Visualization of trajectories of cars estimated using mobile phones signal levels
Danihelka, Jiří ; Bureš, Tomáš (referee) ; Kalibera, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis covers the issue of location and trajectory displaying of a car or another object which were determined only on the basis of cell phone signal levels. Localization algorithms, information about the transmitter's positions and a signal propagation model are used to determine the location. A part of the thesis is the Guesstor Client program that displays the results of localization algorithms in a well arranged graphic form, makes it possible to compare the accuracy of different localization methods and allows us to follow the trajectory of automobiles in real time. The Guesstor Client program connects via a remote method invocation protocol the program Guesstor Server which contains the location algorithms and manages the measurements database.

Analysis of graphic design of information portals and a usage of Web 2.0 graphic elements
Reichmann, Tomáš ; Šedivá, Zuzana (advisor) ; Turek, Filip (referee)
We could not get by without information portals and internet magazines in today's information society. Graphic design is an integral part of these web sites and dramatically influences their usability, user's perception of their seriousness even user's behavior itself. That is why I analyzed graphic designs of successful Czech portals through user testing, personal evaluation, compatibility and download-times analysis and popularity. I defined graphic design principles for each type of information portals based on the results of this analysis which will help web designers create high-quality and effective designs. I used these principles during the making of Topreport design which became a successful project on the field of information servers.

Svobodová, Andrea ; Dittmann, Robert (advisor) ; Kosek, Pavel (referee) ; Komárek, Karel (referee)
Mgr. Andrea Svobodová Komplexní studium Rukopisu dzikovského se zam ením na grafickou, jazykovou a textovou analýzu eské sbírky kázání A Comprehensive Study of The Dzikowian Manuscript Focusing on a Graphic, Language and Textual Analysis of the Czech Postil Abstract The thesis submits a comprehensive philological analysis of the Dzikowian Manuscript, an insufficiently explored late medieval manuscript containing two postils, de tempore in Latin and de sanctis in Old Czech. The thesis aims to specify the place of this work in the context of medieval preaching, to critically review the previous research and to find new paths of research in evaluating this work. It is divided into three chapters, their common topic being attribution of both the postils on the grounds of codicological, content, and especially language features. Special emphasis is put on description of non-standard language phenomena, their interpretation being a key factor for transcription rules (one of the main results achieved apart from precising probable dating and localisation is a complete transcription of the Old Czech postil). The phenomena described enrich the existing inventory of deviations from the standard language and call for relating to other sources traditionally categorised as dialectal and thus for elaborating diachronic...

Detailed alignment of chosen area as a base projection of line structure
HLÁSEK, Petr
The topic of my thesis was a detailed focus planimetry and altimetry location selected as the basis for line construction project. Detailed surveying took place in Milevsko Švermova street in the cadastral Milevsko 694673 street with a length of approximately 1000 meters. The aim was to create a polohopisného výškopisného plan at a scale of 1:250. Before the focus of interest was the site of the current point field reconnaissance. Moreover a new stabilization hints for detailed focus. The focus was used tachometric method. Height of the new auxiliary points were determined by technical leveling. Was used to measure the total station Leica TCRM1205 R300. The site was targeted in a coordinate system S-JTSK and height of Bpv. Based on focus were made computing and graphics processing.
