Prevalence of addictive behavior on Internet and social networks among pupils of selected Primary schools in Prague between 11 to 15 years of age

Annotation: This thesis deals with dependency behaviour and internet addiction among youth between the age of 11 to 15. It is very comnon to use internet as source of information as much as source of fun among this popullation. But the modern problem with internet abuse is definitely recent uprise of numerous social networks. They became an essential part of common teenager's life where everyone can be anyone. The communication has no rules, it is easier and smiley faces are better to express emotions than do it in person. All these things are tempting for young people and make them to sign up to these networks and share thein private lives with almost the whole world. Not that having a profile like this is something wrong, but does it really have to be the main part how to communicate with friends and make new ones? This thesis is supposed to show whether it is really so common for teenagers to use social networks or not. Analýza funkčnosti implementační struktury Společného regionálního operačního programu v Regionu soudržnosti Jihovýchod

Společný regionální operační program nahrazuje ve zkráceném programovacím období Regionální operační programy regionů soudržnosti. SROP je jedním z 5 operačních programů, kterým se v ČR realizuje politika hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti Evropských společenství. Z tohoto programu jsou podporovány regiony, jejichž HDP nedosahuje 75 % průměru společenství. Financování programu je na straně EU zajišťováno prostřednictvím Evropského fondu regionálního rozvoje a Evropského sociálního fondu, ze kterých bylo na realizace SROP vyčleněno více něž 454 mil ?. Řídícím orgánem je Ministerstvo pro místní rozvoj a na implementaci se podílí množství zprostředkujících subjektů. Oblastmi podpory jsou podnikání, rozvoj infrastruktury, rozvoj lidských zdrojů a rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Region soudržnosti (NUTS II) Jihovýchod je jedním ze 7 podporovaných regionů ČR.

Analysis of debt and savings of czech households

Thesis deals with the analysis of financial behavior of czech population in terms of debt and savings. It focuses on households, because they support economic growth by consumer spending and also constitute an important factor in the labor market and store money into the various types of savings and thus provide important sources of financing to domestic economy. The work analyzes household debt with banks and non-banking institutions, its causes and possible consequences, and also includes comparison with the situation in the EU. Part of the savings analyzes the link between the level of gross savings, disposable income and household consumption and the relationship of growth of savings and unemployment, the development of various types of savings and compares the situation with EU countries.

PPP Possibilities in Transportation Projects in the Czech Republic

This Diploma Thesis deals with Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects in transportation area in the conditions of the Czech Republic. Theoretical part of the Thesis describes basic rules of project finance, as an elementary part of each PPP project, as well as analyzes key economic, legal, tax and accounting aspects of the PPP projects within the Czech Republic. Practical part of the Thesis describes the development of PPP projects in the whole Europe. Current pilot PPP projects in the Czech Republic are also analyzed. Real PPP project, D3 highway, and its economic availability are being analyzed and evaluated in the final part of the Thesis.

Labour Market Policies of the Czech Republic and Kyrgyzstan : A Comparative Analysis

This thesis conducts a comparative analysis of the labour market policies of the Czech Republic and Kyrgyzstan. Through the comparative analysis advantages and shortcomings of labour market polices are revealed. It further examines the role and effectiveness of various instruments or institutional patterns used by the government, such as employment services, action plans and finance of employment policies over the years. The research findings show that in most regards, the Czech Republic has more effective labour policies. However, shortcomings remain in both Czech Republic and Kyrgyzstan.
