Banking transactions and their legal regulation The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyse banking transactions and to inform about their substential elements, legislation in the Czech legal order and business conditions used by banks. I did not explain all the kinds of banking transactions conducted by banks in this diploma thesis due to their extensive range, but I just focused on the most important transactions in my point of view. The thesis is composed of four chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of banking operations. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic facts about banks and legal conditions of their running activities. The chapter consists of three parts. Part One focuses on concept of banking transactions. Part Two investigates divisions of banking transactions and Part Three addresses the issues of bank as an entrepreneur. It also describes relevant legal regime necessary to obey to perform banking transactions and question of acquiring banking licence. Chapter Two is subdivided into two parts and provides explanation of active banking transactions. Part One illustrates single credits, which are subdivided into five parts focused on credit bureaus, residential and commercial mortgages, consumer credits, current account credits and discount credits. Part Two...

Evaluation of health risks lifestyles of older school age children.
DOPITOVÁ, Pavla
This thesis is concerned with assessment of the health risks of lifestyle of basic school children. The topic of the healthy nutrition, the healthy lifestyle and the healthy eating habits has been more and more popular. The healthy eating habits influence the whole human life and the term health has to be understood as a constant value that we have to protect and develop. Nutrition of children and youth is one of the most pronounced matter nowadays all over the world. First part of the thesis is focused on the lifestyle of basic school children, it´s parts and results too (especially the part about nutrition). Then it is focused on work of pediatric´s nurse who takes care about them. In my thesis I found two goals: to assess the specific lifestyle risks of basic school children and to find if basic school children keep the rules of healthy eating. Based on these goals four hypotheses were set: the H1 - Children eat more fruit than vegetables. H2 - Children drink sweet drinks more than water. H3 - Children don´t keep healthy eating habits. H4 - Children prefer fast-food meals to school meals. The hypotheses number H1, H3 and H4 were accepted. The H2 wasn´t accepted because the statistic showed that children drink more water than sweet drinks. The quantitative research was done to reach the goals and confirm the hypotheses via anonymous questionnaire for children from 13-15 years old. This research was given to approximately 310 pupils of primary school. The results were put into charts and tables and statistically assessed with Pearson chi square test. The results of research of my thesis were used for a booklet about healthy eating habits for children and their parents. The material should be ready for use for pediatric´s nurses who work for general practitioner for children and adolescents. The brochure can serve for gaining more information about healthy nutrition.

The "integrated" rehabilitation in extrapyramidal diseases
KREMZOVÁ, Adéla
In my bachelor thesis I focus on the issues of the "integrated" rehabilitation in extrapyramidal disease. Due to large spectrum of extrapyramidal diseases and syndromes I mostly focused in my work on the clients afflicted with the Parkinson{\crq}s disease. In the theoretical part I first define the notion of extrapyramidal diseases, further I am describing the issues connected with the Parkinson{\crq}s disease from the health and social point of view. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the "integrated rehabilitation{\crq}q and the sequence of its individual components. I also mentioned the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. In the practical part I focused on ascertaining of the scope, means and the resulting effect of the "integrated" rehabilitation from the perspective of the clients afflicted with Parkinson{\crq}s disease. Therefore, it was suitable to use qualitative research. I used the method of questioning and the technique of semi-standardized interview. Further to that the secondary data analysis as well as case studies {--} casuistry were used. The clients for this research were chosen among the patients with the Parkinson{\crq}s disease, who are registered with the Center of extrapyramidal disorders of the General Teaching Hospital in Prague. The aim of my work was to answer the following questions: 1. Whether the clients ever underwent some of the components of the ``integrated{\crq}q rehabilitation described in the theoretical part of this thesis. 2. How were they satisfied with the performance of the rehabilitation. 3. Whether they missed some of the said rehabilitation components. The client{\crq}s answers to the above questions are stated in the explanation. The case studies show that the patients underwent mostly the treatment component of rehabilitation. In the majority of cases, they were satisfied with the way it was performed. Some of them, however, experienced lack of information on the social assistance within the framework of social rehabilitation. The work could help to those people, who are interested in the issues in question, especially in order to get an overview of the sequence of individual components of the "integrated" rehabilitation in the Parkinson{\crq}s disease. It could be further instrumental to the patients and their families and last but not least for study purposes of workers in helping professions.

Students of the Unity of Brethern at the beginning of the 17th century or priests-to-be from the archive of Matouš Konečný
Růčková, Markéta ; Ebelová, Ivana (advisor) ; Hojda, Zdeněk (referee)
In the course of reconstruction works in the area of the former cloister Na Karmeli in Mladá Boleslav in August 2006 the builders found two wooden boxes. The boxes were buried under the backfilling material of the arch of the cloister's ground floor. They have preserved the so-called Archive of Matouš Konečný (1572-1622), one of the last bishops of the Unity of Brethren before the Battle of White Mountain in 1620. The unilateral correspondence dating back to the first two decades of the 17th century constitutes the main part of the excavated archival documents. The correspondence which was addressed to Matouš Konečný is composed partly of letters from students (or to be precise priests-to-be of the Unity of Brethren). These letters constitute the basis of the submitted diploma thesis. Firstly, the author offers the basic characteristic of the mentioned archival findings and resumes hitherto scholarship related to the theme. Then the main core of the thesis is focused on the education of priests-to-be in the Unity of Brethren. This education took place in Brethren houses and was provided by priests. The quality of the knowledge passed on the pupils depended on knowledge and experience of these priests. The organization of this type of education was regulated by the church's order. Despite the fact that the...

This Bachelor Thesis discusses the social networks on the Internet. The aim of my thesis is to define the notion social network, to describe the historical development of the biggest Czech and foreign social networks, and to analyze the functions and dangers of these networks. The thesis includes the analysis of the ways of promoting things on social networks, creation of a propagating webpage by the means of FBML language, and a general view of various statistics and tendencies starting up in this sphere. The last part of the thesis contains a short author's thought about the future of these networks. The aims of this bachelor thesis were achieved through the research of particular social networks, by the usage of their applications, by the study of the online or printed sources, and last but not least through the survey of general public. The contribution of this thesis is the complex overview of the social networks, and the warning of readers on the dangers connected with using the social networks. Another contribution is the information on how to use the social networks for promoting things, a practical demonstration of FBML language, and the overview of the visit rate of particular social networks.
