Creation of tutorial presentation for attendance software in the Operation center of fire department
ZETEK, Jiří
The objective ot this baccalurate work was to create educational tutorial. These materials will be used to introduce trainee how to operate a basic software of regional fire and rescue department of South Bohemian region (below KOPIS HZS JčK). It is a dispatcher module called {\clq}qSpojař`` of ISV (information system of departure) for starting and guide of an event and it´s connection with an application GISel AE-Operator for operation officers and technicians, especially for new coming employees of operation center. This material is still missing in a operation center and because of practical demand, it was necessary to create visual instrument that would quickly, briefly and efficiently introduce worker to the existent problem, so that he will be able to orient quickly in existing situation and solve the incident independently. As a application I chose a presentation which was created in MS Power Point, as the most available multimedia tutorial application, in which I have got some experience during my studies on a pedagogic faculty, in creation of examination projects and this presentation I crated is part of printed version of this baccalurate work. With this application I would like to pass on experiences in solving problems in operation center.

Summary of the taxonomy of the genus Helix.
Korábek, Ondřej ; Juřičková, Lucie (advisor) ; Král, David (referee)
Despite the genus Helix Linnaeus, 1758 (Gastropoda, Pulmonata) comprises large and common land snail species, it is rather neglected by taxonomists. A vast number of species and subspecies level taxa were described along 19th century, most of them currently not considered as valid. Nevertheless, there remain doubts about species delimitation. It is obvious, that there is great morphological variability in some species, but little is known about its taxonomic value. Today, about forty valid species are recognized. The diversity center of this genus is situated in northeastern Mediterranean. The distribution data of particular taxa are fragmentary and ecology of some species is largely unknown. No collections are still available from extensive areas, thus completion of field collecting can lead to changes in status of some taxa or perhaps even to description of new species. This work is based on the review of available literature and partly also on the study of collection materials. It provides a list of available names in the genus Helix in its present sense. The problems of traits used for species identification as well as weak points of current knowledge of diversity of the genus Helix are briefly discussed.

The origin and evolution of media agencies in the Czech Republic
Dvorská, Petra ; Hejlová, Denisa (referee) ; Vojtěchovská, Martina (advisor)
My thesis titled "The Origin and Evolution of Media Agencies in the Czech Republic" discusses the emergence and gradual formation of organisations specialised in media planning and the purchase of advertising space in the media. It focuses in particular on the 1990-2000 period; however, it also mentions the development of these agencies before 1989 as well as the current and future trends. To better understand the formation of these organizations, the thesis also briefly describes the basic developmental characteristics of the media market in the Czech Republic after 1989. The work also contains the definition of a media agency, the explanation of its nature and its position in the "media chain", i.e. the description of the role media agencies perform in relation to advertisers, advertising agencies, media representatives, the media and audience. It also mentions the impact of media agencies on the operation of the media and their share in creation of media tools and research. Because there is no supporting material available so far, the work is mostly based on the statements of the founders of the agencies and direct participants.

Hazard of medicinal plants use in period of pregnancy and breast feeding.
Holcová, Lenka ; Hronek, Miloslav (referee) ; Tůmová, Lenka (advisor)
Lenka Holcová 2010 Hazard of medicinal plants used in period of pregnancy and breast feeding Abstract: This thesis is a review of safety data of substances of natural origin used during pregnancy and lactation. Information was taken from sources published between 1970 - 2010, especially from the database PubMed, drugsafetysite.com, and from publications in The Essential Guide To Herbal Safety and Léčiva v těhotenství - vliv léků a vitamínů na zdravý vývoj plodu. Absolutely contraindicated drugs found were Arnicae flos, Absinthii herba and Boldo folium. The paper also briefly discussed the inappropriateness of substance abuse during pregnancy and lactation. The issue of safety for pregnant women has not been clearly answered among other plants such as Rubi idei folium, Leonuri cardiacae herba, Ginkgo folium, Angelicae sinensis radix or Andrographis paniculatae herba. The work also included an overview of positive and harmful effects of vitamins and minerals in pregnancy. Keywords: pregnancy, medicinal plants, drug, contraindications

Applications of experimental mineralogy to Te containing systems: Crystal structures, phase relations
Laufek, František ; Rieder, Milan (advisor) ; Palatinus, Lukáš (referee) ; Johan, Zdeněk (referee)
This dissertation contributes to the crystal chemistry of Te. The primary goals of the thesis are synthesis and crystal structure analysis of new Te-bearing ternary phases. The first part of the thesis shows significance of experimental mineralogy in research of Te containing systems. It briefly describes a novel approach to the study of new mineral species - the possibility of using synthetic analogues for their detailed mineralogical characterization. The results of the experimental mineralogical study in the Ni-Sb-Te ternary system at 400řC are reported in the second part. According to the performed experiments, two solid solutions λ1- Ni(Sb1-xTex)1+y (0<x<1, where 109.09.0 ≤≤⇒≥≈∀ yx ) and λ2 - NiSb1-xTe2x (0.28<x<0.66) dominate the system at 400řC. A characteristic feature of most phases present in the Ni-Sb-Te system at 400řC is apparent tendency to the Sb - Te substitution. The third part deals with the characterisation of the new mineral pašavaite Pd3Pb2Te2, which was found at the Noril'sk-Talnakh Ni-Cu camp, Russia. The synthetic Pd3Pb2Te2 phase was used for thorough mineralogical characterization of this new mineral species. Pašavaite displays orthorhombic symmetry, space group Pmmn. The structural identity between natural grains and synthetic Pd3Pb2Te was supported by the EBSD study. The...

