In the thesis is solved newly built freestanding house. The building will be located in the village Jedovnice, K Propadání street, parc. No. 2322/72, Blansko district. House has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 14.6 x16.55 m. Ridge height is 7.23 m. House is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 150x150x6. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof is gabled with ceramic clay tiles. The roof above the garage is flat with a coating covering.

Annex of the parish office and the community building toward the church in Brno-Líšeň

The final thesis is focused on the annex of complex of mixed-use buildings toward the church in Brno-Lisen. A pair of buildings consists of a one-storey Building a community of Salesians and two-storey building with parish office. The group of buildings is located on the southern slope in the housing estate of a block of flats from the 80s. Objects vertically copy a curve of the slope and is increasing to the dominant church building. Block of buildings are adjacent by shorter side to the church building and form a small enclosed courtyard inside. The buildings are designed at brick ceramic blocks, buildings are withnout cellar, with flat green roof. Living rooms are located on the southern facade, the north is reserved for corridors. The entrance to the courtyard is connected to the existing service road. Pedestrian approach builds on the existing surrounding landscaping.

Detached house with a design office

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new detached house with a shop at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floor and a flat roof. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the above-ground part is made up of timber frame. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of Příbor and with the current street built. The work puts great emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.

Revitalization of farm housing

The aim of this thesis is project documentation of the revitalization of a farming estate for living purposes. The complex includes four buildings in the city of Vitín in Southern Bohemia. Originally built in the 17th century, this estate falls under the care of historical monuments. This thesis deals with rehabilitation of wet masonry and reconstructing three buildings of the estate. The original perimeter walls are mixed, a gabled roof. Building A and C are two floored, building B is one floor. Presently only building C is used for living, the others serve as storage. Part of the reconstruction includes an extension wind lobby, indoor parking for a personal automobile, and a conservatory. The new structures are designed from aerated concrete Ytong blocks, Liapor and sprayed insulation made of polyurethane foam.

Private house with ordination

The theme of this work is building solutions for residential new construction house in Vrchlabi. The family house is also designed medical office. The family house is located one floor and attic. Ground object consists of two rectangles, which divides the layout and operation of housing and employment, including part of the surgery. Roofing made a pitched roof and flat roof over part of the vegetation plan. The house is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in a quiet family houses. All habitable rooms are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists of a system Liapor. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. The facade is simply divided in accordance with the large glass window openings.

Savings of drinking water in the flats of the type TO6B

This diploma thesis deals with saving drinking water supplied in the operation panel house type T06B . Saving solutions drinking water is proposed the use of gray waste water where their collection and subsequent purification will lead to further use. Treated gray wastewater is subsequently used primarily to flush fixtures. For different height levels of the type of building are designed with individual technological units . The proposal includes an assessment of saving drinking water , determination of operating costs and expenses for the purchase of technological equipment .

Flat house

The aim of this master´s thesis is a project of a new building of a flat house situated in the cadastral area of Kunstat. The building site is sloping towards south and east. The building is sitting on the suburb of the village and contains three floors above ground level and it partitially includes basement. The purpose of this building is to accommodate foreign pensioners (German, Austrian) as there is demand on the market and in future when the trend changes it will be converted in to normal flat house for young families. The roof is constructed as a flat single skin roof. In the ground floor (basement) there is a surgery, food shop and newsagent, gym, swimming room and utility rooms. A restaurant, kitchen, social room, chapel, utility rooms and employees dressing rooms are situated in the first floor. The flats are accessible only for the flat owners through a door. The following other two storeys includes only flats. For the main wall structural system we have used a shuttered wall system. Documentation has been prepared for this building construction. The graphical part of this documentation has been processed in the AUTOCAD software.

Passive apartment building

The aim of the thesis is the proposal and the preparation of project documentation for the construction of passive residential building on a plot number 1691/96 cadastral area of Černovice in a Brno city. The residential building will be built in a sloping terrain. It is a five-storey residential building with one floor below ground. The house has 16 residential units and is designed for a maximum of 40 people. Two of the units are designed as a wheelchair accessible. The skeletal staircase of a building is located outside the main building. The residential units are connected by porch. The porch is built from a steel skeleton and is standing outside the main building. At the south side of building is free standing steel construction used as balcony for residential units. Perimeter wall is made of sand-lime blocks which are insulated by graphite expanded polystyrene. Perimeter wall of basement is made of permanent formwork filled with concrete. The wall is also insulated with extruded polystyrene. The ceilings are made of prestressed concrete panels Spiroll. The supporting roof structure is made of wood trusses. The roof is pitched and the roof deck is designed vegetational. The building is ventilated using forced air handling unit. Heating and hot water is provided sources: pellet boiler and photothermic panels. The apartment house is designed with regard to energy saving as passive. Emphasis is placed on a compact building envelope, simplicity of shape, air tightness, low heat loss and high solar gain arising due the building orientation to the cardinal directions.

It will be built in a gap, between two houses located in Otakara Ševčíka street. It has 3 ground floors. Bearing walls are made of ceramic brick block Porotherm. The ceilings are made of POT beams and ceramics liners MIAKO. Gabled roof is covered with smooth sheet.
