This thesis describes the design of the nursery school in Kostelec nad Orlicí. This is a two-storey building. The building has an atypical shape and is covered flat roof.
Residential house

The master’s thesis dealt with newly built residential house. The building is located in the Liberec region in the cadastral land parcel number 42/1 in the cadastral area Liberec-Rochlice. Address of the building is 227 Vratislavická Liberec-Rochlice 460 59th Built up area is 655 m2. The new building is located on sloping ground to the south. The building is located on the still undeveloped parcel near residential homes and nursing home. The building is partially basement with four floors. In the basement is the technical support for building, storage and parking facilities. The first two floors are commercial applications for administrative operations. In the third and fourth floor apartments are located. In total there are five residential units for a total of 17 persons. The supporting structure of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete deck Beon C 25/30 B and reinforcement 500th The building is based on the footings of plain concrete C 16/20, and the bases of concrete and plate C 25/30 and the reinforcement B 500th Outer and inner walls are lined walls in the system Porotherm. The roof is designed as a flat. Walk-on part is designed as extensive or as a patio with concrete paving. Nepochúzná part has a stabilizing layer of gravel.
Family house

Abstract The topic of this thesis is the project of a family house in Olomouc. The house is partially included with the cellar, with the ground floor, the second floor and includes living spaces. The part of the building is also the driveway to the garage, stairs outside and the garage situated on the ground floor of the living part of the house. The ground plan of the house has the indented form, which is roofed partially with the shed roof and partially with the terrace, which works as a flat walkable roof. The house will be situated on the flat terrain. The entrance into the house is located in the east. The building project was solved in the POROTHERM construction system.
House with motoservis

The project processes technical documentation of a detached family house with motoservis in the newly pulled over territory. The building i located in Lysá nad Labem. The building has two floors and no basement. In the first floor there is the workshop – motoservis for the homeover. The house has a garage with parking for one car. The house is based on the underlying strip of plain concrete and walled building sytem Porotherm. The roof of the second floor is shed with a slope of 10%. Roofing is skived metal. The roof of the first floor is designed as a flat with minimum slope 3%. It is designed for walking.
TWO-GENERATION DETACHED HOUSE

This is a detached two-generation house in a partially built-up area. The building is situated in the village of Kobylnice, that lies approximately 15 km south-east from Brno. The building has two floors without cellar. Ground floor dwelling unit is meant for a family with two childern. There is entrance hall with dressing room, WC, bathroom, parents´ bedroom, bedroom for childern, living room with study and kitchen with dining room. There is also ground-level terrace accessable from childern´s room and kitchen with dining room. Second floor dwelling unit is meant for a married couple. There is entrance hall and staircase, room for household choirs with dressing room, WC, bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, pantry and terrace. There is also a common garage with parking space for two cars. The house is based on strips made of plain concrete and is built of the Porotherm building system. Skillion roof is pitched with an inclination of 7°. Roofing tile is standing seam sheet steel Lindab Click. Built-up area is 228,4 m2. There is also included a seminar paper on the topic: Structures of roof cladding for various kinds of roofs according to ČSN 73 1901.
The Hotel

This bachelor thesis is about a hotel. It is located on large grounds close to the Brno reservoir. These grounds are built-up by many other buildings that are closely connected to the running of the hotel. This project is focused only on the hotel building. It is designed as a four-storeyed structure with one underground floor and three above ground floors. Two main entrances lead into the hotel. Two floors are housing premises with total count of 24 rooms. The ground floor is intended for reception desk and cafeteria. The underground floor consists of wellness centre and technical facilities. The roof is flat DOU and the building is designed to be built with ceramic blocs Porotherm
Riding-hall Lipůvka

The bachelor work was prepared as a project for construction based on the studio work from the 2. year. Riding-hall Lipůvka is a complex of three buildings consisting of a pension with a restaurant, riding hall and stables. The complex is situated in the undeveloped area on the outskirts of Lipůvka in the district Blansko. The entire building is designed barrier free. The project documentation includes a two-storey building to pension with a restaurant. The structural system consists of a building system POROTHERM with a contact insulating system from company ISOVER. The roof is composed of bonded trusses with lightweight metal roofing from company LINDAB. Establishment of the object is solved mainly by reinforced concrete strips, sometimes with reinforced concrete quiffs. The building is situated on the north-south axis. Architectural expression builds on agricultural use.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is a working out of project documentation of building „The family house with office” containing all the requirements according to currently valid orders and standards. This object is a detached brick-work building with a flat one-surface roof and two over-ground floors, without a ground floor. The house is designed for family of four. First floor: entrance room, hall, boiler room, bath-room and WC, pantry, kitchen with dining room, living room, staircase, store, garage, WC, entrance hall and office. Second floor: hall, WC, bath-room, bedroom, study, two rooms for children and terrace. The family house is designed in the POROTHERM building system and house is insulated by Baumit Open facade system.

The bachelor work contains design documents of a standalone family house. This house is situated in the village Lipůvka, region Blansko in parcel no. 662/69 in the land register of Lipůvka. Built up area is 231,3 m2. Family house is two-stroyed, partial basement with an attic. On ground floor is designed entrance, vestibule, bathroom, WC, kitchen, pantry, dining room, tercce, living room, staircase, corridor, quest-room, garage, workshop, dressroom. In the attic are situated three rooms, bedroom, bathroom, WC, dressroom, loggia. In the basement are situated laundry room, boiler room, warehouse appliance. The building is based on foundation strips made from concrete C20/25, all frame structures are designed in the system Porotherm. Staircase is made as monolithic construction with wood paneling. The roof is gabled roof with type of „hambalek“ construction. Roof slope is 35° with ceramic tile of „Tondach Francouska 14“

The bachelor work contains design documents of a standalone family house with an establishment. This house is situated in the area of Brno-centre, region Brno in parcel no. 1428/1 in the land register of Kohoutovice. Built up area is 164,5 m2. The house is a twofloor,partial basement with an attic. On the ground floor of the living part of the house is designed entrance, vestibule, corridor, bathroom, WC, kitchen, pantry, cojoined dining room and living room, and staircase. In the operational part of the ground floor is designed entrance, waiting room, veterinary medicine, WC for the patients, WC for the working staff, conveniences, dressroom, and store room. In the attic there are situated two rooms, quest bedroom, master bedroom, bathroom, WC, dressroom, study, corridor, and loggia. In the basement there are situated workshop, laundry room, cleaning store room, corridor, and staircase. The building is based on foundation strips made from concrete C16/20, all peripheral frame structures in the basement are designed in BTB bricks, and the elevated frame sturcturesthe syare designes in system Porotherm. Staircase is made as monolithic construction with wood paneling. Roof is a gabled roof of the type „hambalek“ construction. Roof slope is 35° with ceramic tile of „Tondach Figaro 11“.