Covariance extension of Chain-ladder method
Žváčková, Lenka ; Marek, Luboš (advisor) ; Hasil, Jakub (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with technical reserves in non-life insurance, in particular with provisions for future claim payments for damages that have occurred, but has not yet been reported to the insurance company. This type of provision is known by the acronym IBNR. After the introductory section containing a general introduction to the issue of claims reserving in non-life insurance different approaches to modeling of IBNR reserves are briefly presented. Subsequently, full attention is given to Chain-ladder method, which is most frequently used in the actuarial practise for the purpose of claims reserving. This method is then presented progressively from its simplest form of a simple computing algorithm followed by Mack's stochastic model to the last theoretical part of this part describing extended form of Chain-ladder method with relations between different groups of insurance portfolio included. In the very last section, all the lessons are demonstrated on real data to give readers an idea of how the process of claims reserving works is in the common actuarial practice.

Preferences of Social Services for Parents of Children with a Spectrum of Autistic Disorders in South Bohemia Region
KARÁSKOVÁ, Pavla
Social services and generally all activities intended for children with autism spectrum disorders are so specific that they should be tailored to each child. Since it is clear that this can never be achieved, parents should have an opportunity to choose a service that is most beneficial for their child. They know their child better than anyone else in the world so their opinions should be used as the main guideline for planning the social services development. As a matter of fact, this does not apply only to children with autism spectrum disorders but to any children who receive social services. Therefore, the opinions of parents, in this particular case the parents of children with autism spectrum disorders, constitute the major contents of my research which I tried to process as objectively as possible. I understand all who refused to take part in the research because they have many other things to worry about and I am grateful to all who took part and believe together with me that if problems are discussed, a change might be achieved. Parents of children with autism spectrum disorders whom I have met so far rank among people who do not waste their time on futile and trivial matters. These people humbly bear their lot and take care of their children with love. The society should appreciate people like that and assist them as much as possible. In order to process the thesis I used technical literature and the Internet sources relating to this topic. The first chapter briefly characterizes certain autism spectrum disorders, such as childhood autism, atypical autism, Asperger syndrome, other disintegrative disorder, Rett syndrome and other pervasive developmental disorders, as well as the needs and skills of children with an autism spectrum disorder. If developed, preferably under professional guidance in special centres, these skills can help the children to lead their life more easily and be more self-reliant, thus easing their parents of their burden considerably, which they certainly deserve. I also selected certain social services from the Social Services Act 108/2006 of the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic (Coll.) and Regulation 505/2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, which would be suitable for these children due to the contents of the activities. However, I wish neither to impose these services on anyone nor disrespect the importance of any services not stated in this thesis. The second chapter describes the objectives of the thesis and formulates the hypotheses, and the third chapter describes the methodological procedure. The fourth chapter is focused on the results of the research, prevailingly shown in charts, statistical evaluation and verification of the hypotheses. The fifth chapter contains a discussion on the needs and satisfaction of respondents, and a comparison with specialized sources. In the conclusion I tried to summarize the opinions of respondents and my opinions. Like anyone else, parents of children with ASD have various character and personality features. Someone is rather modest, someone is more demanding. There is no one in the world to please everybody. An attachment contains a printed questionnaire used for the research. I also used an electronic form of the questionnaire that contained the same data as the printed one so I am not providing a reference to it. Another attachment contains a list of certain social services providers that provide various services including services for persons with autism spectrum disorders.

Mobility of companies within the European Union in the light of the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU
Pikal, Daniel ; Scheu, Harald Christian (advisor) ; Šmejkal, Václav (referee)
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the current legal issue concerning the corporate mobility within the European Union. The main focus is placed, in particular, on the analysis of the relevant case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. Other parts of this thesis will give an overview of cross border mergers and supranational forms of companies including their ability to transfer their seat to other member states without being wound up in liquidation before the transaction within the area of the European Union. As evident from the title, the paper focuses on the topic from the European perspective only and the issue of the mobility from, or into, a non-member state is not dealt with. The first chapter provides a brief definition of the basic legal concepts that are crucial to this thesis. The definition of freedom of establishment in the context of the common market of the EU is given and also the incorporation theory and the real seat theory are briefly outlined, as well as the conflict that may arise between these two doctrines. The second chapter, the most extensive chapter which represents the core of this thesis, describes and analyzes the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union law relating to the freedom of establishment. This chapter is divided into two...
