Suggestion of Financing of a Housing by Estate Agency´s Clients

The thesis mainly deals with the most important financial products at real estate market. The first part deals with certain types of mortgage loan, its collateral, process for execution and fees for processing, maturity and possibility of maturity the mortgage loan. It also includes the issue of building savings, its functions, purpose, minimal time of savings, interest rates and eventually also loan from building savings. The second part focuses on the offer of mortgage loans, building savings and subsequent comparison of these products on model example.

Economic and Financial Impacts of Investment Project on Public Investor

The aim of the master‘s thesis is to evaluate the economic and financial impacts of the investment project on the public sector. It is defined the financial management of the investor – the village Ludkovice – for the assessing of the impacts. Selected project is the construction of a sports complex in Ludkovice. Outputs are determined by using eCBA application that uses method of Cost Benefit Analysis. The thesis connects together theoretical knowledge of evaluation economic indicators such as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Profitability Index and use this calculations to evaluate the overall effectiveness of investment and the possibility of financing in practice.

Financial analysis of České dráhy, a. s.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on problems in the financing of a public train transport and on the financial analysis of České dráhy, a. s. The first part contains the aim of this bachelor's thesis. In the second part the basic methodology of the financial analysis is defined. Third part is focused on typical problems connected with the financing of the public train transport and on the analysis of the "financial health" of České dráhy, a. s. At the end of this bachelor's thesis the basic economic and financial indicators are compared with Austrian company ÖBB Group and Slovak company Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko, a. s.

Survey of the methods of costing of hospitalization

The thesis, Survey of the methods of costing of hospitalization, deals with the characteristics of the classification system DRG used for costing of hospitalization. The first half of the theoretical part of this work describes the Czech health care in general and specific ways of financing it. We focus on the costs related to the emergency care in hospitals which are classified by the DRG system. The second half of the theoretical part studies the actual principles of costing of hospitalization. The method chosen for this is called Activity Based Costing (ABC). It defines the procedures of costing which are being used in hospitals. At the end, we provide a description of the current and suggested procedures of costing of hospitalization and how they are utilized to set up parameters of the reimbursing mechanism. The practical part of this thesis maps the situation of hospitalization financing in Klatovska nemocnice, a. s. We suggest a new way of financing based on the methodology DRG Restart. Base on the data obtained in Klatovska nemocnice, a. s. we summarize and compare the results of the new method to the current one.

Consumer protection in the European Union

This thesis is focused on consumer protection in the European Union with a special emphasis on online shopping. The first section defines the term 'consumer protection', its development, institutional support, instruments and financing. Also, this part describes the digital market of the European Union, hindrances to the growth of online shopping as well as strategies which are created in order to form a digital single market in the European Union. The second section focuses on protection of personal data, alternative dispute resolutions, current legislation regarding consumers rights on internet and new proposals from the European Commission. The new proposals dominate the second part of this thesis and are discussed with an expert. A survey has been conducted to find out more about the Czech experience with problem solving when shopping online. Moreover, this thesis does not leave out court orders from the European Union´s Court of Justice which have led to the uniform application and interpretation of the consumer protection in the European Union.

The Czech Republic's Debt Financing: Causes and Risks of the Current Situation on the Bond Markets

This thesis is focused on the comparison of methods of financing budget deficits and national debt management in the Czech Republic with other OECD countries in the context of the current situation on the global financial market. The first part describes the methods of financing budget deficits in the Czech Republic which are compared with selected OECD countries. The second part is aimed at the impact of foreign exchange interventions of the Czech National Bank on the domestic bond market and it is compared with negative interest rates policy. The last part analyses the impact of the Public Sector Purchase Programme on the Czech Republic's bond market. The thesis implies that besides other factors, foreign exchange intervention of the Czech National Bank have an impact on the current situation on the bond market. While the impact of the programme PSPP has not yet proved.

Comparative analysis of loans to finance housing

The thesis deals with loans to finance own housing. The thesis is primarily focused on mortgage loans, bridging loans and hans coming from building savings, both of them provided by building societies. In particular parts of the thesis are described basic principles of mortgage hans and building savings loans. There is stated thein legislation, kinds and types of individual housing loans. In the following part is analyzed the current market situation and market development of housing loans in the Czech Republic including the factors influencing this development. In the last part are compared different types of the hans using a model example. In comparison are included fees relating to loans and interest rates, which are published on the official website of selected companies.

Comparative analysis of loans to finance housing

My thesis focuses on the analysis of financial instruments suitable to finance own housing available in the Czech Republic, especially on mortgages, building savings loans and consumer loans, from the client's perspective. The first chapter presents these three selected options, describes them along with their most important parameters. The second chapter presents three main financial groups in the Czech Republic alongside with their selected products. Individual products are compared and evaluated using preselected examples: buying a property and a reconstruction. Last chapter describes the most common influences on the demand for loan products to finance own housing and analyses them, focusing on the interest rates and the inflation rate.

Development of healthcare costs in the Czech Republic in 2000 - 2014

This bachelor´s thesis analyzes the development of healthcare costs in the Czech Republic during 2000 and 2014. In the theoretical part, the author describes basic terms, theoretical concepts and the country's position in the development of health policy. The practical part contains an analysis of public, private and total expenditure also their comparison with macroeconomic indicators and international comparisons. Specifically, in 2013, public expenditure on health was 246,562 million CZK and the share of total health expenditure to GDP accounted for 7.12 %. The largest annual increases and declines were in all the monitored statistics observed relative to 2008, when the Act on regulatory charges came into force. The author is also engaged in the work of the source of financing and the impact of health care reform of Tomáš Julínek on cost effectiveness.
