This thesis addresses the problem of Czech Environmental Inspectorate and the general protection of the environment. I focus on the history of the protection of the environment, both at international, European and national. Further, I develop inspections in our area and grounds of Inspection, its scope (both substantive and territorial) and its competence in all major components. For comparison, I also deal with environmental protection in other European countries (I chose two Western European countries, which have a relatively long history of environmental protection). Most, however, devoted to the performance of supervision, both in general and specifically as one of the powers of inspection to all five areas. At the end of the deal by providing information and differences in process the individual laws. The aim is to introduce the reader to general environmental protection, and especially with the functioning of Inspections and its importance.

The Czech Environment Inspection

Czech environmental inspectorate The Czech environmental inspectorate (CEI) is a professional body of state administration. It is responsible for supervising the compliance with the statutory rules and binding administrative decisions in the field of environment. CEI was established in 1991 by the Czech Environmental Inspectorate and its competencies in forestry protection Act No 282/1991 Coll. Other competencies were added subsequently in 1991-1992. CEI is subordinated to the Ministry of the Environment. The activities of the CEI are divided into five core areas: air protection, water protection, waste management, nature protection and forest protection. CEI was gradually assigned additional responsibilities in other areas: protection of the Earth's ozone layer, supervision over the handling of chemical substances, industrial accident prevention, packaging management, integrated pollution and prevention control, supervision over the CITES convention compliance and genetically modified organism (GMOs). The main task of CEI is to carry out controls, revisions and investigations at specific places, impose fines for breaking environmental law and remedial measures. Creating of Municipality Enactments

The Bachelor thesis deals with creating of municipality enactments, it means the authority of village to create generally binding regulations and community regulations. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the area of public administration, explains the basic terms as well as the rules and mentions its structuring into the state and local government. It also defines the status of municipalities in the area of public administration and describes scopes and competences of municipal authorities in connection with creating municipality enactments. The largest part of work is delimited for municipality enactments, their structure, procedure and rules of issuance. And last but not least it deals with inspection and control of generally binding regulations and community regulations.
The practical part deals with creating municipality enactments of municipality called Slabce, it is situated in the Central Bohemian Region. The village is briefly described here at first and then the work is focused on generally binding regulations effective in the present day. The end of practical part includes results of questionnaire, which found out knowledge and awareness of inhabitants Slabce of the local generally binding regulations. This work describes management construction projects in the construction business. The theoretical part explains the concept of construction projects and the chapters, which are used in the management process. The practical part of the course presents the implementation of construction contracts, accompanied by textual and graphical outputs. In conclusion, the evaluation and comparison of actual and proposed during execution.

Demarcation between the categories of products with physiological function on human body in EU law

The thesis is focused on theoretical principles of demarcation of products with health effects in the EU law and on the reflection of these issues in the application and administrative practice in commercial law. The thesis developed yet been brought judicial interpretation with the scientific interpretation of certain key and decisive problems that separate from each other law-regimes of regulation: medicinal product for human use, foods, cosmetics products, medical devices and biocides. Correct law-regime for a particular product is determinating of the general legal basis in the EU internal market. It is therefore a important problem not only in EU law, but also in EU economic. Thesis results are highly critical of current practice in the local markets of EU member states, especially Czech Republic, and in many instances documented sub-optimal application of this law in general practice.

The Role of the Czech National Bank in the Field of Financial Markets Regulation and Supervision

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of impact of financial markets integration under the Czech national bank supervision, which was implemented on 1st April 2006. The theoretical part deals with general characteristic of financial market, function of financial dealers, creation, development, classification and supervision of regulation systems and modern approaches to this regulation. Then I concetrated on comparison of regulation and supervision systems in European Union and in the world, where I mentioned the Great Britain system as an example. In Great Britain, the supervision is intergated to one supervisory authority analogous with the system in the Czech republic. I outlined the situation in the Czech republic before integration where there were 4 supervisory authorities. Then I described approaches of integration under the supervision of Czech national bank. At the end of the theoretical part some activities that Czech national bank took over are described. The practical part is aimed at the evaluation of integration impact and whether the integration is efficient and conducts to saving expenses. Then number of chosen subjects on financial markets in 2005 and at present is compared and analysed.

Aktuální otázky činnosti Mezinárodního měnového fondu

Mezinárodní měnový fond (MMF) je mezinárodní organizace o 185 členech, jejímž hlavním cílem je zajistit stabilitu mezinárodního měnového systému. Cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížit jejímu čtenáři, jaká je role Mezinárodního měnového fondu v současné světové ekonomice, jakým problémům musí čelit a s jakými výzvami se potýká. Práce nejprve představí okolnosti vzniku MMF, jeho cíle, výhody a povinnosti členů, jeho organizační strukturu a finanční zdroje. Následně přiblíží aktivity MMF včetně spolupráce se Světovou bankou a Světovou obchodní organizací. Pozornost je věnována i kritickým hlasům vně i uvnitř MMF, které jej přinutily k reformám v rámci programu Medium Term Strategy, jímž se zabývá poslední kapitola této práce.

Vývoj a podoba regulace pojišťovnictví v podmínkách České republiky

Práce se zabývá vývojem právní úpravy pojištění a pojišťovnictví v České republice v období od pádu komunistického režimu do současnosti. Analyzuje se dosavadní úprava pojistné smlouvy i úprava podmínek podnikání pojišťoven a zajišťoven na našem území. Popsán je vývoj role, chápaní i činnosti státního dozoru/dohledu v předmětných letech, včetně charakteristiky nově zavedeného doplňkového dozoru nad finančními konglomeráty i popisu změn, které nastaly při přechodu dozorovací pravomoci z MF na Českou národní banku. Závěrem je na základě předešlé analýzy proveden odhad vývoje v následujících letech, při kterém je vycházeno především z dominantního postavení evropské legislativy v této oblasti během posledních let.

Přezkoumání hospodaření územních samosprávných celků

Diplomová práce byla vypracována na téma hospodaření územních samosprávných celků (ÚSC). Obec je zde charakterizována z právního, účetního a rozpočového hlediska. Největší pozornost je věnována vývoji právní úpravy problematiky přezkoumání ÚSC ve Středočeském kraji v letech 2004 a 2005. Součástí je dotazníkové šetření provedené mezi kontrolory oddělení přezkoumání KÚ Středočeského kraje.
