Processing of survey works in the selected locality as the basis for land consolidation project

The thesis deals with the processing of exploratory work according to valid methodology in the cadastral area of Přídolí. It provides a list of all the information that is needed for further processing of land consolidation. In addition to the basic characteristics of natural and economic conditions in the area, major emphasis is put on the data acquisition and processing in the field of transport system, soil degradation, locations and state of all elements for control of soil erosion and territorial system of ecological stability, water supply conditions and landscape value. The processing of the obtained documents, field survey and territory analysis should be used to optimize the land consolidation process, especially common facilities planning.

Parlament České republiky má podstatným způsobem ztíženu možnost změnit hranice Národního parku Šumava. Nemůže přijmout věcnou novelu nařízení vlády, kterým byl park zřízen. Z toho vyplývá, že po celá desetiletí je řádný zákonodárce v podstatě vyloučen z možnosti zmenšit nebo zvětšit území národního parku prostřednictvím vlastní zákonodárné iniciativy. Aby mohli být poslanci úspěšní, museli by navrhnout a přijmout celý nový zákon o Národním parku Šumava. Jiným méně razantním způsobem není možno do hranic parku zasáhnout. Je jistě náročné pro jednotlivé poslance vypracovat celý nový zákon, čímž je omezeno právo zákonodárné iniciativy poslanců a poslaneckých skupin. Rovněž další subjekty, které mají právo zákonodárné iniciativy, jsou tímto omezením zasaženi (včetně zastupitelstev krajů). Takto je petrifikován dosavadní právní stav, který sice z procesuálního hlediska není možno považovat (ve světle judikatury Ústavního soudu) za protiústavní, nicméně jeho dlouhodobé pokračování už je z hlediska práv jednotlivých subjektů zákonodárné iniciativy i z hlediska práv zákonodárce problematické. Rovněž některé další důvody, zejména aspekty týkající se právního státu, vedou k závěru, že se nařízení vlády, kterým byl zřízen Národní park Šumava, ocitá na samých hranicích konformity s Ústavou České republiky.

At first, it describes and characterizes the Czech Republic including nature and countryside condition. Furthermore it presents historical development(evolution) of nature and countryside protection and processes general and special legal tools. It mentions the state program and the change of nature and countryside protection legislative after the Czech Republic entred the EU. It deals with European Union´s strategy in biodiversity area. In the last part it describes the most important conventions and cooperation on nature and countryside protection which the Czech Republic participated in.

The position of reservations and areas of increased environmental price in the projects of KPÚ

This thesis deals with the reservation of a territorial system of ecological stability in the projects of landscape planning. The first part contains a review of literature describing landscaping, territorial system of ecological stability and landscape protection. The main objective of the second part is to compare the current state of the project and territorial system of ecological stability in three selected model projects aimed at landscape planning. The selected area is located in the CHKO Železné hory and includes areas of increased environmental price. The work includes analysis of valuable landscape elements and their inclusion in landscaping projects.

Tourism in protected areas (Šumava Protected Landscape Area Case)

Tourism can be defined as layered relationship with visitors and destination. Attractiveness of the area plays a key role in this relationship. The present study seeks to answer the question of what motivates people to visit and what are the expectations that visitors have to a given territory. The theoretical part contains information from the literature regarding the quality of nature as a tourist attraction and the issue of promoting tourist destinations. The empirical part is based on data obtained from the survey, which was carried out through social networks facebook and whose respondents were visitors to the town of Horni Plana. Based on the results it can be stated that the most frequent visitors are sports minded people who visit the area because of the beautiful environment that is laced with well-marked hiking and biking trails.

Issues of landscape conservation and mineral resources on the example of unregulated mining moldavites

This work investigates the impact of illegal logging moldavites on selected environmental components. The aim was to assess the significance of adverse effects according to established criteria and subsequent evaluation. The assessment process was conducted in the village Slavče in South Bohemia in the period from April 2008 to March 2011. Adverse effects were evaluated mostly as long-term, but with the possible return to its original state. The work is to propose measures to improve the situation.
