Mixed-use building

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is project documentation for construction of a new mixed-use building in the town of Slušovice. The building has a partial basement, and four floors. In the basement there is a utility and a cleaning room, a storage space and a bike shed. On the first floor, there are two office spaces with separate entrances and a stroller storage. The second and third floors are identical, with three residential units on each. The fourth floor consists of two residential units. Each of the apartments has at least one balcony. All apartments are accessible from a single central staircase and an elevator. The building has its own parking lot with sufficient capacity on the property. The flat single-skin roof is insulated with polystyrene foam in several layers and loaded with a layer of aggregate. The vertical construction system is made of THERM ceramic blocks. The perimeter cladding is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system with facade expanded polystyrene. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The perimeter walls in the basement are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The bachelor's thesis contains project documentation for this construction.
Small Apartment House

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a four-storey apartment building in Staré Město near Uherské Hradiště. The object is situated in a quiet part of the town and is set in a gently sloping terrain. It is based on strip foundations and has two types of roofing – above the second floor there is a green roof and above the third floor there is a non-walkable warm flat roof. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from permanent formwork in the basement and from the Porotherm system on the above-ground floors. The Etics contact thermal insulation system is incorporated into the external wall. The floor structures, the walls near the lift, and the staircase are from the cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building consists of a basement and four storeys with a total of seven dwelling units. On the ground floor there is a wheelchair accessible flat. The other dwelling units have access to a balcony or terrace. On the ground, first, and second floor there are two flats. On the third floor there is only one flat. The habitable rooms of each flat are situated to the southwest. In the basement there are cellar units for each dwelling unit, a bicycle room, cleaning room, and two utility rooms. From the southwest part of the plot, there are parking places for the residents, bicycle stands, and a place for recycling. A 3D model of the building has been built.
Multifunctional House in Kutna Hora

The master´s thesis is focused on the preparation and design of project documentation of the multi-functional building. The building is designed on the corner of Sportovců and Waldhauserova streets in Kutná Hora. The concept of the building respects the territorial plan of the city and complements the existing buildings. The building has one underground and four floors. There is basement, two shops and fourteen flats. The building is designed from construction system Vapis.
Multifunctional building

The subject of the master’s thesis is the project documentation of building work for multifunctional building. The object has three floors. The structural system of the building is bricked. The roof of the building is flat and the terraces are designed as vegetation and walking. On the mainfloor there are situated commercial spaces, building technical facilities and seven residential units. On the second floor there is space for commercial use and seven residential units and on the last floor there is also space for commercial use and one residential units.
Multifunctional building

The thesis is a project of a multifunctional building in Olomouc. That is the detached house with a rectangular ground plan, one underground floor and four above-ground floors. In the basement there are public parking garages, an technical room and an engine room of the ventilation. On the first floor there is a cafe and a copy center and the separate entrance for owners of the residential units. There are nine separate residential units on the second to the fourth floor. The house is based on the monolithic footings. The vertical supporting structure are formed by the basement walls in a combination with the monolithic reinforced concrete columns. Horizontal supporting structure is designed from the ceiling panels SPIROLL. The building is covered with flat single-roof construction with a drainage inward disposition.
Multi-functional Building

I deal with new building of multi-functional building. The building will be located in the town Brno-Horni Herspice, Sokolova street, parcel number 707/1, Brno district. Multi-functional building has four floors. Maximum dimensions the outline of the building are 20.56X21.06m. Height of the parapet wall is 12.815m above 0. The building is build on foundation strips of plain concrete 20/25. Concrete slab is reinforce with kari net 150x150x6. The building is designed from the masonry system Sendwix. The precast staircase is made of reinforced concrete. Ceilings are designed of the floor slabs Spiroll. Roof above cafe and flats is flat with coating covering.
Civic amenities building

The aim of this master thesis is to design a new building of a nursing home with private garden and car park in Kroměříž. It is a two-storey building, without basement covered with a flat green roof with solar and photovoltaic panels. The building is divided in two parts. The southern part includes residential units (10 single units and 4 double units). The ground floor of the northern part includes dining room, a kitchen, staff premises and utility room and first floor includes further staff premises. Both parts are connected by a hall with stairs and an elevator. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from sand-lime blocks. The horizontal load-bearing structures, stairway and elevator shaft are designed from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The envelope is insulated with mineral wool. The building will be heated and cooled with a heat pump. It will also have a mechanical ventilation system with heat and cold recovery and root zone greywater treatment plant. The thesis is carried out in Autodesk Revit 2020, Autodesk AutoCAD, Lumion and DEKSOFT software. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulations.
Apartment building B1

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the new apartment building B1. The apartment building is projected in Kroměříž and it contains three above-ground floors with a residential attic and a basement, covered with gable roof. There is a garage, storage and a utility room in the basement. Each floor contains one residential unit. The apartment on the first floor is accesible for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The entrance is from the east side on Havlíčkova street. The access to the garage is on the south side. The walls of the building are made of Porotherm clay blocks. Horizontal frameworks include POT beams and MIAKO inserts. The building is based on strip foundations. The work includes project documentation of the construction.

The building is designed in irregular shape. The roof is flat. There is the contact thermal insulation. There are designed gas boilers for heating. The supporting structure of the ceiling is monolithic concrete slab.
House with day care, Jiráskova, Rychnov nad Kněžnou

Diploma thesis deals with structural design of new building for retirement people in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The building has three floors with partial basement. There are nursing spaces, dining room with kitchen, chemist´s shop, surgery, hairdresser´s, pedicure and massage on the first floor. The second floor is used for accomodation, nursing services and there is terrace. The third floor is used for accomodation and social activities. The technical facilities, storage spaces and bicycle rooms are in basement. The structural masonry system is with Ytong blocks. The building has warm flat roof.
