Motivation and stimulation of human resources

The aim of this bachelor work is to make an analyse, an appreciation and an estimation of motivation and stimalation factors connected with effectiveness of human resources in particular organization. At first I describe the organization and its system of motivation. Pursuant to these finding I set together a list of 15 questions. For evaluation of questionaries were used programs Excel and Statistica.

The main goal of this labour is primary and secondary offer analysis of tourism in Sedlčansko. On the basis of primary and secondary information resources has been carried out evaluation of tourism situation in Sedlčansko. Questionnaire investigation has been carried out. The main types of tourists are families with children, young people and students and the third segment are adorers of cycling. For every segment must be identified optimal tourism offer.
Marketing Research in Chosen Company

The aim of this thesis was to establish the contemporary level of geographic information systems use by municipal authorities in the Czech Republic. Far more the task was to design measures based on the results of this research for the GEFOS a.s. company, which is a provider of GIS and WMS and for whom the research has been realized. I chose the following methods: analysis of secondary data and questionnaire investigation via e-mail. The questionnaire consisted of 17 questions about GIS, WMS and companies, which provide GIS and WMS. 714 authority offices in the Czech Republic have been involved (mainly in cities). 34 % had in fact responded, which is 243 offices. It has been determined that 15 % of the offices do not use GIS. The greatest obstruction of the initiation of GIS is financial reason. Some offices do not own it also because of lack of information or because the purchase has already been in progress. As a result of this the communication with potential clients, who do not have GIS, explaining the advantages and working principles, adding the WMS offer and helping with the first GIS project initiation has been suggested. The research cleared factual imperfections of the single GIS and companies offering those. Imperfections of firms: mostly the low adjustment, high prices and long duration for solutions of problems or demands. Software is concerned those imperfections: the data actualization, function in common, graphics and data import. For those improvements have been suggested {--} to react and handle those imperfection and additional demands of the customers. This means to confront the known imperfections and demands with the factual services of the GEFOS company, remove or fulfill those and include some opposites of imperfections in the GIS offer of the GEFOS company. In the Web Map Services (WMS) area it has been discovered that those services have been used by only on third of 243 offices. That is why I have suggested measures to support WMS, which should ensure a higher informedness about WMS and what is more important it should waken the desire for WMS purchase. Far more with my research I found out about the most used GIS software (it is MISYS); the most important companies in this area (the first is GEPRO spol. s r.o.); the sufficiency of the offices with the single software and companies; the most common map servers (it is MISYS-WEB), data for creation of GIS, number of GIS administrators and the methods of data publication (e.g. municipal plans).

According to question-form this work deals with reasons why visitors coming here, what are they doing here and if they are satisfied with local possibilities and services.
Business property in the Czech and Slovak legislations

This diploma thesis deals with the business property and its meaning in the Czech and Slovak legislations. First of all, a historical background of the business property definition is presented. This term is then described within scope of particular laws where it is defined in slightly different ways. There are mentioned also differences between the Czech and Slovak legislations. Selected judicial cases are used to demonstrate practical applications of the business property term. There is mentioned also the problem of intangible assets protection with no judicial precedent so far. Conceptual differences of the business property meaning are highlighted in a model example. Results, interpretation and comparison of questionnaire investigations both from the Czech Republic and Slovakia are an important part of this work.

The diploma thesis inquires into analysis of buyer decision process in the mobile phones market. The thesis is divided in two parts. The theoretical part inquires into the buyer decision process as itself. The practical part then examines the present world market of mobile phones and thanks to performed questionnaire investigation also manner and intensity of usage of mobile phones among czech consumers. Last but not least it covers single phases of the buyer decision process in the Czech Republic.

Graduation thesis deals with sense and importance of staff foreknowledge by board of management in time of actual organizational change. Theoretical knowledge and defined hypotheses are checked in practical part. There is questionnaire investigation in concrete Czech company.
Spokojenost zákazníka s rehabilitačními službami

The graduation theses deals with the customer satisfaction -- in this case patients - with the rehabilitations services in the Rehabilitation Institute Kladruby. The theoretical part defines the general conditions of the service quality by ISO standards 9000 and the relevant literature, outlines the improving of service quality, explain the conception of the customer satisfaction, outlines the possibilities of it's measuring and improving. The theses finds satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the patients with the certain areas by the questionnaire investigation. Areas of investigation are for example the care of doctors and nurses, providing information on the nature of health, the physiotherapists work, quality of food and equipment on order on the bed wards. The obtained results are compared with the investigation of the bachelor thesis.
